This movie **** major ass. I can't believe how any human being can enjoy this mess filled with generic teen romance and that kind of bull, just HORRIBLE. 2/10 (Very bad)

I am so surprised this movie didn't get nominated for best animated feature film, because it should've. The colorful animation and great voice acting should've won this movie that award for sure. 9/10 (Awesome)

This movie is just a mess. The plot makes no sense and neither does that god awful ending. It is so rare to see a movie filled with such ill-logic. Not to mention the awful, emotionless acting. The only positive of this movie would be the battle sequences, those were actually cool. 3/10 (bad)

I warn you. this is one of the saddest and most depressing Sci-Fi films you will ever see. Many times I cried while watching. This movie is just so beautiful and powerful, led by Jodie Fosters excellent performance. I expected to not like this movie, but boy was I wrong. This is one of my favorite Sci-Fi films of all time, and I want to buy it on Blu-Ray. 9/10 (amazing)

This movie is insane...Just insane. The effects and the acting are the best part of the movie. I mean, Sandra Bullock did get nominated for best actress for this, and rightly so as you can really feel her sense of distress and terror. Although the writing isn't that strong, Sandra Bullock does great with what she is given and the effects are mind-blowing, especially in IMAX. 8/10 (Great)

Whiplash is one of the most stressful and uncomfortable movies of all time. Many times I cringed out of anticipation of what will happen. J.K. Simmons gives a commanding performance as well as Miles Teller. Whiplash is an entertaining and fantastic film that defines the music genre. 10/10 (Masterpiece)

Pretty damn funny in its own right, the Interview is incredibly entertaining and funny thanks to Seth Rogen and James Franco, but, unfortunately, has been overshadowed by controversy. 8/10 (Great)

A very strong and confident film. Gareth Edwards took a bold step by only showing Godzilla for 30% of the film. But when he does show up, it is spectacular and the effects are stunning. 8/10 (Great)

Ugh, what a terrible Wachowski misfire. As a fan of the first two Matrix, this entry was a colossal step down from the Matrix: Reloaded and has 0 story. Just fighting, fighting, and fighting. The ending battle scene between Smith and Neo is cool, though. 3/10 (poor)

A spectacular film that goes into great detail about the life of Howard Hughes, the ultimate aviator. The costumes are great, the sets are great, the cast is great, and the acting is top-notch. This movie is near-perfect in every way. 10/10 (Masterpiece)

Probably the most realistic family movie ever made. You literally grow up with the actors as the movie took 12 years to make and you can see a huge transition in the actor's ages. Boyhood is an instant and heartwarming classic that tells a grand story about a boy's life. 9/10 (Awesome)

The Silence of the Lambs is not for the faint of heart. It is very disturbing and has a lot of gross scenes. What makes it perfect is Anthony Hopkin's scary performance, Buffalo Bill, and its overall creepy atmosphere. Would recommend to all of the horror fans! 10/10 (Masterpiece)

Jurassic Park is movie based off the novel and is about archaelogists getting a chance to see real life dinosaurs. It has revolutionary CGI especially for the time, awesome scenes, and suspense. 10/10 (Legendary)

I know this movie was far inferior to the first Ghostbusters, but it definitely had its moments and a lot of memorable scenes. Even the ridiculous one where they drive the statue of liberty in New York City. Although this movie was dissapointing, it was still good. 7/10 (Good)

A hilariously funny comedy with many classic and laugh out loud moments. Especially those coming from Bill Murray who gave a legendary comedic performance. I would recommend this movie to all comedy lovers. 10/10 (Legendary)

This movie does have its moments. But even those are covered with a cliched part and so-so voice acting. An overall ok movie but is a big step-down for director Robert Zemeckis. 6/10 (OK)

Trust me, this movie is one of the most derivative comedies of all time. But damn is it funny! I had many laugh out loud moments while watching this. Especially from Zach Galifinakis' silly delivery and Robert Downey Jr.'s dry and snarky delivery. They had great chemistry throughout the film and had great moments. I would recommend this film especially to people who love road trip comedies. 9/10 (Awesome)

A fantastic movie that blends the future and past of X-Men into an action-packed CGI extravaganza. This is good because the effects are great in this movie. This is the perfect X-men movie and is the strongest entry in the franchise. Even if you don't like superhero movies, go see it! 10/10 (Legendary)

A very enjoyable Christmas movies with strong and funny performances by Nicholas Cage and Tea Leoni. Despite the mixed reviews from the critics, I highly enjoyed this movie. This is one of the most underrated movies of all time in my opinion. 8/10 (Great)

Laughably bad acting and an excessive amount of murky lighting send this film down to one of the worst movies of all time. Sorry to say that the fight scenes did not save this one. 2/10 (Horrible)

