They keep adding fresh ways to develop these characters in interesting organic ways. The characters continue remains fresh and new but not out pre-established lore and personalities. A lot of characters arch changes and directions humanised them and were interesting. Friendships formed felt so natural and well written. the all of the celebrity cameos felt organic and never too gimmicky. Each series ends on a yet gripping cliff hanger two actually and this was no different, except there was two cliff hangers. Truly heart breaking events this season.
I look forward to seeing what happens to the characters next season.

Coming off an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Comedy Series in 2020, What We Do in the Shadows continues to alternate between deadpan, dark, physical, and scatological humor, sometimes within a single scene, with ease and effectiveness. It also remains delightfully weird, acted by pros with impeccable timing, and Goth-gorgeous in every detail, including production designs that demand viewers hit pause in order to absorb everything in the frame.

What We Do in the Shadows is still very, very good—maybe even better than ever. But as for expectations, leave them behind. It’s so much more fantastic to not know, from one minute to the next, what awaits.

Of the many charms present each half-hour — from the sterling cast to the magnificent costumes and exemplary set design — experiencing this existence through these characters is compulsive entertainment.

Shaping up to be one if the best consistent comedy show or maybe even show in general, in season 3 the worlds most incompetent vampires return. The gags are so strong and the punch lines so smart. The comedic timing is effortless and discerning a favorite performance is a useless task when the entire cast is this effective. One of my personal favourite comedy seasons ever. I think it's fair to say that, at this rate, WWDitS will deservably go down as a comedy classic alongside shows such as Community or Parks & Rec. It takes its source material and consistently matches or improves on it. It's witty, original and a total joy to watch.

Season 3 feels very bland, repetitive and without anything more than slapstick to elicit a few groans. Funny that professional writers jumping on the bandwagon now give it a stellar review
