plays like a mobile game - Copy/Paste from better (souls) games. How this is 'very positive' on Steam is a JOKE. No wonder games are terrible now, the audience that consumes these modern games are brainless dolts who will drink up any game that makes their neurons flicker.

I'm giving this a 9/10 due to the hacking sections. These are absolutely awful and boring compared to the rest of this brilliant reworking of this 90s classic. I understand what they were going for with the hacking but man, it's such a tedious slog to deal with it every time. The rest of the game is perfect. So addictive and atmospheric. This is how first-person shooters should be.

I'm giving this a well-deserved 1 not because it's a lazy, stupid paywall cashgrab and not because of the new 5v5 setup which turns this into a blur of zero strategy, but because it's THE SAME EFFING GAME! A sequel means that it's different, nothing has changed it is Overwatch 1, except it's now F2P. I stopped playing Overwatch because of this specific gross feeling it gave me. Booting up Overwatch '2' and after one or two matches, I had to stop playing. The corporate patheticness of this game truly sickens me. So I repeat, this is not a sequel, it's a few new characters and a new map or two. Just play Apex or Hunt instead.

It's good. The story is a little convoluted but what we have here is an extremely atmospheric Dark Souls/Blasphemous game with a touch of originality. If you're used to Souls games then this game will be a piece of pie for you. The only complaint (on Steam) is that the game is too hard. To that, I say, 'Get Better'. This is a very challenging game with a lot of mechanics that veteran Souls players will instantly click with. For everyone else, keep practising.

It's a good game, not incredible, but good - a real product of its time. The combat is essentially Batman Arkham Asylum but a TINY bit better. The story so far is really yawn-inducing and the graphics are... average. I like swinging through the city but then I have to button mash through generic enemies which really disrupts the fun factor. I dunno man... God of War PC really spoiled it for me, that story was incredible with brilliant and deep combat. This just seems like Sony fanboys were hyping it up too much. On PC, there are much better games so perhaps only buy this when it's 50% off.

It's good, but it does lack the variety of Smash Bros. Lots of characters but the grind to get them (in the free version obviously) is nuts. The game is laden up the wazoo with in-game purchases so beware of that, the best stuff is locked behind real-world cash. Besides that, there is a good amount of strategy to apply and it's hecking fun to beat up Wonder Woman with Jake the dog.

Good game, feels like a nice little homage to the original Dark Souls. It has some great ideas with interesting enemy designs. The bosses are fine so far (haven't finished it just yet) and the music is also acceptable. Everything else seems just fine.

It's a great, great, great, great, great game - but not perfect, as it's way too easy... once you get a hang of your turtle, rat or April, the enemies and bosses stand zero chance - especially once you've levelled up a bit.

It's a perfect ten for me boss. Gameplay is solid and meaty - best melee and shield combat since Dark Souls. The sound is stellar! Usually, I don't even notice but the mix of voice and music is stunning. Actual work was put into this. Graphics are incredible, especially for a game from 2018. Outstanding animations and highly detailed textures. But it's the story that really pulls you in. Kratos and his 'boi' are constantly chatting but it's never boring or forced. In summary: it's amazing what a talented gaming dev team can pull off. I look at crud AAA games like Far Cry 6, Cyberpunk 2077 (bugs), Deathloop and MANY others with disdain now. Why can't everyone make games like Santa Monica Studios? Now I'm sad because every other game is going to seem like garbage until GOW: Ragnarok releases in 2022 (and possibly a lot later for us PC gamers). Buy it and love it, my vote for best modern game of all time.

Top TOP game. For Mega Man experts, it's a very easy stroll down memory lane. For newbies, this is a BRUTAL collection of games that spits on Dark Souls (seriously). The first Mega Man title will make you lose your damn mind. But I've played it roughly 500 times so it's a breeze for the experts as I say. There is also a 'turbo' mode that negates slowdown (mainly from Mega Man 1 + 3) and it really adds a lot to the gameplay. No longer can you 'cheat' through hard sections as the game slows down to a crawl. Regardless, it's great value for money. Six brilliant games, wonderful concept art/promotional stuff and challenges. There is a lot of value here. Get it.

