The Dead Space Remake improves upon almost everything that made the original a masterpiece. Visuals and audio are fantastic and the game feels a lot smoother to control than the first game. This is the definitive way to experience Dead Space. My only complaints are some of the voice acting and some minor bugs and glitches.

Dead Space 3 is a lot more focused on action rather than horror. For most horror series' that is usually when the series starts to go downhill. While Dead Space 3 is not as good as the first two games, it is still a great game. That's mainly because the core gameplay of those games are still here. The gameplay is still as good as the first two games. The open-world space exploration sections are great and fun to fly around in. There is a lot of customization options for weapons and armor. The story is ok. My main issue with the game is that it isn't scary at all.

Score: 9.5/10 One of the best REs in my opinion. The settings are very cool and the cutscenes are incredibly enjoyable. The game has a good variety of weapons and bosses. One of the only negatives is the low replay value, but it's still great regardless.

I think the original RE3 is better than this game, but I don't think this game is bad. It's actually a great game but I have a few problems. This game has a very similar feel to RE2 Remake, which is good. The dodging is also a lot better than the original RE3. I really don't know why there was so much cut content, like the clock tower and the choice mechanic. The game is also ridiculously short with very little replay value.

Score: 9.5/10 In my opinion this is the best Resident Evil game. I've played this game so many times I pretty much have the entire map memorized in my head. The game plays so great, and it's always fun to go back and play through the game again. I do have a few issues about some cut enemies, but those are only minor nitpicks.

Resident Evil 2 expands on the original in all the right ways. The game has a lot more replay value than the first game does. There are four completely unique playthroughs that will take you around 15 or so hours to complete. I think the level design is actually better in this one than the first game. It's really a lot of fun to play.

This was actually my first experience with RE1. I really like this game, because it feels so satisfying to learn the best way to play it. After a few playthroughs, you will know the best way to deal with every encounter and how to get past certain areas. This game is basically an updated and expanded version of the original. It adds several new enemies and mechanics. One of the only negatives is that the new camera option can get annoying, but I prefer to use the old tank controls anyway.

I'm glad I got to play this classic in it's original ps1 form. I did play the remake that came out in 2002 first, but I still think this game holds it own. It's just a classic horror game with old school gameplay. I like the simplicity compared to the remake.

Score: 9.5/10 As a sequel, Dead Space 2 expands on the gameplay that came before it. The Zero-G sections are a lot better and the gameplay feels as smooth as butter. The game is filled with iconic moments and set pieces. Although I like these, I felt that the game focused a little too much on action. It still retained its horror feel, but it had a less horror theme than the first game did. Other than that, it's still an amazing game.

One of if not the best horror games ever made. It does everything right in the atmosphere and setting department. The HUD is also very cool and interesting. The game feels a lot like Resident Evil 4, which I like. It expands upon that concept and it works wonderfully. The level design and upgrade system is great, and the story is pretty good too. It builds upon the survival horror genre and delivers an absolute masterpiece ****.

Never have I seen a game where the cutscenes are one of the best parts about it. Every time a cutscene played I had a huge smile on my face. It is so ridiculous in the best possible way. I really feel like the developers went headfirst in the goofy department. The dialogue is great. The gameplay is even better. Adding the style system really helps with the variety and makes the game feel less repetitive. Some of the boss fights can be annoying but that's about it.

Even watching the first cutscene was strange. The design of this game is baffling. Every enemy and boss feels like they are braindead. All you do is hold sqaure and win. Dante acts completely different from the first game. The story makes no sense. The cutscenes make no sense. The game is an absolute grind to get through. One of the only positives I can say about this game is the final boss. It's kind of cool I guess. It was probably one of the only bosses that didn't immediately make me want to turn the game off. Very disappointing.

