a refined sequel with no rival. back again "Atlanta" takes more risks to even greater results.gone are the slow starts with the high action first episode alone an award worthy perfection. relationships are in constant flux and seem to be the motivations or burdens of character's whilst they struggle with trying to make it forward but stay humble. The music for the series is well curated and the cinematography more rich. every1 is given a light to shine but the two episode's that are the most memorable to me are "Teddy Perkins" and the German holiday from hell. proof that when the writers push the limits of the believable for raw depictions of common themes they succeed.

Every episode captivates stories and blends genres like no other drama or comedy. The unique way of storytelling opens a new frontier of defining television itself in the era of peak television.

I watched the entire season but it was a slog. Reviewer "AReedy" has it correct. Big drop from season 1, which was a gem in every way. But in season 2, Atlanta even **** the humor out of comedian Katt Williams' performance and failed to produce anything close to Season 1's "Value" or the profound and funny jail scene in "Streets on Lock". Another case of critical acclaim coming after the train has left the station.

This show was great Season 1 but the humour disappeared in Season 2. Stopped watching at about Ep 4

I loved Atlanta until season 2. The show has become less about the characters and more about racism. Almost every episode is about racism now and the last episode has caused a lot of hate towards white people. I saw so many Reddit threads saying white should pay for the past.. I’m sorry that just isn’t right. I’m so tired of the hate that fills this world we don’t need anymore fuel to that. That’s last episode was it for me. I’m not going to watch another hate white people episode. This show is not was it was originally.
