This game is extremely overrated. I have not completed yet it but the poor quality in level design and animation is really disappointing me. The handling is slow, unresponsive, clunky and frustrating. The path is not clear at all and the graphics are really poor too (except for specific points in the game). Also, im playing on a xbox one x and the performance is rubbish. Not only its at 30 fps, it can barely mantain a stable framerate. I hate you EA, rot in hell.

Its a simple, fun, basic racer. Not as arcade style as driveclub (I actually prefer the handling of this game), but still a fast paced simple arcade. It brings nothing new to the genre, but has a good variety of racing modes that keeps you entertained. The handling is ok, arcade style, easy to pick up and play. Not many vehicles, not many tracks, and nothing extremely exciting. Still, very fun to play if you like racing.

Its not bad if you get it for a good price. Graphics are pretty decent in handheld mode and its a pretty fun arcade racer. On the other side, there are no weapons like in wipeout, nothing really new or exciting on the level designs and those switching color mechanics dont really do it for me.

This is one those games that cant really be explained on a short review. If you’ve played Journey, then you know what I mean. The combination of art, music and abstract / metaphoric storytelling makes a really really superb experience. Play it with headphones, will make a difference. Not all perfect though, I must say that at some point the level design got a tiny tedious and confusing for me and I struggled to advance... But overall I LOVED this game. Brilliant!!!

Brilliant little game, not too short but not very long either. You will die quickly but its fast paced and addictive. The simple combat mechanics are enough to keep you hooked throughout the entire game. The art and animations are awesome, the story goes a little bit too mental for my taste but its part of its charm. Well worth the money!

While this is what most hardcore fans of sonic might have been waiting for the last 2 decades, its more of a nostalgia pixelated mashup for some us. Yes it does fully retain the essence of sonic the hedgehog from the 90s... why? Because its exactly that, a game from the 90s with the original mechanics and same 16 bits graphics. For me: its just too annoying to play with the repetitive and fustrating level designs and mechanics from decades ago. I just dont have the patience anymore. I dis have fun and do appreciate what they have done with the original levels and the new designs... But... it took me 3 days to get bored of it. Is it worth it then? Well... dunno really, I guess there are much more expensive hobbies, but I cant help feeling a bit guilty when it ends up in a draw for the rest of eternity after a mini tinky dose of pixelated nostalgia.

This game is absolutely brutal. DID NOT expect this at all. The character animations, the details in the city, the combat mechanics make it super addictive. Includes a bit of puzzle and parallel stories with secondary characters which gives a good variation. The handling of spider-man is super fun when you get the hang of it and the combat is super thrilling as it gets harder. One of the best titles in PS4 IMO.

Improved in some aspects, but worse in others. Positive points: - Rider animation feels more real. Small details like the rider looking back when exiting the pits for instance. In general it feels better than 2017. - Handling is pretty cool, specially when you switch to pro and manual. Bike does controllable power wheelies, moves when you brake very hard and feels a lot cooler. Really nice. - Although the performance is not great, the bikes and riders look better. Negative: - Going back to 30fps is a HUGE HUGE HUGE dissapointment for me. - Crashes look dull. They all look the same now. I actually prefered 2017 version. In my opinion this has also deteriorated in this verison. - Some parts of the physics still feel unreal. For instance flying off the bike in a really exagerated manner. Touching the side of the track and lifing the bike up in a really weird way. Its fun to play if you like racing games and specially motorcycle games BUT the worst downside for me is the performance on consoles. I could live with the other negative points but not with 30fps...

Hell yeah! I'm so glad to come into this site and discover I'm certainly not alone with my feeling about this game! The game is damn awesome: sounds, graphics, cars ... but I do not have a wheel and the handling with the default controller is absolutely crazy-difficult with some cars. I really enjoy challenging handling in a racing game but this goes over the top. And you know what? I know some hardcore users disagree with this but throw in the "rewind" feature that other games have and it would make a huuuuuge difference to play. Right now I'm quitting this game because it's destroying my nervous system.

