Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning is an intentionally developed movie. Don’t be concerned about the movies running time, it is necessary to tell the story intentionally. It moves at a methodical and intentional pace. You know there’s a situation or scenario coming, you don’t know how he/they will overcome but you know they will and you are just along for the ride. This is Mission Impossible, many will love it, some will like it, few will be indifferent.

I was actually waiting for this movie, not with tempered expectations, but with actual genuine anticipation. My viewing conclusion of Marvel: Thunderbolts- Marvel's Redemption Story. Florence Pugh is exceptional.

Action was adequate. Plot was weak and cheap. Dialogue was clumsy and insulting. 2 hours was not necessary.

As a person who was raised in the church from birth and currently serves as a pastor and senior leader within the local church community, this movie caused me to dig deeper in my spiritual understanding and faith. Many of the moments in the film resonated with me and the ending did not take me by surprise but reminded me of many things that I had lost sight of.

Venom was entertaining. It had its usual callbacks and highlights of characters that haven't appeared yet. You realize what the studios are setting you up for, but at the same time you know the studios will take forever bring it it to fruition.

The movie was fun, engaging, well-paced did I mention it was fun. I believe the story worked better with animation. All the voice over actors were very impressive and you felt their energy with each character.

James McAvoy is phenomenal! I didn't realize who Mackenzie Davis was until I looked up her IMDB Profile and to my suprise she was in the Terminator: Salvation Movie. In a movie such as this when the presence of stupidity, for me, takes away from the true reality of the situation. Not everyone becomes overly stressed and inept in a life threatening situation. There are several scenes in the movie where one may think to themselves, why are you acting like that. Overall I found the movie enjoyable.

It wasn't a bad movie, but it wasn't a particularly good movie either. Very neutral in that they set out to make an entertaining movie, in spite of all the issues. It was an hour and forty-six minutes of best effort with a great cast. Clap Trap is the star of the movie.

It wasn't spectacular. but you wanted to see how it ended. It was captivating enough until the last 15 minutes then it seem to drag, as to say "okay we are here, now what to do we do." Josh was excellent.

It is Deadpool Extreme. Ryan Reynolds pulling out all the stops in this one and hopefully the Last One. Cameos a plenty! Again, the need to take a long time telling a basic somewhat convoluted story. I think we get the message already (hollywood) about how most human beings don't handle their emotions well.

The issue/challenge with Reboots/Remakes is recreating what was already good and entertaining. I must admit the storm chasing/storm events were very intense, but of course the story is obvious and it just takes to long to get to it. To tell a story from a different perspective that has already been told will always be tricky, especially if the story was originally told well.

Isolated story that goes for the usual laughs and flavor. Adding a few elements that help the story along. Couldn't understand the absent of a certain character but nonetheless it was what it needed to be. Don't think we need a 5th...

As a staunch movie fan, if you truly want to agitate me make a movie with overwhelming stupidity. To be entertain is the obvious goal, but why must out intelligence be insulted. The trailers truly **** me into wanting to see this as the premise was to answer why this was happening. I fell aslep several times during the movie which is totally not the norm for me. I feel like this movie Catfished me.

Adequately Entertaining. Impressive Prequel, will have to rewatch Fury Road.

Thoroughly enjoyed this good-paced and fun journey of formidble men and women fighting for something greater than glory of country.

For anyone that follows movie reviews from the movie critic world knows that at times these individuals forget themselves, LOL. Certain movies you know what to expect and are only annoyed when the expectation is different. Whereas other cinema creations will have their own flare and uniqueness. Godzilla x King Kong: The New Empire was exactly what I expected and as a Saturday Morning Godzilla movie fan I was not, I repeat I Was Not Disappointed. I understand movie critics have gained their respective rights to critique, but sometimes I believe they forget that certain movies are simple. The thread of the movie was woven nicely. Enjoy!

It was okay, it wasn't good but it was okay. The story is once again overshadowed by family drama to once again tell us what we already know about family. That ole chestnut! The OG Crew was very out of breath here, struggling to keep any sense of validation. This was a missed opportunity to truly pass the mantle. It is appropriate to speak to the past, as long as it doesn't overshadow the futue.

The primary problem with remake's is their intent to be better than what was already cinematic excellence. It is borderline arrogance in my opinion. This mindset to be more modern, yet fumbling all over itself. One actor applauded the diversity in the film and the need to be different from its original. Therein lies the issue, when you attempt to copy the original you run the risk of being faded, smeared and loopsided. My hope is that the movie would be fun, that the essence of the story would remain with very little tweaking, but unfortunately ego and pride get in the way and the result is a sloppy mess of 2 Hours I will never get back.

