The story ****, so **** the open world was somewhere between fun and boring

Beautiful game, one of the best I've ever seen. Unfortunately it has a somewhat hollow open world, and a mediocre and kind of predictable story. Far from rising to the standard of the first one overall. Still an enjoyable, if somewhat an average experience overall

I would give the game an 8/10 but giving a 10 to try to even out some of the bs reviews. Whilst level and quest design is quite convoluted, the combat, atmosphere, graphics and art direction are really good. 60 hours, got the plat and loved the game overall. 8/10 but only if you are into souls-likes. Otherwise, I'd say this game is not a good game as an entry to the genre.

It should have been patched by now, it's been over a year sonce the game came out. It's clunky witha ton of bugs. I've never had to restart a game so often. Freezing during dialogues, during cutscenes. Combat is horrible, clunky and the enemies track you like in no other game. Hit boxes are just jank. Shame because it has some beautiful scenery. And the map is not too bad either. Also the devs lying about the fact that it's 30 hours is disgusting. It's 15 if you fully explore. Yeah, if you want all endings you have to do 3 runs, but that's not how you count, it's per run, not per 3 runs.Otherwise we safely say Elden Ring and the Witcher 3 last for 650 hours.

Great combat, great story and really good level design. Difficulty just right, generally manageable with some spik on a couple of bosses. I enjoyed this game a lot more than I thought I would.

This game is right up there with The Witcher 3, Baldurs Gate 3, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Elden Ring. Absolutely amazing experience and a must play for any gamer out there. Art direction was divine. Story, the same. Well-done devs, well done. This review is posted by someone who really does not like turn base combat

I am getting my arse kicked and I love it. It's been a while since a souls or souls like managed to properly challange me and this expansion sue does this. It's also so amazing, story is some of their best work, **** God, **** the people struggling, please for the love of everything that is holy, find those fragments to upgrade your character, it makes a huge difference.

Decent game, with interesting mechanics and a decent story. Butthe combat lacks and the game overall feels a bit stiff. But definitely worth a play

I enjoyed this game quite a bit, but it does have a lot of flaws. There a few enemies that make the experience worse, but it's still a pretty cool souls-like overall.

Amazing combat, really fun exploration and quite interesting environments. The story is just ok but nothing ground breaking.

This was a really good DLC. As an addition to the base game (which I would rate 8/10) , it's excellent. Great combat as before, really love the roguelite twist. I thought it was just gonna be a bunch of challneges but you actually get some really good story bits as well

There are some obvious typical Ubisost bs moments in the game. You can see some lazy design and animations and ofcourse, there has to be microtransactions. But all in all, I really enjoyed the game. The old school formula is not fresh at all, but it's definitely a lot of fun. The story can be lacking at times but it's also got some really good moments with a great twist at the end. I felt some emotion for Basim and it's been a while since I felt anything for a character in AC games

The game is mediocre in my view. It tries to hard to copy the dark souls 1 interconnectivity of the map,but most short cuts feel pointless,they feel like they are there more to emphasize how the map connects rather than actually being practical. Basically trying to show off rather than bring substance. The reason I am scoring it a 1 is the attitude of the devs. Saying things like "this is the best multiplayer in a souls game ever" when firstly, it often does not work, and secondly, Remant exists. And there were a few other instances where the attitude felt arrogant, but most importantly, it felt like they were throwing shade at Lies of P, for no good reason other than the fact the Lies of P is just better.

Excellent game. Shows they really understand souls likes and it's by far the best souls like game not done by from software.Haven't had this much fun since Elden Ring. Great job from this studio

Brilliant game with great writing and dialogue, definitely a contender for game of the year

A wonderful game , with great dialogue and a cozy feeling surrounding it. I know it's early but this is definitely has game of the year material

It's definitely enjoyable with an interesting story, but the restrictive exploration, samey combat and very american dialogue really bring things down. Definitely recommend it, but other than the story don't expect anything very different from 2018

So boring. It's exactly the same as the base game with a story that is absolutely boring. New abilities bring nothing interesting and the hand holding is more prevalent than ever. Honestly , this was a chore to finish

Absolute masterpiece and a game that will most likely be hold has a staple in the future for exploration and combat. I don't think we'll have anything as good within the next few years , I don't think even from software will be able to top this gem

Great graphics and gameplay but the story is an insult to people who loved part 1