I'm a hardcore fan of racing games and a real life biker. I owned the previous game and I'v been playing this one for months now. What I like: - First player mode mechanics are much more engaging, since now you have to earn medals to unblock other events in different categories. - There is much more content for single player, Including special international events and championships. So there is a lot more incentive to play for many hours. - Crashes look cool at last! They look realistic and really cool for the first time ever! - Loading times have really improved. - Bikes look cool (still not brilliant, could improve a lot for a ps4 game) and handling is brilliant. - The rider animations and physics are the best in a bikes game so far. It's incredible how cool it feels. If you are morbike fan you will love it. I own one of the Ducatis you can pick in this game and I love it! What I dont like: - The AI is very annoying. This is the worse issue in this game for me. They smack into you constantly when arriving to tight corners and force you to replay over and over. - In the main UI for the game, the small map indicator where you can preview corners, is pretty bad. It needs to be positioned somewhere else and it needs to be zoomed out cos I can never see the corners coming up. I have to end up memorizing the tracks. - Some powerful bikes, like the panigale 1299, are extremely sensitive to wheelies. Even with antiwheelie to the max, its almost imposible to accelerate in 1st and 2nd gear. It's a bit too much and ends up being quite fustrating in my opinion. - Customizing the bike is something really cool, but by now its got a bit dated, it would be cool if you had options to more expensive and efective performance pieces. I'm sure it would improve the core gamepay and improve incentives to complete races.

I'm a hugeee fan of BF series, I've been playing BF4 up until the release of BF1. My review is based on a comparison between these two games. Graphics, sounds, atmosphere and the entire experience are BRILLIANT. The action is quite a lot slower but does not take away the intensity of the action by any means. Weapons feel really really cool, well balanced and the handling works as expected. For me the are a couple of important issues with this game though. performance on this PS4 version when playing large battles is poor, quite poor actually. The other issues for me is that I miss all the extra add-ons for the weapons that make the multiplayer a lot richer. Seems to be a bit of lack of content in my opinion. Battlepacks feel quite lame to me, I don't see the point in unlocking visuals although I do quite like the new medals system. All in all an EXCELENT game!!

While this little gem is heavily inspired by the game Limbo, by no means that means it lacks originality and excellence. Although Limbo is a unique and brilliant game, this piece of art has taken that and gone a step forward. At first, I was a bit hesitant, since even the beginning of the game resembles Limbo so much, I could only fear for a huge dissapointment. But this game is absolutely brilliant.

I have exactly the same opinion as another user that reviewed this game here. This game is absolutely brilliant in some aspects but I WILL NOT CONTINUE PLAYING! I'd love to give this game a 10 but I just cant. Why? The difficulty in this game is ridiculous, seriously, I'm not a casual gamer, I've been playing racing games since gameboy and master system until this generation and this is the hardest racing game I've played in the last 25 years. My review is not based on a few quick matches, I've put several hours into each category and it's just too damn hard. The Rally category might seem more or less ok at first if you are use to playing racing games, if you concentrate and you are good you can be within the top 3 and the end of each event. But once you enter the next level of the championship, if you choose the wrong car ( and I did ), I had to play each event of a race at least 25 times and even then I only managed 7th place. Yes the handling is really challenging and in some aspects is really satisfying when you get it right BUT it's so damn hard to keep the car on the road. Sometimes it's impossible to keep the danm car in a straight line! Now that is TOO MUCH. It becomes fustrating, so so soooo fustrating that even I'd love to continue playing I just can't. The Rally-Cross category, has a really cool handling, not as extreme as the Rally category, but the AI difficulty is so hight that I will make you repeat the same races dozens of times to be 1st. It's too much for me considering that each event has 4 qualifying events, a semifinal race and a final race. The car you have will automatically be upgraded as you race, I'm not convinced at all by this new game design, I want to upgrade my car myself. Good things: - Although it's not amazing graphics-wise it still looks pretty impressive - Sounds really cool - Handling in Rally Cross is really cool and fun

Wow I'm surprised people are actually happy with the graphics in this game? This is what you call good graphics ? Seriously? They are a HUGE dissapointment IMO. The level of details in the models (birds, dogs, dudes on the streeet, cars and even the explosions and smoke effects) are mediocre at their best. To me it looks like a PS3 game, seriously. Graphics aside, the mechanics of the game are really adictive, like destiny. It's really fun to play coop, and the level of difficulty is well balanced. The map is huge and at first the seems like there is loads of content. The shooting is fun, although the enemies seem a bit like bullet sponges and stupid at first. After playing for several days I feel like it's missing something. It got pretty repetitive sooner than I thought. I need more variety to keep me hooked, I got the same feeling I got with destiny now.