Sekiro is one of the most unique games in the Souls series. There are stealth sections and a grappling hook and a lot of other tools. The parry system is unlike any other combat in the series. My first time through this game I had a tough time. No like really tough. I even said that this game was the hardest in the series. After my second playthrough though, I had a change of heart. I found the game significantly easier than my first time. When you know what you are doing and you hit all of your parries, the game feels amazing. The style is awesome. Not a lot of negative things to say here. I guess stealth killing enemies can get really repetitive since its the exact same animation. Amazing game.

Score: 9.5/10 Is Bloodborne a flawless masterpiece that exceeds expectations in every department? No. Is it an amazing game with fun combat and an interesting world? Yes. I see a lot of people say Bloodborne is the best game ever made and the best Fromsoftware game. While I do see why people would say that, I would have to disagree. Yes it is one of the best games in the Souls series, but it has some minor problems. Some of the boss designs is my major complaint. Some of them just feel annoying and tedious. The chalice dungeons are also pretty repetitive. Complaints aside the game is fantastic. The gameplay is great with it's fast paced nature. The soundtrack is awesome and the world itself is very interesting. Bloodborne is an amazing game, but I wouldn't call it a masterpiece.

The environments are beautiful to look at. There isn't much to say other than it's a masterpiece. Some gripes I have with the game are some of the visuals. I was honestly glad that I skipped over this game and continued to Dark Souls III during my first playthrough of the series, because if I didn't it would have left a poor taste in my mouth. It is pretty shocking just how much of a downgrade the second game is compared to the first. It's worse in every possible area. The bosses are terrible. The areas are terrible. The enemy design is terrible. The combat is terrible. The sound effects are terrible. It's a painful experience. I could spend hours talking about every terrible aspect of this terrible game. I honestly don't know how they messed it up this bad. Now, you might be thinking, "Why a 4". Well, not everything is completely horrible. The music is good and there are a grand total of two good bosses in the entire game with the dlc. That is Fume Knight and Sinh. Sadly, I couldn't bring myself to beat the last dlc, which is the Ivory King dlc. I have seen gameplay of the dlc's bosses and while they look moderately good, I can't bring myself to make it through the horrible level design. Sir Alonne has the worst boss runup in the entire series. So I will not be completing the last dlc. Maybe someday I will try the dlc again.

The remastered version is my first experience with the game so I will be reviewing this version as the full game and not how well of a remaster it is. Dark Souls has the perfect difficulty in a game in my opinion. My first playthrough took around 40 hours and I had a tough time with it. This was my first Souls game after all. As I replayed the game several times, I found the optimal way to deal with the areas and bosses. In my most recent playthrough I beat the game in about 10 hours. It feels incredibly rewarding to truly "beat" the game. Great level design, even better bosses. There are a few poorly designed bosses and areas, but overall an amazing game.

For Security Breach to be the first free roam FNaF game it was pretty disappointing. I wouldn't be so hard on the game if it was actually a smooth experience. I couldn't go ten minutes without witnessing some kind of ridiculous bug that completely took me out of the experience. Not to mention I got softlocked many times throughout the game making me reset from my last save multiple times. I can't help but feel like this game was unfinished. It really needed another year or two in the oven. The story is pretty disappointing with almost no explanation as to what happened throughout the story. The main villain has almost no screen time and the final boss is very disappointing. Although there are many negatives to this game I can't really call it a bad game. I had a good time exploring the pizzaplex and going through its various areas. The pizzaplex itself is one of the best parts about the game. It is such a cool place to explore and look at. The music is also good. I will rescore this game once more updates for the game come out.

Score: 8.5/10 Pizzeria Simulator is one of the better games in the series. The atmosphere and sound design is great with the office and salvage sections being the most atmospheric. It is definitely one of if not the scariest game in the franchise. The game also has great voice acting too. Not too much to say negatively, but on the later nights the office phase can get pretty ridiculous. It can be very repetitive at times when trying to ward off animatronics but it's not really a big deal. It also has a very satisfying ending. Great music too.

