My family has been watching this show since it started. Can’t wait to see season 3.

I love this show a lot but I feel like sometimes it lacks entertainment in season one. I love the ending in season one but the ending in season two seems a bit rushed I wished they took their time but overall I think both seasons where good I loved the camp episode!

A stylish and fun update of The Addams Family that is firmly set in a YA Hogwarts-like universe. Especially appealing for anyone into the kinder-goth motif.

My girlfriend got me into this show and I wasn't that keen on it at first but fell in love with it; amazing diverse cast and quirky stories.

The Wednesday series gives a fun and modern twist to the Addams Family story. Jenna Ortega is outstanding as Wednesday Addams, showing intelligence, confidence, and humor in every scene. The show’s gothic music, creative sets, and dark visuals make Nevermore Academy come alive. One of the best episodes is Episode 4, where Wednesday’s fencing scene and detective work truly highlight her bold personality. Overall, Wednesday is a thrilling and beautifully made series that perfectly celebrates the spooky and clever world of the Addams Family.

Wednesday Season 2 deepens the gothic charm and emotional core that made its predecessor a hit, delivering a darker, more ambitious chapter in Nevermore’s eerie saga. Jenna Ortega once again commands the screen with her razor-sharp wit and newfound emotional depth, proving why she’s the soul of the series. Tim Burton’s signature style remains unmistakable—shadowy, whimsical, and beautifully strange—while the expanded world-building gives Nevermore a richer, more cinematic edge.Though the mystery occasionally loses focus amid tangled subplots and pacing dips, the show’s haunting visuals, sharp humor, and the evolving “grumpy & sunshine” friendship between Wednesday and Enid keep it grounded. With higher stakes, deeper Addams Family lore, and moments of genuine heart, Wednesday Season 2 may stumble in structure but triumphs in spirit—creepy, bold, and irresistibly stylish.

Here I realized how much I was missing Tim Burton of old. Dear writers, thank you indeed for a job wonderfully done. As of season 2, to me, this is easy 10/10.

Works as a standalone series to keep you entertained, but compared to earlier Addams Family it falls sort. Second season was weaker than first.

I enjoy this show and how well put together it is. I don’t appreciate how long they take to release new seasons. I believe the show truly captures the Addams family values and atmosphere that you captured from the show.

I tried to watch the series, one episode at a time, tried because after a couple of minutes, the level of embarrassment I feel exceeds what I can tolerate. Is it good? No. It's not worth anything above 2. The cast is just mismatched. Ortega is playing a stereotyped version of the character played by Ricci. So, more than often, it's like watching a copy of a copy of a copy. The story? I couldn't care, as I said, I tried to watch it but couldn't get past a couple of minutes, so the story means nothing. 0/10, stop making remakes, rebooks, sequels, prequels, interquels, quels of any type.

Fun and fast-paced, with an engaging plot, entertaining dialogue, and mostly good acting.

Wednesday achieves what few series can: it hooks you from the very first episode with a mix of dark humor, mystery, and a strong aesthetic. Tim Burton leaves his unmistakable mark on the direction, evident in the settings, atmosphere, and that macabre fairytale vibe that fits the character **** real strength of the series is, without a doubt, Jenna Ortega. Her portrayal of Wednesday Addams is magnetic: cold, sarcastic, and yet endearing. Every gesture and line of dialogue is carefully delivered, making the character feel authentic and connecting both with longtime Addams Family fans and a new **** beginning is the strongest part: fast-paced mystery and a story that balances the supernatural with teenage drama. It’s true that at times the script gets a little sidetracked with so many subplots, but overall the show holds interest with well-placed twists and secondary characters who add variety and **** atmosphere is another highlight. Nevermore Academy is filled with visual details and gothic nods that create a world where the fantastic blends seamlessly with the everyday. Danny Elfman’s score also enhances the series with a dark yet playful identity that suits it **** every episode is at the same level, and some narrative dips are noticeable. Still, the show recovers with memorable moments and undeniable charisma. The blend of sharp humor and suspense always makes you want to keep watching one more **** the end, Wednesday, across its two seasons, is a solid piece of entertainment with its own personality, led by a Jenna Ortega at her best. It doesn’t aim to reinvent the wheel but delivers a dark, fun, and confident show that more than justifies its popularity.

