Ok, just beat the game and am here to give an honest opinion. As it is, this is the second best terminator game, I have played. There are tons out there, and the overwhelming majority are bad. This is a close second to Future Shock. There is a lot of world to explore, but think about the map layout kind of like borderlands, without the ability to go back to previously explored areas. There is a skill system that is sadly very basic. Its effective, but so basic it feels like it was a last minute slap in. As it stands, this is very good and it closes the story arcs of T1 and T2. This is what dark fate SHOULD have been... The bad, the graphics are really outdated, a lot of the textures are very low resolution, etc. I did notice it only because I was exploring thoroughly. There are a finite amount of terminators/skynet units on a map, the rest is just finding stuff for crafting ammo/explosives, health kits, finding journals, etc. There are some side quests too. I feel like this game could have been so much more. I would love to see a sequel/remake to this that includes a fully open roam world with a better rpg and equipment system, as well as better character development. Also the romance scenes were kind of... there? I never saw them coming, nor did anyone really need them... You don't see anything with the characters and it really leads nowhere, plotwise. So... why did they need to exist in the first place? As it stands, its going to be the best terminator game you can readily purchase in today's market, absolutely worth it!

First off, I actually like this game, but it feels like its trying to take the best elements from three different games (Fallout, Rage, and Bioshock)... and water them down. Look, its good, don't get me wrong, but its not a game I feel I would play through again. The graphics are amazing, the worlds lore is kind of... honestly generic. The characters are actually interesting, so are the worlds. The gameplay and loot system feels similar to rage 1, but locations are a bit more akin to fallout. No respawning enemies which is nice, and not so nice at the same time. Means you cant level as quickly as I would prefer; but apparently it doesn't matter since the level cap is 30. The amount o content is enough to make me content with the purchase, but I don't feel its worth full price. Maybe a 30 dollar title at MOST. Before I bought the game, I asked several friends if it was worth a full price purchase. Every single one of them responded, "I am still trying to decide if it is [worth full price]" If its that level of borderline, then it probably isn't. Once again, its fun, but I doubt I will play through again. I stand by my 7 out of 10.

First of all, the story is amazing, I would have been perfectly fine with it just being an attempt to escape from the island... but it throws an insane twist in the middle of it which adds a new level of intrigue that hooked me even further. I have a fine motor skills disability and cannot use controllers that well, at least the joystick elements. They put a lot of time and effort into the mouse and keyboard controls, to fine tune them to be an amazing experience. I tried to use controller with it afterwards, and find I can dash and dodge faster, and easier, with mouse and keyboard, than with controller... Mind you this is actually a technical limitation for the controller itself. To dash you have to press a button related to running/walking, while moving. On pc I can just press right click and dash around while pressing wsad, making movement through the island a lot easier. Also in order to use special attacks on controller, you have to hold down one of the triggers and press a, b, x, or y to use them, on pc you just press 1-4, which are located conveniently above the 'w' key. The fact that they put this amount of time and effort to make pc controls actually good, should speak wonders to this specific version of the game. The visuals are very nice as well, they arent 100% up to date, though, which is why my score is at a 9. They look good, but you can clearly see some polygons and slightly lower resolution textures. These are easy to overlook as the island is crafted beautifully and the action will keep you pushing forward, instead of staring at a rock the entire time. I have always loved ys games, and would advocate them above final fantasy, and this one is no exception! There are going to be a lot of low review scores for it. The games launch on pc wasnt a very smooth one. They delayed the game, at the last second, twice! When it did end up coming out, it was extreme buggy, and would crash often for a lot of people. With the exception of a flickering light issue in two areas, I didn't encounter any bugs, or crashes in the game, so my experience was a bit more pleasing than most peoples. The bugs have been worked out at this point, so there is no reason not to get it on pc. Also, this is prob one of my favorite games of all time, at least in the top 10... pick it up if its on sale on steam, if you have any doubts, I couldn't recommend it more!