Best in the series in my opinion. It has very fun and addicting gameplay with Dante and Nero's being the most fun. I enjoyed V's a little bit less because it was a lot slower paced than the others but it wasn't bad. Graphics and music are great too. Not a lot to say about the game negatively. The only major complaint I had was the camera being inconsistent a lot of the time. It would zoom in and out and it was really disorienting. Also I didn't really like V's gameplay that much. Score: 7.5/10 Five Nights at Freddy's is a very unique horror game. Its many secrets and mysteries paired with dreadful gameplay make it an interesting experience. After playing through the series I can say with confidence that this one is still one of the more scarier games in the franchise. The atmosphere and sound design is great but the gameplay is where things start to take a turn. After learning how to do everything you basically only do about 3 things the entire night. The game also heavily relies on RNG which I dislike. The extra modes are a fun challenge and I enjoyed my time with the game.

Score: 8.5/10 One of my favorite games in the FNaF series. It does a lot to keep the gameplay fresh and interesting throughout its pretty short runtime. The main complaint about the main game is how it can become trial and error in trying to beat the game. You will just keep dying until you figure out how to beat it or look up a guide. It has a pretty good story with some awesome voice acting. I also really like the style of this game and the music is great too. The real reason this is one of my favorite entries is because of the custom night. It is one of the best designed custom nights in the series. Every character has a purpose and a way to stop them. It also barely relies on any RNG. The best example is Golden Freddy mode which is the hardest difficulty. It took me many tries but each time I died I could feel myself improving and getting better at the gameplay until I finally beat it. It is very rewarding to see how skill plays such a big factor into the custom night mode.

Score: 7.5/10 The second game in the FNaF series is a good game but design choices make it inferior to the first. First off, I feel like the game is a lot less scarier than the first. It doesn't have that same feel that the first does. The jump scares are more startling than the first though. The mechanic of winding up the music box really just becomes tedious during the later nights. The worst part about this game is defiantly the balancing. This game was clearly not designed for higher difficulties which frustrates me to no end. Golden Freddy mode is the biggest offender of this. You can do everything perfectly and lighting fast and still lose just because the game says so. The RNG absolutely ruins the harder challenges for me. Even with my complaints I still think FNaF 2 is a good game. The game has some great character designs and the minigames add that extra bit of lore.

I have always felt that FNaF 3 was an underrated title. Sure the jump scares aren't frightening, but I think that works in the game's favor. It honestly lets me focus more on the actual game rather than worrying about flinching from a jump scare. It really feels more like a strategy game as opposed to closing a door or putting on a mask when an animatronic shows up. The game has great sound design and a spooky atmosphere. On the other hand one big negative of the game is how heavily is relies on RNG, especially on aggressive nightmare mode. This is also a big problem for me with multiple entries in the series. Very underrated game.

FNaF 4 really is a frightening game. Not because of its jump scares but mainly because of the setting of the game. A child's bedroom is a very interesting place for a FNaF game. Despite this however, I feel that this game has the most repetitive gameplay in the series. You are no longer watching cameras but running around a room the whole night. It gets stale very quickly. Another thing I don't particularly like is how loud the jump scares are. It gets annoying because you have to listen very closely and you most likely have your volume turned way up. Yeah it's frightening, but it sacrifices an enjoyable experience as a cost. I know it sounds like I really don't like this game but I do. It is very satisfying when you do beat the game and its extra modes. It's not a bad game but the way its designed needs some work.

Elden Ring is a masterpiece. It has one of the largest and grandest open worlds I have ever seen in a video game and it is a joy to explore. There is so much content in this game that it will take hours upon hours to fully explore and see everything. The game rewards players for exploring and going off the main path. The boss design is incredible as well. The only slightly negative thing I can say about this game are a few technical issues but they can be overlooked. Elden Ring delivers an amazing experience and I'm glad I was able to be a part of it.