When there is no Prince to rescue the Damsel, then the Damsel must rescue herself. What would seem like a male bashing narrative, does not exist at all. It is the true narrative that women are strong and capable. The presence of a man though welcomed is not necessary in every situation. As a man i enjoyed the story, because of the authentic presence of strength in the midst of betrayal. Millie was excellent. It didnt take long to get where it needed to go and the ending is proper.

This movie never should have been made. It's arrogant attempt to outdue the original is very clumsy. The acting in key scenes was very flat, the tweaking of the scenes was rude and the singing was completely unnecessary. This movie is completely disrespectful to the original.

Critiques are critiques. I am a fan of the Gene Wilder Willy Wonka, I believe Gene Wilder would love this movie. It has the fun of Willy Wonka, the Intrigue, the Spectacle and most of all the Heart. I thoroughly enjoy this movie and love how they stay true to the elements of Willy Wonka. The songs blended with the storys. Not to sound campy, but this was Magical.

Trilogies tend to end with not much fanfare, but I have to admit the Equalizer Trilogy ended with a message that if you were paying close attention was building from the very beginning. The twist at the end proves that in a ver emotional and intimate way. You often wonder what we as an audience truly want in a movie, especially a trilogy. The Equalizer gave us a man wanting to find Peace in his life. The journey toward Peace.

I enjoyed how the movie began and I thoroughly enjoyed how the movie ended to set us up for Part 2. Tom Cruise genuinely cares about Mission Impossible. I had already set my expectation based on the length of the movie that basic character development would take place. Hayley Atwell's character introduction was very refreshing. Call-out's to the first Mission Impossible added a very nice touch to the story.

This adventure was one step below Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Story was lazy, but maybe there aren’t so many stories for an 80 year old man. It didn’t need to be 2 hours and 34 minutes long. The stories premise was lost in the standard hollywood template. I was hoping for a huge big splash, received a few casual drops and a light sprinkle.

GOTG Volume 3... Adequate yet very underwhelming. It seems going out with a bang has lost the very luster the statement implies. The ride starts well with enough intrigue to lure you in but once it gets going you are disappointed in yourself for believing the ride will be exciting and thrilling. There was no ending with a bang, though the typical emotional themes land in a familiar way, but there was no BANG!!! More like a very Aggressive THUD!!!

They went all out and all in for Chapter 4, worht every bit of the 2 hours and 49 minute runtime. Spectacular... End Credit Scene is very underwhelming.

I gave this franchise as much of the proverbial "benefit of the doubt" as I could muster and it still wasnt enough to win me over. Both movies were inept, lazy and creatively bland. These super hero directors clearly don't understand comics, they violate orginal content and value nothing but their own ego's. The movie has the audacity to have the original Billy Batson in the movie regulated to some basic extra. Its insulting and careless. Have lost just about all faith in DC and Marvel is not far behind. Is it even possible to make a super hero movie about the character and not someones convoluted vision.

The Female version of Chucky. It was done very nicely, I thoroughly enjoyed it…

It's Puss in Boots. The perfect story mixture. The ending was especially nice as well. Enjoy it.

I am unsure what I watched for 3 hours and 11 minutes. The spectacle is spectacular but the story is Hollywood “wash-rinse and repeat”. Whatever substance James was going for certainly wasn’t dedicated to any story development.

The movie is a “Must See” in every sense of the phrase. When the twist reveals itself, you will be pleasantly surprised and delighted. The ending was like a fresh piece of bread beginning to go stale, but I can understand why Rian Johnson went the way he did. Ever cast member was outstanding… A “Must See!”

A Moderately Adequate Movie… I wouldn’t say the typical Marvel Template, but you can tell they struggle with what type of story to tell… The usual elements in a story that must deal with a major lost… There’s nothing new here except for a few characters to fill in the story gaps… The conflict that ensues IMO is unnecessary and reiterates an age old issues that doesn’t want to be resolved. Moderately Adequate is me being respectful and compassionate.

It is really a shame that it took 4 writers to pen this atrocity of a movie. This was not just horribly writing it lack any basic imagination. I sure hope this is truly the end…

This movie was bold, intriguing and very interesting. The entire cast was great, the dialogue was strong and it moved at an intentional pace. This is a movie that your truly want to see how it ends. Bale, Robbie and Davidson spectacular ensemble. Supporting cast members were equally compelling.

Whatever the premise was for this movie, I would surely like to read it. The movie was absurd in my opinion beyond the normal Hollywood inventive stupidity of "let's see if this works" that we consistently receive. This was someone's actual creative story... Ok...