Fire Emblem: Three Houses

First of all, there are so many things that are good about this, and a few things that prevent me from really saying its one of the better titles. First of all, the different houses are a very unique idea, think kind of like harry potter classrooms, etc, but in fire emblem. You become the teacher for one of the houses, and can train students the way you want to use them in battle. There is a nice little open roam element, and there is an online setting, if someone has fallen in combat on a specific tile, it can create an xp or gear tile for someone else playthrough. Likewise if one of your units is defeated, it will create one of the tiles for another player. This is a unique element and I actually think its a good one! There is also a new brigade system, which reinforces your units with extra abilities that can help others out, this is also a neat system that hasn't been done before. The cutscenes also have the same quality as the CGI from the 2016 berserk series, which means they are relatively well done! Now the bad... First, I really do not like the character design, I think its one of the weakest character designs in the franchise. Most characters have the same color hair as their iris, which gives them a creepy feel. Some just look weird/creepy to begin with. I would say half just look odd, and the others look natural, I could get into a list of things for each character, but too long for a review. Frankly, my biggest complaint is the sheer amount of solider's I can bring into battle. I am a bit of an impatient person, so when I have to control 20 students at the same time, it gets a bit annoying. I would prefer for them to go back to the system from awakening/fates. Also the bond system is not nearly as good as it was in previous entries. I think fire emblem fates actually had the best bonding system out of all of them, but that's just me. Overall, I do like the game, I have sunk 20+ hours into the game and continue to enjoy it... but its not anywhere close to my favorite fire emblem game.

If you liked the original on Genesis/Mega Drive, then you will love this. Its essentially a remake of the first game, but has a lot of new enemies, playable characters, etc. It combined the hyperfunk zone from the second game as a bonus stage on the first game. For those who had never heard of, or played this game, the idea is its a 90s hip hop style game, imagined by non-minorities (think vanilla ice era lame), where you go around picking up wrapped presents. The presents can contain many good, and many bad effects, like tomatos which allow you to pop enemies, or a total bummer, which instantly kills you. There are 26 levels (25 + a secret level 0), you have to traverse them to pick up all of your missing ship pieces. The goal is to collect all 10, and the last piece is on the final level every time. You gain experience by doing things in the world and can rank up to increase your health. Its a very fun game

There is a massive imbalance with the characters, the game modes are not unique at all and have been done to hell and back, the matchmaking is piss poor. Blizzard has always had a balancing issue, but you cannot have that in a game like this. After 3 matches I would rather be playing tf2. I am sorry 2 out of 10 cause the art style is good but the game is sheer RUBBISH! Dont even bother, blizzard screwed up. Those giving this game a pure 10 should be met with a grain of salt as the game is just terrible. Its not worth 60, not even worth 0. Dont bother. Rainbow six games, to me, have always been about a decent counter terrorism story, loadout customization, and terrorist hunt. This game has almost none of this. It is a multiplayer centered shooter, where terrorist hunt is frowned upon because it does not provide enough of a reward, so not many people play it. Loadouts are another huge issue for me. The weapons are specific to the faction a character is from. In rb6, its made up of forces from all over the world, so why cant I select any weapon from all over the world, too? As for the story, apparently the game asks "What's Story?" cause there is none. This is a slap in the face to Tom Clancy and is very much intended to be a mulitplayer 5v5 shooter with the wrong label slapped on it. Should have just been called Siege as its not rainbow six.

First of all, the game is not nearly as bad as people say it is, my low rating is due to the code of conduct, how easy it is to abuse it, and the fact that zenimax is pandering to SJW's at this point in time. Basically you can get someone banned, by getting offended by what they say, even if its a joke in poor taste to some. I am sorry but if its that easy to abuse the system, then there is zero point in giving a positive review about a game as a whole, as they can shut down your entire account and waste the hundreds of dollars you have spent. Zenimax, stop pandering to SJW's, you have no excuses. Made one comment about Brazilians being a plague to north American gaming, account got flagged because someone got "Triggered" by it.