A great King Kong remake with great acting and an especially terrific performance from Andy Serkis who's motion capture effects is the best CGI in the film as the dinosaurs looked fake. Overall, King Kong is a great remake and remains in my top 10 monster flicks of all time. 8/10 (Great)

An amazing conclusion to an extremely satisfying trilogy. It has great effects, silky smooth frame-rate, great acting, and breathtaking battle scenes. The Hobbit: the Battle of the Five Armies is an extremely satisfying conclusion to an overall awesome trilogy. 9/10 (Awesome)

The Shining is a timeless classic and is the perfect example of horror. It has intense and suspenseful, yet also creepy and chilling scenes. It has an especially strong performance from Jack Nicholson and great acting in general (besides Chelly Duvalle's part). The Shining to this day remains as one of the great horror films of the 20th century. 10/10 (Legendary)

This movie did not wow or disappoint me. It was a good enough movie to establish the Hobbit trilogy and introduce the characters, for sure. However, the worst problems of this movie were boring scenes and an unnecessarily long running time. But the Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is definitely a solid movie and is a great setup for the trilogy. 7/10 (good)

The Desolation of Smaug is the second entry in the Hobbit trilogy. This movie managed to be way more impressive than the first one and had awesome visuals and action scenes. Especially the final act. This movie is a fine example of a huge improvement. 9/10 (Awesome)

Maze Runner is a great movie to me and I have not read the novel. It has great suspense, acting, and CG effects. This movie was much better than I expected. 9/10 (Awesome)

Despite its visuals and strong performances, Noah has an uneven narrative and bad storytelling. Not to mention the underused Russel Crowe who was one of the only highlights of this movie. 4/10 (Below Average)

Using Director Christopher Nolan's slight of hand, he distracts viewers from a convoluted and boring plot with plenty of awesome actions scenes and special effects and Leonardo DiCaprio gives one of his dullest performances of all time. 6/10 (OK)

The movie managed to distract me with its gorgeous animation and amazing designs, but the story was too short and weak to support the animation. 7/10 (Good)

A great movie about the life of Steve Jobs. Where its problems like pacing and an uneven narrative problems are seen, the solid acting and nostalgia make up for it. 8/10 (Great)

Well, Ridley Scott does it again. A fantastic movie with very well choreographed fight scenes. The excess amounts of blood are a bonus as well. Gladiator is an overall fantastic movie featuring a top-notch performance from Russel Crowe. 9/10 (amazing)

Unlike many people, I highly enjoyed Prometheus. It has a confusing story so you can try to figure it out yourself instead of the director spoon feeding us information. Prometheus is a great movie with solid characters and stunning visuals. Never once did I feel bored in this movie. 8/10 (great)

Transformers: Dark of the Moon is a huge improvement over the second Transformers. This time the humor actually made me laugh and the story and characters were improved. Too long of a running time, but it is a good movie filled with great CGI and fight scenes. 7/10 (good)

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is a giant step down from the first Transformers. It has bad and sometimes overly inappropriate humor, racism, and a weak story. At least the CGI was as awesome if not better than the first's. 4/10 (below average)

Transformers is a movie filled with solid characters and fantastic CGI and fight scenes. The running time could've been shortened but overall a great movie. Peter Cullen did an amazing job at voicing Optimus Prime as well! 8/10 (great)

Although the story is weak and the character development is sketchy, there is plenty of eye candy to behold. And the fight scenes are very good and well done. 7/10 (good)

I was able to sit through 20 minutes of this movie, only to find nothing but horribleness. Battlefield Earth has atrocious acting, awkward camera angles, and misplaced dialogue. This movie felt like if the Matrix met After Earth. Only that it is 10 times worse than After Earth. There is literally nothing that it is at least half-decent in this movie! 0/10 (unspeakable)

A remarkably funny comedy with hilarious performances from Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy. Unfortunately, though, the movie is brought down a notch by its cliches and pacing issues. Overall, a great comedy. 8/10 (great)

Ehh... This movie was a mixed bag for me. It had good acting but a terrible plot. But the special effects and Christian Bale literally save this movie. Overall an OK Terminator movie but it is also unnecessary and messy. 5/10 (mediocre)

Ughhh.... What a bad comedy. The only saving grace of this movie is Melissa McCarthy having some funny lines, but other than that it is messy and has tons of unforgettable characters. I would try to avoid this one if I were you. 3/10 (poor)

A solid Alien movie that has a lot of tension and decent acting. Unfortunately it can't rise above James Cameron's Aliens. But Alien 3 is a solid Aliens sequel and is especially good for a third movie in a trilogy. 7/10 (good)

As a ridiculously fun and silly movie, Alien Resurrection has great action but a really shallow story and characters. It's just a shame it's not directed by James Cameron. 6/10 (Decent)