Wednesday is a masterpiece of modern television. Tim Burton created a world that feels both gothic and alive, like a living cartoon brought to reality. Jenna Ortega delivers one of the best performances of our generation – she doesn’t just play Wednesday Addams, she becomes her. The supporting cast is equally strong, especially the dynamic between Wednesday, Enid, and Agnes in Season 2. What I love most is that the show avoids cheap romance and focuses on identity, individuality, and clever storytelling. It’s dark, funny, and inspiring. Wednesday deserves all the praise, and I proudly rate it 10/10.

Wednesday starts off strong with a macabre and comedic approach to the classic Addams family character. However, the second season amplifies and builds the success up even more. A great watch for Chilling Adventures of Sabrina fans.

I was skeptical during the first season. And now we have the second season. Entertaining! A different take without any sneaky agenda. Keep it up!

WONDERFUL series, great for teens and adults alike! (I'm in my 60's and grew up watching the original series) Everything about this series is top notch, the visuals, storyline, music, dialog etc. I'm sure Tim Burton is the reason it's so tightly produced but the acting and casting is also just perfection.

Adams's Family being back again is pretty exciting, yet overly cliche gen Z characters in a high school setting is absolutely disappointing.

“I could eat Girl Scouts for breakfast” is Wednesday's most famous line. This show has me in awe and my personal rating is 10/10.I couldn't stop watching. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. I'm probably going to go back through and rewatch it all over again. If you start watching now you might be just in time for the new season that is coming out, which of course I'm so excited for. Again,a ten out of ten performance and just the show in general gets my approval completely .It is so worth seeing and I definitely recommend it!Wednesday is an emo girl with a dark, depressed personality that leaves most viewers- including me- spooked! In this series she wants to show her talents and personality in strange ways. The problem is, she has a hard time settling into a school, which lands her at a school for outcasts - the place where her mom and her dad met. She decides she is not going to let her parents win this fight and have her stay at that school. She makes multiple attempts to get out of that school, including attempts like escaping therapy to run away and to have somebody (tyler) take her away. She tries and tries and tries, but never seems to be able to escape the school. It is not until the last moments when she makes a “friend” that you see she doesn't truly want to leave the school. And viewers are all guessing that she's coming back to that school in season **** “Wednesday” there are many costumes. The first costume you see is the costume you will see the most, which is Wednesday's school uniform. Her uniform is very formal and nice. Her school uniform's pattern and details are very precise but also bland . The main colors of her uniform happen to be very **** colors of Wednesdays uniform are really just black and grey. Her skirt drops to the length of about right above her ankles. Her skirt pattern is black and grey striped and she has a nice white shirt with a tie and sweater vest over **** top is a cropped leather jacket with four pockets and large buttons which is also black and grey striped. In other scenes though like at the end of the day is when you see her other clothes. Her outfits that she choses for when she is not in school are actually comfy outfits. Like on the first day at the end of the day she is in cute shoes with tall socks and a really oversized sweater. Other times you can find she is wearing other baggy clothes such as sweat pants and other oversized clothing. I think that her uniform is very nice and brings out her confidence, i think the clothing she chooses is her true personality. Like how she chooses comfy clothes, I think that she might wear those to stay focused because maybe she works better when she is comfy. In conclusion her uniform is something to make her fit in and be formal but she would probably pick comfy clothes if she had the choice“Wednesday” has some amazing scenes and stunts. One of those is when they are doing a competition for a trophy and they have to do a boat race. The thing about this boat race is that they are actually in water during this scene and they use some weapons to try and make the other boat sink. After all, there were no rules for the boat race. And on the way back to shore they are next to the other opponent's boat and then- BAM- all of a sudden there are spikes that came out the side of Wednesday’s and her crewmate’s boat! Another thing is when Wednesday is at the carnival she chases a boy into the woods and then they talk for about 30 seconds before the boy uses his powers and throws Wednesday at a tree and then makes her levitate against the tree. They had to take that scene so many times they almost gave up on it. In conclusion,I think that these scenes are so cool and you will enjoy them **** conclusion, my overall score for season one of this TV show “Wednesday” would be ten out of ten. I love this show and I think you will too. It has a hint of romance, a little drama, and some violence, but that's what makes it so good. There are also a lot of plot twists especially when you figure out who the hyde is. Guess you'll have to watch and see!