The developers had stated, several months before release, that the game would be centered around exploration, not combat. So I expected a more relaxed game, rather than an open world game. This is, of course, going to be boring to the majority of players that want an action oriented game. Much of the issues are centered around the trailer and what was "promised". What they showed in the trailer was not possible at the time of release. Only one GPU, at that time, could technically run what they were wanting to put in... so yeah they were going to dumb it down to appeal to the mass market. I see people complaining that its boring... what do you expect about a game that is centered around single player exploration, and not combat? Its not as bad as people say, but its also not as good as people say by any long mile. Its average. If you want a single player space exploration game, with minimal combat, then this is not a bad option. The worlds are big and there is some form of mindless, and minor, satisfaction from exploring ruins and learning an alien language. I oddly never had crashes or fps issues, since day 1 of launch... I was running a dying r9 290, with 16 gigs of ddr3 and an amd fx-8350 black. Stable 49 fps.

Visual bugs aside, I hate the core aspects of the combat. Weapons dont do enough damage, feels like the damage system from dragon age inquisition meets me3. Voice actors do NOT match their races. The krogans feel like slightly more auto-tuned versions of and do not have enough **** voice. The salarian's voice actors/actresses pitch is way off compared to the other games. The Turian voice acting... is ok. The story doesnt hit me as well as the old series did, nor does the overall concept of it. Very few enemy types leads to repetitive combat. They took some of the better elements that mass effect 1 had, and tried to combine it with the elements that mass effect 2 did right... And for some reason, they failed at all attempts. The nice thing is it is more open world, the movement is very nice and well tuned (least on the player side, animations are still hilarious at best), and the research system feels worthwhile... downside is everything is repetitive, very few enemy types, weapons feel completely useless, etc. I would say it has potential to be good... but right now, the damage system is my biggest complaint.. Peer to peer hosting on a game that requires absolute precision is terrible. Core element to the game ruins everything. The amount of stamina loss, when you parry/block attacks is minimal. Blockers/parry always beats someone trying to actually duel. Combat ends up in trading one or two blows then blocking everything else. Its boring and sluggish gameplay. Using block breaks takes away around a half of your stamina while only being able to attack once or twice after. A power attack should reduce someone's stamina, if they are trying to block/parry. Having such a fundamental mechanic, as flawed as it is, completely ruins the game. Its too easy to counter a feint as well, so there is absolutely no excuse for this kind of game play to exist in this type of game. If someone gives this a 10 out of 10, automatically disregard their review. The game is absolute Rubbish, just like the developers who developed the game! This should never get above a 5 out of 10. I am giving it a 1 out of 10 as pay2win is NOT OK IN THIS CURRENT ERA OF THE INDUSTRY!!!! Veteran players/subscribers have a very distinct advantage over regular players, and it does affect the game in a HUGE way. Now I am willing to subscribe to a game if I feel its good enough, but frankly, planetside 2 features broken gameplay mechanics, weapons that take an ungodly amount of time to farm certifications for... or buy them outright for about 6-10 dollars a weapon... and a lot of other piss poor implementations. Its not so much a game about skill, as it is about making sure you fire upon an enemy who hasn't seen you as the person who fires first, without being seen, is always going to get a kill. Many of the vehicle weapons are too weak and anti-vehicle weapons are the worst offenders, they are too weak to consider even trying to use. It takes around 10 anti-vehicle hits to destroy a lightning (light tank), and enemy engineers can repair through 1 person trying to pelt it with anti-vehicle. The weapons on most of the vehicles are a freaking joke, too. Air vehicles have a terrible time trying to kill light vehicles. I took out a little buggy in a mosquito, the buggy destroyed my mosquito (air vehicle) in 5 seconds, whereas I only got him to half health... WHERE IS THE LOGIC IN THAT??? A CAR WITH A MACHINE GUN, KILLS A VTOL WITH A MACHINE GUN, FASTER?!?!? Hell no, the game is garbage pay2win **** Dont waste your time, those giving the game anything above a 5, are liars or sheeple. Its BAD! And yes, it is pay2win, not freemium. There is no paywall to unlock certain features you cannot already have in the game by grinding an ungodly amount of time. The single player campaign was entertaining, but they still didnt really try to explain the backstory behind the two factions. The multiplayer is where the game starts to feel rushed or not as good as the original. Instead of having 3 types with 6 or 7 different weapons, you now have 8 titan types, each with their own weapons. The customization is minimal, compared to the first titan fall, and the titan play feels a bit less intiutive. No longer do titans have shields right off the bat, so the hit and tag gameplay of the previous game no longer exists. No longer can pilots use counter measures as quickly, so expect a successful rodeo to cause the death of your titan. They did add a lot of player classes to the game... despite them still recycling the old one. TBH, I think they should have kept the old loadout system, so we could have some versatility, but added the new core types and weapons to the mix. Its not bad, but its not as customizatble as the first titanfall... Its not bad in any way, similar gun play. They try to make up for the lack of customizing your titans weapons by giving you the ability to apply a paint job to your titan... Once again, should just let me customize the titans chasis, weapon, and salvo... like in the first one.... If you couldnt tell, thats my main complaint about the multiplayer, they dumbed down the titan gameplay.

