Beyond Hanwell is a low-budget hodgepodge of every horror game you've ever played.

Eine Gut solides Indie AA Horror spiel mit guten Admosphäre aber der rest ist halt nur Geht so

Total failure in game design and technical execution. One of these games where you even memorize the developer (Steel Arts) to avoid future projects

As an Indie title, the Value for money here is insane. $20 for a fleshed out and immersive London, dripping with creepy horror atmosphere and sound. Does it do horror tropes from other games? Yes, but it does them well and finds a way to put it's own spin on things. Plus I found some really cool Easter eggs and references in the side locations. Overall my 10 hour playtime was worth every dollar!

I play this game about more than 5 hours and found out that it is really great. It shows high quality visual with unreal engine 5 and its ambience of entire game is dark and eery. Sometimes it is annoying because of unfriendly puzzle placement but it is not a big deal since the player could find the answer using the hint located around the puzzle. I feel unfortunate as this game is not popular for many gamers. I assure that this game is 100% undervalued.

Painfully average. I understand that one guy made it, but the end result isn't very impressive. Seeing London locations was the only thing that was somewhat interesting. The combat is a chore, gameplay is a collection of every horror game you've ever played. I got bored by the bullet spongy enemies, they aren't interesting to engage with and the save system is pretty bad too. The movement system is especially terrible, running feels awkward. The optimization is quite subpar.

Most basic horror game ever. Animations are bad and clunky. Difficulty settings just make the enemies have alot morehp. Guns do no damage. Bosses and enemies are pretty boring. Painfully basic game. Story also isn’t intresting at all. Would not recommend anyone buying.
