College football finally returned, but after the initial nostalgia hit and the grace period ended, the problems began to show. The football still has some of the issues that Madden has been plagued with for years, and after a few seasons, the dynasty mode begins to feel samey. Team Builder being back is welcome, but only being allowed to use teams in online dynasties is a massive slap in the face to offline-only players. Besides all of this, it's nice to actually have college football games back, the gameplay is the best it's felt since the PS3 and X360 days, and if the devs and EA can learn and make proper adjustments, then maybe there is some hope for EA Sports in the future.

The best Madden game to come out in a long time, but that's not saying much at all. The typical Madden issues still exist, and one of these days we'll get proper simulation football. But overall, it's okay, a far cry from previous Madden installments.

It's weird how Sonic Team gave a faithful remaster to one of their best 3D titles, and somehow managed to make a BETTER GAME and put it on the same disk. Shadow Generations is not only an evolution of the ideas from Sonic Frontiers, but it also manages to provide the greatest set of levels we've ever seen in the Boost era. If you had told me two years ago Sonic Team would make better levels than Unleashed and Sonic Generations, I would've thought you were crazy. Add on the fantastic graphics, nice remixed soundtrack, and a great story and characterization for Shadow, Shadow Generations is easily a contender for the best 3D Sonic game of all time.

In my opinion, this was the last GREAT Madden game. This was the last time that EA actually innovated and made changes. Changes to special teams (new kick arc, actually functional kick blocks, new trick plays), new commentators (they were fun and a welcome addition at the time), new Franchise additions (practice squads, bottom score ticker, big decisions, and weekly training), as well as fun gameplay and a great licensed soundtrack. This was also the last Madden game to have an "opening" with the Rams and their return to LA, which was super cool and they should have continued doing. This is the last Madden game that I genuinely can say is "good", and going back and playing it again recently has reinforced this belief. Really sad to see how far Madden has fallen since this point.

Pros: Gameplay feels smooth and controls very well. The best that Madden has felt to play in years AI is actually semi-competent. Finally the games don't feel like you have to do everything in order to succeed Quarterbacks can throw out of sacks. Thank the lord for this Love the art style of the in-game menus and transitions The Yard is admittedly pretty fun Cons: ZERO new changes to Franchise mode on launch Face of the Franchise decisions mean NOTHING to the story The story in Face of the Franchise is abhorrent, to say the least Face of the Franchise Scouting Combine is a complete joke. The 40-yard dash is a freaking interactable cutscene. Back to the decisions in Face of the Franchise. After your first year, the game FORCES you to either switch positions or go into the NFL Draft. No chance to compete for the starting job in your second year. Absolutely ridiculous. In the NFL Draft, you can either "let fate decide" or pick the team you go to. Unfortunately, the "let fate decide" option makes you get picked by the Bears. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Did these guys go up to the beta stage and then just decide they were done? Glitchy menus Random frame drops, even when OFFLINE The Yard, while fun, is NOT simulation football. Superstar KO is NOT simulation football. Ultimate Team is NOT simulation football. Verdict: This is not a simulation football game. This is the kind of game the NFL is allowing 2K to make next year. What's the point of the exclusive sim-game deal? EA and 2K are just gonna be making two separate non-simulation games. Such a shame. At least the football feels good to play. That's honestly all that saves it from being a 0 out of 10.

I really want to give this game a 0, but I can't do it. Despite this, I absolutely DESPISE this game. This is the most frustrating Sonic game I've ever played. There are only two levels that I genuinely enjoy playing (City Escape (duh) and Metal Harbor), and they're two of the first four levels in the entire game. Sonic has no good levels after Metal Harbor. Shadow's levels are really boring and don't have any life to them. Tails/Eggman's levels control horribly and the lock-on sound gives me PTSD. The Knuckles/Rouge levels make me contemplate genocide on the Chao in the Chao Garden (which is an overrated pet simulator that I could give less of a f*** about). The story? A complete mess with more holes than a block of swiss cheese. The music? Hit or miss. The graphics? Not great, but this game is from 2001 so I'll let that slide. Also, I hope that whomever did the sound for the cutscenes was fired. It's really infuriating to see people praise this game because the entire Sonic fandom looks at it through rose-tinted glasses. Really should've given it a 0 out of 10.

