Why does this game has only an 6.9 Rating? It‘s a good game and a true succesor of Pokemon Snap, thats all what i wanted

It‘s Mario Party. With friends it makes fun. But compared to the older ones, it is bad. The car mechanics should have been a side gameelement. The main should have been the original Mario Party elements. Then this game would have been very good.