I'm giving this game an 8 because of how much fun it is, which in my opinion overcomes its flaws, which are quite a few. Another user defined it as "rough around the edges", I agree with that statement for some aspects of the game. I've played for two weeks now, it's extremely fun and addicting and with loads of stuff to do. I love the RPG upgrade mechanics of the game and how it all works. Everything feels satisfying and rewarding in this game, and extremely fun. + Really fun upgrade system + Extremey cool scenarios and landscape design + Driving and combat is really fun + Loads of stuff to do + The camps are all different, and feel really cool to explore (not repetitive at all in my opinion) - Dodgy graphics / textures in some points of the game - Really bad performance issues with framerate drops that last quite a while - Handling of the character feels a bit rough sometimes, could be better (for instance jumping, dropping off edges ...)

I haven't played COD for a while now, I'm not a fanboy of anything, and I'm no hater. This game could've been a lot better IMO but it doesn't deserve any of those stupid low scores. Campaign is good but not great, with an overly complex and confusing story, nothing really new, nice graphics, nice performance and of course the greatest thing for me is that it's coop. I expected a lot more of intense action though and less story telling. Fun overall but could be a lot better. Multiplayer is solid, It's fast paced and handles as expected. Although I feel like the Light Machine Guns are useless, because they are so slow to aim with and since in this multiplayer most of the time tis about how fast you can aim when coming face to face with an enemy. However I really prefer other games when it comes to multiplayer, there are no vehicles and most of the combat is in small levels and close encounters. +Having coop campaign is the reason I got this game +Nice graphics and performance +Solid multiplayer -I found SEVERAL BUGS in the campaign, really bad ones -Lacks intense action in campaign + too much useless story telling -Gets boring quick

It's difficult to define Journey, it's so different from anything else. I can understand people who say it's overrated / boring, because it's so unique. Players who just play shooters / action action games might not enjoy this gameplay since it has absolutely nothing to do with most games. It won't provide the "adrenaline", fast paced intense action. Beautiful simplistic original graphics combined with elegant smooth music and a mute story that could represent the meaning of life. That's my best attempt to describe journey.

People give out 9's and 10's so easy man... First of all my humble opinion is not based on the PS3 version of this game, also it's not comparing with previous versions of GTA, because I haven't played GTA for decades now. I'm an active gamer and I play many other titles though. So this is my objective opinion. The game is brilliant in two main parts: 1) Main story, with he different characters, their lifes, the voice acting, the animations ... Excelent, superb!. Following the main story missions is what makes this game shine. 2) Open world graphics! Might not be as good as on PC, but depending where you are or what you are doing the graphics of this game can go from good to gorgeous. The lights, details on the streets, the water, flying the plane. Brilliant. Now, this game can be definitely be improved in these aspects: 1) The shooting parts. The animations are smooth and look cool yes, but it handles extremely SLOW. Also, whats with the auto aim? It ruins all the fun, seriously. 2) Driving. OK... how many GTA's have been released now? If one of the main features in the game is stealing cars and driving around, why is the handling so damn BAD?? The brakes are super super sensitive, the handbrake makes the car slide into infinity, and it's just close to impossible to take corners in a satisfying way with a fast car. Overall, excellent game, well worth the money. But in my opinion it can be improved a lot. I'd rather have a game with less content but good handling.

I must say I'm not a huge fan of these kind of games, I've played very few RPG games of this kind in my life, but my opinion might still be valuable for other similar gamers. Anyway since there are so many good reviews for this game I purchased a digital version on PS4 and gave it a go. I'd been playing Dying light and Batman previous to this title (both awesome games), and my first impression when I started up this game was... "eeermmm ok... I thought graphics where suppose to be stunning"... Well maybe they are on PC, I dunno, but to be honest I found them average. On the other hand once I got outside into the huge open world, the lightning effects, the sounds, the music are great. The game is huge, the characters voice acting is great and I can see why people love this game. However, I must be picky because I didn't actually read anything that talked about how damn clunky the character handling is, it's just terrible, slow, sluggish, clunky, fustrating. I played this game everyday for a week, I wanted to like it, but I just couldn't get around the terrible handling and poor performance at some points (with framerate drops). Trying to explore the interiors of houses with that handling is just fustrating and boring, It ruins the game for me, and the combats just don't feel satisfying either. So I lost interest. I like games where the characters animation and movement and realism is polished and realistic. I like stunning graphics and intense action. Didn't find any of that in this game.