Along with the character customizations and story, the game actually has balanced mechanics. There is very little imbalance, so if you are a pvper, this is your dream game. I will warn you, if you do not have a subscription, your enjoyment will not be as favorable as a subscriber. They really screw over f2p players. The latest expansion, kotfe, improves upon everything I mentioned above. Your choices actually do matter as you can permanently lose companions if you make poor choices. The new difficulty system is a double edged sword for me. Its best to slowly scale up the difficulty as you level your character, which is just odd to me. On top of this, melee weapons are pretty much pointless, right now. They have lots of them in the game, but you will get shot to death before you get close enough to melee the heavier types. Additionally, all 4 endings make me feel like I had no choice in the end, all of which caused me to sacrifice too much... Why cant I just play on a neutral path in the end? I started to lose interest halfway through because the sides are very much defined and I do not really agree with anything any of the factions are trying to accomplish. The other complaint I have is... I SWEAR they got M. Night Shyamalan to created the story as its nothing but obvious twists. 7 out of 10, its good but its not perfect, and it should never receive perfect scores.

This game could be close to perfect but suffers from some very MAJOR issues... these are issues I cannot look past for whatever reason they chose, most of them just poor design flaws or poor implementation. 1. FOB missions and connection to the server, yes you will get disconnected quite often. If you are in an FOB mission, and get disconnected cause their server derps up, you not only automatically fail the mission, you lose rank points and they get a location on your base, opening you up to their raids. VERY BAD IMPLEMENTATION!!!!!!! 2. The open world portion gets very repetitive and doesnt feel like I'm getting a lot of reward. 3. Some of the missions feel like they drag on and on for no reason. The last mission in afganistan, in particular, takes far too long, when it should only take half of the time. 4. At the time of writing this, there is a movement bug, where your character will continue walking in one direction. The fix is to run around in a circle... but this is enough time to either a. get spotted, or b. get focused down after being spotted... its a big bug that shouldn't have made it past their play testing. Otherwise, the stealth concept is sound, the combat is pretty good, and its overall a good game. I would say it is not worth 60 dollars, but closer to 40. Either way ive had a lot of fun, but these issues really kill the fun factor of the game. If this changes, great, I could go up to an 8 or 9, but until then, its a solid 7.

I was in cbt, it was good back then. There were only about 40-50 champions to select from with a new one coming every few months. Now they are releasing a new champion every other week which makes it impossible to keep up with getting new champions unless you lack a life or want to spend a lot of real money on it. One of my idiot friends fell for this and has spent 5.8k usd on league so far... I might rate this up to a 5 if they included an all in one package, for one price, like smite did... However, the game is no longer about skill, its about "counters." Problem is, if you don't grind using crappy champions or wont spend real money (on a garbage game might I add) you wont be able to counter said OP champions. I am sorry but this is just a piss poor design. Smite is the better option, hi-rez might be a team of inbred morons but at least they made a solid skill based game, compared to this garbage.

Clearly better than league of legends. Instead of focusing on crappy mechanics like "counters" this focuses on actual skill and knowing what you are doing. If you cant aim, you wont do well. League is garbage compared to smite, and its easily comparable since league is the standard of mobas...