A fantastic and quirky show saved by its very own main actress. Jenny Ortega put her heart and soul into Wednesday and delivered a stellar performance that will echo many years after the show has ended. My only gripe is the casting of Gomez. Luis Guzmán works his big butt off in his role, but he's just not the right actor for it.

It's got quality in the technical aspect; great sets, outstanding costumes, Wednesday's hairstyle and makeup. Jenna Ortega's portrayal of Wednesday is indeed award-worthy. Plus, it's very, very funny. Great story behind the kills. I can't wait for the next season.

I enjoyed the first season. Jenna Ortega is extremely convincing in the Role of Wednesday. Same goes for Morticia and Gomez but this Pagsly feels a little bit too weak in the show. Anyway it's Tim Burton directing the show so I have only high expectations for the upcoming seasons

It's a romp. Silly, funny, with an interesting style and sensibility. The various mysteries were interesting enough and believable enough to be somewhat satisfying. The acting, across the board, was solid and interesting. I don't know what people expect from a dark suspense comedy, but this show delivers a great one. 10/10

Great show, Jenny Ortega really knocked it out of the park and the show would not have been the same without her.

Gave into the hype... After 40 minutes, I cannot continue watching this. It gets old, quickly. The show is very dull, lifeless, and lacklustre... The actress is not bad.. However, there is only so much you can do with her character. I'm not bout to stick around for 8 episodes to find out.

Monster High but with Wednesday Addams. Jenna Ortega is perfect though as is the dark humor. It’s also engaging.

Seriously, why is this receiving such high praise? Beyond Catherine Zeta-Jones, who is fantastic, the casting is a joke. The lead, Ortega, is highly overrated and a cheap Hispanic knockoff of Ricci’s Wednesday. It really feels like I’m wanted to like her more than I actually do. I’m not being hyperbolic when I say that I’ve seen better acting in high school plays. The writing and general plot don’t save this from the acting either because they’re both steaming piles. Had high hopes, especially with all the praise and hype, but was disappointed.

Decent but wayyy over rated. Jenna Ortega is great in the main role, however the other characters are kinda meh. There are a few twists which I enjoyed, but overall the CGI is very cheap looking (why does the monster look like that, like c'mon) and the show can be cringey at times. I did like 'thing' though. 6.5/10.

Better then expected, sure there are some flaws, the Addams dont always feel like Addams and a bit to much modern politics afflicts the show but in the big whole so is it an entertaining piece of media.

Pretty bad, looks and sounds generic, half copied from Harry Potter, and especially a lot of inconsistencies that bother me. I also find the sequences when the main actress has flashes very amateur and unpleasant so much it is badly played. Nice for 12 yo girls.

Netflix gets a lot of hate these days, but shows like this are what makes me glad that I still have a subscription (or rather, that my parents are still paying for one). This series is cute, entertaining, well polished, and most importantly not overdone. The beginning was a little slow, but needed for viewers who aren’t really familiar with the source material. The score is great, performances entertaining, and story somewhat bland. If you’re looking for a quick 8 hour series to watch, I’d recommend it’s worth the hype. 8/10

Netflix surprised with Wednesday in 2022. Wednesday is a really good series, but it is pop and for a very wide age audience. Not every adult will be interested in Wednesday, but you can watch it with your family. The series primarily attracts its attention by being directed and sprodussed by Tim Burton. Its influence on the series is felt everywhere and this Wednesday compares favorably with most modern youth series. I would like to compare Wednesday with Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and The Umbrella Academy. But these two series have long been rotten. And I really want to believe that Wednesday will not give up also for the second season. Of course, Wednesday compares favorably with other series primarily because there are not so many and there were good series in 2022, well, unless 1899 comes to mind. The conclusion of the first season in the best traditions of Netflix is abrupt and clumsy. But for the first season it's not bad in general, I'm waiting for season 2