This game is extremely underrated here in my opinion. I think this is in part because this is a racing simulator, on a console, which is rare, so rare I can't remember any racing game I've played that is so complex (racing + driving settings) as this one on a gaming console. So anyway, I agree with other users, the menus and UI are not that user friendly and there is a lack of detail on the tracks (empty boxes, poor quality spectators and landscape). The design of the career mode it not the best in my opinion, I'd prefer clearer menus and also having cars or categories to look forward too, that you can unlock by winning races. Having EVERYTHING unlocked from the beginning is an aproach I don't like. On the other hand the car, the sound and the handling are really really cool. The different views are really fun, in fact it's on of those games where you can actually play from inside the car and you can see the corners coming, because there are so many games that the only view from inside the car you can see NOTHING because the camera is so low. I'm not a hardcore simulator player, I don't tweak the settings, I just enjoy driving the game with realistic settings and improving lap times and winning races and with this game the handling is so complex, so challenging and feels so real it's extremely fun to master. Lighting effects and sound are superb. Highly recommended!

OK if you want an honest review read this. Since I'm starting to see things like 9 and 10 someone has to come out and tell the truth :P This is NOT a PROPER BIKES GAME, the physics and the handling are terrible. Yes, we know that the original driveclub is more balanced towards arcade style, and thats not everyones cup of tea, but this is not about arcade vs simulation. A racing game can be arcade style and still be tons of fun ( for instance Project Gotham Racing ), but this is was just a quick and dirty adaptation from the engine / physics they already have to sell it as a bikes game, and its just baaaaad. Physics and handling are terrible, do not expect anything near Ride or Motogp. It's just not right, the handling is too sensitive, unreal, annoying and in the end boring. Also, the balancing formula on the difficulty of the AI is not right, I can tell there are some varians like the lenght of the race that make the AI riders go faster or slower ( I know this is common in many racing games), but at some point if the race is long and you get a little left behind, no matter how fast and clean you race you can never catch up. Making some longer races impossible while shorter races are a lot easier. On the other hand, it does have some good things. (Which make this DLC fail even harder because it teases you with some good ingredients but the final mix is just not there): The graphics and the weather effects are pretty cool. Some races with some specific bikes like the Ducati desmosedici feel awesome and are real fun to play and replay. Having official street bikes is a really cool feature that we only had on the ps4 with Ride, even if some of the races and handling are real rubish. I'm aware of the price of this DLC, but come on, this is such a disapointment. This is such a shame, because I was really looking forwards to fun bikes game, even if it was short. I would rather have paid 70$ without hessitating for a longer proper version of this game instead of paying 15 for a quick, dirty, poor adaptation.

However this game would have been MUCH more enjoyable, if they'd put better effot into poloshing the game. RIDE is FULL of all kind of bugs and crashes. Excellent game. It keeps the original gameplay of an old arcade, but keeps you hooked with the large / explorable levels and all the upgrades you aquire during the story. I loved the minimalistic comic / manga style graphics and the characters animations. It's really fun to play with a ninja with so many powers and skills. As you progress in the story mode you unlock more and more cool powers. I was a bit dissapointed however with the special moves, I expected them to be more interesting / spectacular. The constant confrontation with bosses IMO can get a bit too stressing at some points, but it's part of the game style. It There are some flaws in the design, like for instance being killed by a boss and having to repeat a small piece of the story time after time when I got killed, that was extremely annoying. But overall I really enjoyed this not so simple arcade style ninja game, it was well worth the money it cost.

Smooth clean amazing graphics, sounds are just brilliant, and visual effects such as lights and particles as usual are a big exagerated but make it awesome. I found the Campaign to be extremely well balanced and fun. Characters voices and animations and acting, the atmosphere, the different scenarios and the general gameplay are just brilliant.