Best soundtrack in the series. Best Boost gameplay of the series. Best graphics of the series. Best story of the series. Best writing of the series. I get that some people don't like the Werehog, and I'll admit that it's not perfect. But Sonic Unleashed's full package is full of heart and creativity. Nobody can say that they didn't give everything they had into making this game the best that Sonic could be. And if you ask me? They succeeded and created the best game in the entire series.

One of the most overrated games I've ever played. Was really excited to see all of the good press that it was getting, but once I played it, I could not have been more disappointed. The story is rushed from the beginning. The writing is dreadful. The graphics are average. The combat is clunky. The controls are a nightmare. The best thing about this game is the lightsaber customization, and you have to deal with everything else just to get to that. EA disappoints with their Star Wars product for the THIRD time. Can Disney please give the license to a different company already?

Does what Generations does well: celebrates Sonic. This time, rather than the whole series, Mania celebrates the era of Classic 1990's Sonic the Hedgehog. While, I wish there were more new zones, the game is just filled with passion and heart, something that recent Sonic games have been severely lacking. Definite recommendation to any Sonic fan and to anyone who played the games on the SEGA Genesis back in the day.

Good lord, what a waste of time. Treyarch has clearly lost their touch. I thought that Black Ops 3 was an average game at most, a 5-6 out of 10. Not the worst CoD game I've ever played, but it definitely held the title as my least favorite in the series. Until Treyarch released Black Ops 4 three years later. Single player campaign? Gone and replaced with the INSULTING Specialist HQ. A multiplayer mode that took core aspects of COD gameplay and threw it into the trash in favor of MORE Specialists and other B.S. Campaign was replaced with "Blackout", a battle royale mode which "does it only the way Black Ops can". Blackout was nothing more than Fortnite and PUBG with a Call of Duty skin (and with graphics that would've been bad on a PlayStation 2). Zombies is still the best gamemode (it was the best in BO3 as well), but even then it's a severe downgrade. As much as I enjoy playing maps like "IX" and "Blood of the Dead", it doesn't make up for the outright atrocities of "Voyage of Despair" and "Dead of the Night", and the fact that the final two Aether maps EVER were nothing more than remakes of "Nuketown" and "Call of the Dead" with no CGI cutscenes was insulting to the Zombies community. Do not buy this game. Do not even get it when it's free. Treyarch should have to pay YOU to play this trainwreck. It's very clear that the devs gave up on Black Ops 4 very early in its life cycle. And if the devs don't care about the game, then why should us players care about it?

I used to defend this game when I first played it, but now as time has gone on, this game has become more and more distasteful in my eyes. The story is a rushed mess that is trying so hard to be dark and edgy, but it just comes out as some crappy fanfiction that some of us have probably read and/or written in our lives. The gameplay is "eh" at its best and at its worst, it's borderline unplayable. Classic Sonic should not even be here. He contributes to nothing other than sales. Modern Sonic is a shell of his former glory. His gameplay does not come anywhere NEAR the Boost gameplay in Unleashed, Generations, and even Colors. Hell, Sonic Rush and Rush Adventure were better boost games if you asked me. The Avatar, while fun to create and customize, boils down to nothing more than a plot device and the possibly biggest Mary Sue (even though your OC could be a guy as well) in any media form I've seen in my life. The gameplay for the avatar is nothing more than just "Modern Sonic, but no boosting and a gun". The level design is atrocious from start to finish. The music has tracks that are fantastic (Sunset Heights), tracks that are decent (literally all of the Avatar songs), and tracks that are outright painful to listen to and even think about (Faded Hills). Overall, SEGA seriously needs to reevaluate EVERYBODY at Sonic Team, cuz I do not trust anyone in those offices to actually make a decent Sonic game anymore.