I am still uncertain about Smile. Is it good, I dont know. Is it a typical horror movie, yes in the complete sense of typical. I believe my struggle is almost 2 hours to get us to a "been there done that" kind of ending. It does not take itself seriously, but it is good that it didn't. My rating is because of the main character, if she was not strong the rating would be much lower.

Even though I enjoyed the movie my rating of 7 reflects my ongoing disdain with Hollywood and its forced messaging and the continued over-saturation of either the Arrogant Super-Hero Who Struggles to Recognize Their Flaws or the Very Flawwed Strugling to Become Super-Hero Who Struggles to Embrace Their Power In Spite of Their Flaws. Kate McKinnon's and Kevin Hart's voice-over characters are the movie.

I am always critical of biopics, as I am a stickler for as much accuracy and authenticity as possible, with very little cinematic license. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed this creative effort. The performances were spot on as each actor provided genuine representation, showing true interest in exhibiting as much of the authentic character as possible. Some may feel it is sligtly to long, but I feel it was necessary to capture all the essential elements of Elvis. See this movie if you enjoy true authentic biopics. You will "leave the building" feeling very good... Very, very good...

Moonfall had the potential to be a truly good disaster movie, emphasis on “had”, the opening sequence of the movie prepares you for the “typical Hollywood Movie Writing Laziness”. Normally you’d want to stick around to the end just to see what is going to happen, but I was ready to leave knowing full well where this was headed with all the in between stuff. I feel you can kill movie with being too overly human, you want to believe in the characters but unfortunately they don’t believe in themselves.

Love everyone one of the actresses, if you’ve watch many action films you knew where it was going. How they were getting there started off well until a certain scene redirected the film to feeling like it was being force instead of the organic unfolding. They didn’t pivot very well. My hope is that the movie isn’t seen as uplifting the women at the expense of emasculating the men. All these actresses are extremely talented my favorite being Jessica Chastain.

The movie was pleasantly entertaining. A great tribute movie. The movie critics score is rude and malicious. See this movie and get ready to have fun.

The movie was fun. I did not expect much of any kind of story, the use of (2) characters from Godzilla: King of Monsters was a total waste. New characters have nothing in the movie defining. It obvious from the very beginning what is going on. So I will state my opinion again, the movie was fun.

So the only thing that I will say is who cares it was 4 hours long, who cares if it is darker then the first one, who cares if the movies action sequences are more intense and who cares that this movie had a deeper story then the first one. I care... This movie delivered and delivered in a very, very big way. Joss Whedon's version was very negligent. Zack Snyder I applaud your effort and drive to deliver this awesome spectacle in the midst of your tragedy. Bravo Sir! Bravo!!

I will keep this short and to the point. Star Wars is not a planet, Star Wars is a Universe, therefore it cannot be contain in just a handful of minds. All the negative comments in my opinion are people who never want to leave the planet of Tatooine. The positive comments desire to go to the Outer Rim and the unknown. Well done, again, J.J.

I am wondering if the “so called” Harry Potter fans realize there is a planned 5 movie journey here? Just wondering... Instead of being irresponsible with your critique of what is only the second movie, how about we sit back and enjoy this incredible story unfold before our eyes. What we feel is unnecessary may very well have it’s importance and what feel is important may just in fact be misdirection to keep us engaged until we reach the finish line. The movie from my lens was fabulous questions were answered as other questions unfolded with a few remaining unanswered. This is a 5 movie ride maybe do the research before you jump on and strap in, of course you can just get off while the ride is in progress, but why would you abandon would could be an incredible journey... Just wondering...

One hour and thirty minutes of pure fun and adrenaline. Love Mark and the fantastic Rhonda. Movie is quick, slick and “oh what a rush.”

The movie was a simple fun ride, if you want anything more then maybe you should write, produce and direct a movie yourself. This was pure fun with talented actors across the board.

Stand and applaud D.C. Comics has finally done it. Simply put this movie was a fabulous creation. Now I am really looking forward to Justice League as my faith has been renewed in the D.C. Comic brand.

After reading the mixed and negative reviews I am wondering if people even go to the movies any longer for shear entertainment value or to audition for the next vacant movie critique position. The movie in my opinion was simply entertaining, the cast seemed to enjoy their respective roles and the simply story was obvious but not overbearing. My wife who I can count on for at least two or three sleep nods during our date night movies was full on engaged clutching my arm intently during the entire movie. She never realized the movie was just over 2 hours, it was a obvious emotional end. People seem to forget movies are meant to be entertaining, action- save the day, drama- cry at the end for the moral victory, sci-fi- the unusual, thrill/mystery- thought provoking, my point simple entertainment. Magnificent!
