Diehard fans of the original trilogy and newcomers alike, make no mistake—this is the definitive way to experience Phoenix Wright on new hardware.

It's faithful, it's intelligent, and most of all, a well-designed trilogy that respectfully stands the test of time from when it premiered.

This remaster offers some relevant resolution improvements and an interesting 3D effect. The rest is pretty much the same as before.

Funny! Story! With! Amazing! Twists!
Visual novels are not my cup of tea, but I just had to check out Phoenix Wright’s shenanigans. I’m glad I did. The replayibility is definitely 0, but I’m looking forward to trying out the other Ace Attorney games.

This one is just not for me. I did not enjoy the gameplay loop at all. I found it to be cumbersome and unintuitive. Despite this I thought I would still persist to see whether I could find some enjoyment in the narrative. However, I also found this to be disappointing to a great degree especially because of how folks have talked it up (expectations never serve us well do they?!). After playing 4/5 cases of the first game I could not get along with the narrative beat and tone. I am struggling to find any charm in the characters, the writing, dialogue. The mysteries in each case is also just very underwhelming for me. I did not find them to be captivating nor genuinely interesting. This game really feels like a product of its time to me. I can appreciate that at the time it was definitely original in idea and execution. Therefore, it has built a dedicated audience. But sadly, I could not find anything that sways me. The story beats are slow, navigating the game is stodgy, the tone and comedy is cringe and slapstick at times, the characters are just not done very well despite there being some growth.

The series is over a decade old now, but you’ll find that the story and dialogue are still as witty and charming as ever.

This seems like the type of title that would have been a potentially risky endeavour when it was first brought over to North America, but now Phoenix Wright is one of the most recognised DS properties out there. It would be great to see more like it.

Amazing storytelling, unique gameplay, entertaining trials and jaw-dropping plot twists enhanced by absolutely epic soundtrack. You cant help but feel chills down your spine every time the protagonist slams the desk and screams objection, while cross-examining the witness.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is a hallmark series on Nintendo’s handheld, and if you missed it the first time around, this trilogy is a great way to dive in.

With no new features aside from the rudimentary 3D, this collection is meant to satisfy those who haven’t come to love the unique and colorful world of Phoenix Wright.

The sheer age of the games are beginning to count against them but Ace Attorney still remains exhibit A in how to make story-based games fun and engaging.

I may not be the hugest fan of the series but the original three Phoenix Wright games still stand up remarkably well. With a fresh coat of 3D graphics and a budget price of $30, this trilogy is a great way to relive your favorite series, and a perfect entry point for people new to Phoenix Wright.

It's a pity that Capcom did not invest time and money in this collection, as these are among the best titles that have ever graced the Nintendo DS. No extras, no localization for the Italian market and a steep price cannot be ignored.

One of the most underrated games ever, story is incredibly well written, character design is insanely good, OST are amazing and the game is FUN!

I tried to enjoy this lamebrain story but failed. In the middle of the second part of the trilogy, I gave up.
