Decent Jason Statham movie although this movie has a lot more emotions than is usual for his movies; its good but more action would be preferable - leave the emotions for the other rubbish movies like Wuthering Heights etc. Simple plot but nobody cares about that really; its all about the action and there is slightly less of that but ok overall.

An average movie which would be worse if not for Isla Fisher (hot), Rosamund Pike (hot as well) and Harrelson (reliable as always). the rest of the cast are forgettable at best and this movie is clearly setting up for the younger actors to take over; however i think this will be final movie in the series if they let the original actors go in the future b'c the newer cast are very forgettable and underwhelming. No spoilers but the effects are still good. the dialogue between the actors are pretty forced and cringey in quite a few scenes - highlighting the weak cast in general (except for the few mentioned above). Worth a watch for the magic effects but leave your brain at home if u are going to watch it.

Its a good movie on its own; i can see why people feel it is "not as good" as the other MCU movies b'c it is slightly slower pace and has less "wow" moments which are always present in the other movies. This is due probably to the director's vision and since Chloe Zhao is not an action movie director, Eternals is thus a more thoughtful movie than the normal action oriented MCU movies. still it is good if u don't compare it to the other MCUs. angelina jolie is really good and should have been the star instead of Sersi, who is decent but not really capable of carrying a big movie like Eternals. having Harry Styles is a bad decision b'c he distracts from the unique character's abilities. now everyone will see starfox as harry styles the singer instead of focusing on his abilities. bad casting for this; marvel might regret it later. overall worth your $ to view but don't compare it to the other movies so u can enjoy it more on its own.

excellent ww1 movie; nicely shot without gratuitous blood and gore. actors are generally ok although it might be an even better movie if it had top quality actors to bring out the characters.

i watched it recently and it is of course not of Oscar quality but it didn't pretend to be. It's basically a fun family oriented movie with good special effects and 2 hrs of fun. for those who overthink and over analyse movies, best to stay at home, save your money and watch it online.

very average James Bond film with a poor storyline and VERY SLOW pacing throughout, as if it was always waiting for a moment for the movie to lift off; sadly it never did get beyond third gear. nice acting by the villain and the usual hot and sexy actress but they can't save the movie. Q (the gadget boy) acted terribly and the whole movie is really a snore fest after halfway through when u just gave up waiting for the movie to move up a gear. if this movie wasn't a James Bond titled film, i am pretty sure it will do a lot worse in the box office and ratings.

this would have been a good movie if it was not in a "found footage" format as it basically makes you nauseous for 90% of the movie time. seriously why would moviemakers think people will enjoy seeing the camera jerks for 1-2hrs? blair witch project was a one-off which used this format well but all other copycats after it are just making the movie worse than it should be. the movie's story is good, acting is decent with many hot chicks in it. a shame that the "found footage" format makes it hard for one to enjoy it without wanting to vomit. if u are pregnant or easily affected by jerky pictures, then Don't watch it as you will be sick 90% of the time watching it

A good but not great movie which i think gained a lot more attention than it should have due to the good timing with the Oscar nominations. The story is as usual a heroic tale of a Navy Seal with many tense action scenes, and quite of bit of drama as well so if u are expecting a Call of Duty shootout movie then u will be a little disappointed. Bradley Cooper is great and he deserves an Oscar for his performance. The downsides to the movie are that it is a bit long and drags on some dramatic scenes. You can feel that the movie is trying hard to fill in as many aspects of the hero's life as possible but it sometimes tries too hard and feels tedious. Still it is a good movie and well worth the $; just don't expect it to be a war movie with 100% action throughout. It is more of a biographical film of a heroic soldier and his life.

This is an average movie if u compare it to the highly action packed Taken 1 but if u just sit back and take it more reflectively, then it is an OK movie. its nothing great but tried to connect the dots from the previous movies in the series and "end" the saga. the action is moderate; there's a lot more drama and sad scenes than one expects from a Taken movie but this is probably due to the "ending" of the series. if u are a fan of the previous Taken movies, then it is worth a watch just to see how it all "ends" but be prepared for less action than the previous ones. if u are new to the trilogy then maybe u should catch it on dvd/rental as it is not so great on its own.
