This is a mixed season. It has some of the best ideas and great episodes but also some weak or uninteresting once. It has really weak episodes like “Fair Haven”, “Spirit Folk” and “The Voyager Conspiracy” which looks awesome until you notice how unbelievable the story and character actions become. I am divided by “Fury” it is bad but has redeeming features and is entertaining. Best worst episode would be a fitting description. Also Unimatrix Zero does not work for me. I like the idea but it did not stick or was that interesting. Overall a solid season with really good episodes but a lot of weaker once that drop the rating. My recommendations are: „Equinox part 2“ for the continuation of a matured, dark and awesome story line. A lot to discus and analyze. “Survival Instinct” for another part of Seven of Nines backstory. Great character development and dilemma. “Tinker, Tenor, Doctor, Spy” is the doctors episode. Great humor and serious character development in a working combination. “Dragons Teeth” for the clever idea, new lore and the Vaadwaur. Strangely they not continued this story arc. A wasted opportunity. “Pathfinder” for the guest stars Deanna Troi and Reginald Barclay. I just love the story and the two characters here. “Blink of an Eye”. One of the best episodes of Star Trek and with a really well thought out concept / idea. “Memorial” for the idea and remarkable solution for a serious issue. But I must point out it is also torture or a divisive solution. You will know what I mean. “Collective” added Icheb, Mezoti, Rebi and Azan to the show. Divisive because a lot of people say the idea was a sellout. Maybe true. “Ashes to Ashes” for the idea and concept. The moral implications are also immense. “Live Fast and Prosper” for the great humor and hilarious situation. Also the acting of the “new crew members”;-). “Life Line” for the doctor or better Robert Picardo here. He can shine and show his talents.

Season six is arguably a little more ambitious than season five, but only around two-thirds of the episodes could be described as good.