This game is not bad at all. I picked it up on a steam sale, for 10 bucks, and it was well worth the purchase price. Its Diablo 2, Dracula style. The dialogue between the main character and his ghost friend is quite funny, at times. The game play is very close to diablo 2, in play, but it just feels great, the universe is good, its just a very good, underrated game. The only complaint I really have... Is the voice acting on the generic npcs is very monotone. It feels like they took audio recordings of each word and tried to stitch it together, just feels robotic.

I will likely advoctate this game, over wow... However the latest expansion has caused too many issues. They changed the way a lot of things worked, all classes got revamped... However... Some of the spec abilities are automatically given to you while others are not... An example is my operative's kolto probe... It was not provided to me, automatically, upon selecting the role... But my recuprative nanotech, which is operative, was provided automatically. Its inconsistent on many classes. On top of that, there are some ui issues that should have never been changed. They separated the buff and debuff ui sections and made it so the debuff ui will scale automatically (with no way to turn it off), as a result it overlaps my characters health bar and bottom quick bars... Not sure why they made this design choice but I had to move it off towards the side of the screen... Now I have to check my debuffs like im checking the mirror of a car to take a left turn while there is tons of DEATH in front of me. Just some really bad choices by the developers... Many good things, like flagships/strongholds, good story, extra levels/flashpoints/etc, great graphics and fun leveling... But there are issues like this, which prevents me from giving it anything above a 6... If the developers were to think before they do something, it would be rated a lot higher!

I love the mass effect franchise, especially this game, but it has some annoyances that prevent me from giving it a perfect score. First, speaking of the good parts of the game. It is a role playing, third person, shooter with multiple interesting classes and the ability to defy physics with many abilities. The core game play is solid (even though I wish they would have included a reload element... like they did in me2,) The storyline is gripping, the cinematic are damned good, the character progression is very nice, as well. There are some plot holes and lots of other elements but simply put, its great! There is a wide variety of items and modificiations in the game, which add to the enjoy-ability for those who like loot finding. HOWEVER! There are several complaints that I have, which prevents me from giving it a perfect score... The main complaint is the mako exploration and side planet geometry. Its very obvious they did not put any time or effort into the height maps they used for the side mission planet. They were sloppily done with lots of jagged edges and some dips in the geometry that the mako has difficulty getting out of... Not to mention trying not to bounce around like a bumper car ride gone horribly wrong!... They could have used the blur tool on photoshop, to eliminate half of the geometry issues. The second complaint is the inventory system, I cannot select multiple items to disassemble, hell even a full tier would have been NICE! instead, I must go through my full inventory, of 150 items, and manually break the items into omnigel or sell them manually. This process is tedious and detracts from the overall gameplay experience. On top of this, they introduced a "tier" system, for loot. After about tier 5, for weapon mods and armor mods, they started to combine many of the effects of two mods, but made them less potent. Its fine and all, make them more powerful as you level up... once you hit level 40 the gear is all the same tier, for the last 20 levels. At which point you already have max omnigel and max credits... and max inventory constantly hounding you to clear space... There are a lot of elements that make this a great game, and some very major annoyances. Worth a 60 dollar price tag... its down to about 10, right now. Pick it up when you get a chance, especially if you like sci-fi shooters combined with rpg elements.

This took what battlefield 3 did and made it SOOOOOO MUCH WORSE!!!! The counter-knife system is a thorn in my side, its rediculous and if they wanted to go that route, have a qte to try to make it a struggle, not just a reversal... Its a joke. On top of that it takes far too many anti-vehicle weapons to kill a tank, around 5, more if they are repairing. You only carry 5, so without a support, you wont do jack... The map design is terrible, as well. Has some neat little features but its still a bad design. Rush mode is still as bad as it was in bf3... They took a mode that was fun and great in bad company 2 and completely screwed it up. Having to unlock guns and accessories makes the game very unfriendly towards newbies, even veterans of the battlefield franchise. The premium edition... dont get me started... You pay extra for perks like... moving to the front of the queue, for full servers... Its a slap in the face to gamers everywhere. This game is a joke, ever since they codified it they killed off the fun factor of the game... They need to go back to the old system and remake bf2 and 2142 with better graphics, but the same gameplay as before... Too bad, this game should be great, looks great, but the mechanics are just terrible...