THIS IS A REVIEW FROM JAN 2018. Most of these reviews were done early. The Division as it stands now is an EXCELLENT game that is very cheap (if you get it from key resellers like G2A, CD-keys etc) with DLC done right. Lootboxes are cosmetic only and earned very quickly, but they more like an afterthought that does not affect the game at all. Shooting is brilliant, and the RPG aspects of the game combined with the jaw-dropping graphics + sound (I'm not kidding, it looks 1:1 New York) makes this a must-have for looter-shooter fans. It is just pure fun, and the bugs that still exist are quite funny - after one firefight, an enemy was stuck in mid-air. Anyway, it's incredibly fun and a finished polished game!

Is this a joke? Am I in crazy land? It's the same DAMN GAME as Destiny 1. Yes fans will say - sure of course what did you expect we just want more - but there is zero innovation. Dark Souls series is 3 (or 4 if you count demon's souls which you should) brilliant games that all look better over time and introduce so many new tweaks and updates to the core gameplay that it feels like a newish game each time. Destiny 2 feels like Destiny 1, looks like it, plays like it, Nothing new, nothing interesting. I'm halfway through the campaign and I'm just pushing forward. It's so easy, such a joke ****. Please, no more Destiny. $60 gone forever :((((((( 1 point for cool new dance emotes.

I had a choice this month. It was either Battlefield 1, the new Call of Duty, or Titanfall 2. I literally had only $60 to spend on one game, and I really, really love online multiplayer. I took a chance with Titanfall 2 because the reviews were simply glowing on all sides. Yet, I was worried as I kept reading news stories saying how it will "fail" as it went up against B1 and CoD. Quite honestly, how can either of these games beat the incredible story and multiplayer of Titanfall 2? Titanfall 2's single player is the best I've played since Half Life 2, of which it shares that same beautiful feeling of discovery. There is a new, fun gameplay element introduced every level. Pity it is so short, but I will take a short, punchy, loving story with actual characters over that bullcrap that Modern Warfare poops out every year. BT, what a robot

Mafia 3 confused me, as I had to keep checking the date on my physical calendar while playing, as the graphics and gameplay are from the early PS3 era. 1 point for music, which is brilliant 0 for characters (they all ****) 0 for story (it's as cliched and predictable as it gets) 0 for graphics (filled with glitches, terrible performance) 0 for fun (it's the same effing mission x 100. There is nil variety) 0 for Atmosphere (they soooo badly want to be GTA, but the streets are empty and filled with copy paste people) Who are these robots giving the game 10/10? No, just no.

All these negative reviews. Did everyone here who gives this gem a low score, actually play the game? Did you even experience it? After coming off Dark Souls series, FTL and a hundred other games that just want to face f--k you, No Man's Sky is a pleasure. I did not follow the hype, and I hate survival games, but I love this. A little preface: my father recently passed away and of course, there is a lot of guilt and regret that follows the death of a parent. When I discovered that I can name planets, animals, galaxies and so on, I started naming everything after my dad or, "is he here?" "Planet Dad" and so on. In a sense, my trip through the galaxy becomes an epic journey to connect with my father on some level, even though I can't. In my mind, he is literally one planet or galaxy ahead of me, and since the game is "endless" I can continue to mourn and play. Besides this unforeseen positive effect, the game is marvelous. You can't die (well, you can, but it's highly unlikely), the music is a delight and it runs like a polished game should (even though it has many rough edges). Besides, when was the last time you took a moment to relax and just stare into the distance once you've ascended a giant mountain. No game has kept me this captivated and content. 10/10 would play for therapy again.

Unbelievable game. Not since Dark Souls have I been so captivated by a game world. The animations, audio, graphics and game play are spot-on as everything works in beautiful cohesion. It's a rock-hard game but once you're used to it, it flows like warm butter on steak. Your team of alien hunters becomes unstoppable but after every second mission or so, a new even deadlier alien is introduced. This is utter quality but you will need a serious rig to run it. Ignore the haters, they're most likely trying to run this on a Commodore 64, or they have failed a few missions and can't cope with the extreme difficulty. It's worth every cent!

I'll give the developers this, the voice acting is excellent. The banter between the two characters is incredibly realistic but this falls woefully short as a game. It's three hours long (if that) and the ending is utter trash. It was also insanely overpriced for what you get. I truly do not understand these idiot official sites that tell us how excellent these games are, when they are simply lackluster walking simulators. Wait for a Steam sale, when it drops to $5 then snap it up.