I love this game, I have an affection for 4x strategy games. I love that my main character can level up... I wish it was permanent levels. The main complaint I have is with the AI. They are overly aggressive late game and are very difficult to beat. They will rush your cities with 14 units, on easy mode, and you can barely defend against them, even with 12 of the best units your class has, defending. That is the main problem. Otherwise its great!

This game is good, has solid gameplay, a good crafting system, and a few good jump scares... However it starts to get very predictable and once you get enough weapon upgrades, the game feels a lot less scary than it should feel. The last boss is one of the most anticlimactic boss fights I have seen... The story almost rivals the end of mass effect 3... I felt very unfulfilled when I beat the game. Not sure what it is but it starts off strong and ends weak. I am neutral on it, has solid gameplay but in the end it just felt like a weak attempt, to me.

Release was worse than diablo 3. How they did not learn from past releases, is beyond me. Queues and all of that, plus very large server instability... It was clearly not ready for launch... That having been said, they did some good things to the game, and some really bad things. They really screwed a lot of classes over, making them virtually unplayable. Honestly, I think its a bit more worse than it is good. I like that they are trying to go back to the vanilla roots, I also like that they are making it challenging, again. They still have a lot of issues and many of the class changes... just dont work! If you play wow, currently, you essentially have no choice to buy it, if you want to continue to enjoy the game... so... Yeah... off to swtor and ffxiv I go!

They copied so much, from other franchises, that the game is not unique. It is very clear that this game is a quick cash in. Very short list of other games they copied, HAWX (story line with one or two minor changes), Ghost Recon Future Soldier (every gadget, in the game), battlefield 2142 (hover tank and battle linked ui), Frontlines fuel of war (first example of drones in games)... All of the listed games are better than this one! Just not worth 60 dollars.

Game is pretty darn good. There are some really nice features, such as multiple different types of upgrades based on which affinity you are going. The world is nice, the aliens feel more intimidating than barbarians from other civ games. I like the affinity system (harmony, purity, or supremacy), which can give you major variations on how you play. Major complaints are the weapon/unit scaling based on the upgrades you achieve. There is too much of a noticeable upgrade in their damage. I cant create my own nation despite being sci-fi, have to use one of the small amount of premade nations. Most of the benefits of the premade nations are only viable for the first 100 turns of the game, after that they are pointless as research and buildings will give enough benefits to cover everyone they have (speaking of Brasilia and Polystrailia). It also seems that while you can evolve units, there is a significantly less units, overall, since you are forced to choose one affinity evolution, per unit type. There are only 3 or 4 specific units, to each affinity and the rest are evolved from base units. Total base units are 6 to 8, which means you are essentially limited in units you can produce. The ui for the technology trees is really odd, as well. Took me about 5 minutes to figure it out. The problem is the sub trees, which most techs have at least 2 sub trees. Problem is, it doesn't properly clarify the sub tree aspect in the tutorial. The whole city defense system is set up in a weird way, too. You can attack it with only a couple of high tier units, but using low tier is pointless as they will die quickly. This means you cant easily take over nations earlier in the game, unlike civ1-5. Just these little issues that end up causing me to rate it lower than I wish I could. Still a great game, though!

Pre-Wod patch 6.0.2 dropped recently... Turned the game into something slightly under passable into complete GARBAGE!!! they nerfed classes that didnt need it, many specs are no longer viable in anything EXCEPT RAIDS! Oh god if you have a cast bar, in heroics, when everyone else has the same ilvl, you will do no damage, at all... Druids have yet to have a much needed balance. They half implemented a new bag system, however, they forgot to include the most important part, assigning a bag to "Trash items"... Oh wait, nvm, trash items somehow get stored in EQUIPMENT BAGS!!! Absolutely no redeeming elements, now. Its GARBAGE!!!! Go play a better game, ffxiv, swtor, hell even ESO is better than this trash.

This game is a tactical rts, not a traditional C&C style rts. You must use cover, its not about constructing buildings and wasting units. You must fight meter by bloody meter to control the map. You must keep your units alive, since they can gain ranks. Ranks mean they fight better. Western front added two new armies, to the game and removed the dlc commanders, its not longer pay to win. Two downsides, though. First, they did a launch day dlc thing, making mission packs where you have to pay extra, to unlock them, despite them already being in the game, itself. Second, it has terrible net code. Another game that is similar, but has less dlc related issues, would be the original dawn of war 2 and dawn of war 2 chaos rising. If wwii is not your cup of tea, try the 40k universe, version. Both play very similarly.

This takes the best of oldschool gaming and combines it with battlefield and C&C Renegade. This is exactly what more shooters need. This easily beats cod, hands down. Only complaint is that there is not a large player base, anymore, but it is a very solid, and fantastic shooter. If you like games where you have to work as a team, this is for you. If you want to do nothing but snipe, you will never enjoy this. Snipers are penalized (and so is the team with the snipers), as they contribute absolutely NOTHING to the core game play. There are 4 classes, assault (rifle, grenade launcher, sniper), exo (heavy armor and anti-building), engineer (resupply, flamethrower, and medic), and stealth (assassin, sniper, and saboteur). Building destruction is a MUST! If you do not destroy them you can say hello to a 21 rocket launcher salute, all aimed at you! Games can last several hours, if not on a timer. This easily beats anything else you have seen with the source engine and still far much better than CoD. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A GAME FOR SNIPERS!!!

This is exactly how you DO NOT MAKE A GAME! You pay to have instant kill weapons or grind for hours to days to get enough in game credits to get them. Not newbie friendly. Anti-tank weapons are not easily available, forcing you to either a. pay real money, b. grind for a couple of days for in game credits, or c. hunt all over the map to find disposable anti-vehicle weapons. On top of this, while it is a great concept, battlefield 1942 did it better, much better. This cannot get anything other than a 1 out of 10. While I can give them props for the idea, I cannot say they did a good job, I cannot say they made an average game, this is purely RUBBISH!!! There are no excuses for this atrocity, the developers obviously did not think this through and refused to think after there were complaints. Oh yeah they have to make money somehow, well, how about cosmetic changes. Hell, they want you to "subscribe" and pay monthly fees to have bonuses, instead of a one time fee... What were they thinking? Again, no excuses!!!

The controls and way the car handles are complete RUBBISH!!! DO NOT BUY, its terrible. The developers should have followed the mechanics of the first GRID game, but no, they had to screw everything up. The car tends to slow down to a crawl, automatically, when you try to round corners. After playing with almost all of the options I realized its an in game mechanic, not something that can be changed... I should have complete control over how I want to handle corners. It reduces the speed to around 45 mph to turn corners. Just... NO, the developers screwed up, do not buy, its bad!

This game is actually fun but some major gripes are preventing me from truely enjoying it. While I realize its an older game I noticed the voice acting is TERRIBLE! It was so bad I actually had to turn off character voices. Most of the characters chaffed me from the start, the female characters sounded like teenage boys who had their audio tweaked. Half of the male characters remind me of Kyle Schwartz from South Park (dont know who he is, look him up!) The other half remind me of the stereotypical Duke Nukem style character that was incredibly popular in that era. On top of this, the game play feels slow and sluggish. Its not bad but it could have been done quite a bit better. Other games, which came out around the same time, had better game play despite minimal rpg elements (which is honestly, the only thing worthwhile in this game)... If they could have taken similar controls and gameplay to ground control, they would have been golden.

Got this when it first came out (during alpha phases). Back then my impressions were extremely poor. Now they have slightly improved enough to give it a 4 out of 10. The best way to describe it would be "Its similar to a turok game except remove most turoks gameplay and turn it into a horde mode." Now, I love the turok games on n64, this is nowhere near close to it but... some of the weaponry has a turokesque feel, despite it being poorly done. I think the real satisfaction I get, which is the only reason I am giving it a 4, would be decapitating dinosaurs with a bow and arrow. Other than that, it gets boring quickly, has lots of little things that piss me off a bit more than they should, graphics are not up to par for the engine it uses, and it really needed more weapon options/upgrades with persistent ranks and a lot more dinosaur types (only 8 types I encountered).
