The best Disney live-action remake in a decade (not that that’s a particularly high bar to clear), Snow White adapts the broad strokes of the 1937 original, while fleshing out its themes of kindness. Rachel Zegler crafts a remarkable, melodic version of the classic princess who leads with her heart, even if her CGI co-stars are difficult on the eyes.

Disney’s Snow White (2025) is everything I hoped it would be—and so much more. As a lifelong fan of the original animated classic, I went into this remake with equal parts excitement and worry. But from the very first scene, it became clear: this film was made with genuine love, respect, and a commitment to bringing something fresh and emotionally rich to a timeless story. What impressed me the most was how beautifully the film blends nostalgia with new storytelling. It keeps the heart of the original—the innocence, the wonder, the fairytale charm—while giving Snow White more depth, inner strength, and agency. Stephanie Bennett delivers a graceful and heartfelt performance as Snow White, perfectly capturing her kindness and optimism, yet giving her enough emotional weight to make the journey feel meaningful and modern. Her presence lights up every **** Evil Queen is an absolute standout—regal, menacing, and mesmerizing all at once. Her villain song (yes, the new original number!) is one of the film’s biggest highlights—dark, powerful, and unforgettable. Every time she appeared on screen, the energy changed in the best possible **** visuals are stunning. The forest feels alive, magical, and immersive. The dwarfs are charming and full of personality, and the film’s world strikes a perfect balance between realism and fantasy. The costumes, especially Snow White’s dresses and the Queen’s dramatic wardrobe, are breathtaking. What truly makes this movie shine, though, is its emotional core. Themes of kindness, courage, inner beauty, and resilience—values that have always defined this fairytale—are handled with sincerity rather than cliché. Snow White’s journey feels inspirational, and I walked away genuinely **** music deserves its own praise. The soundtrack is beautiful, memorable, and full of emotion. The new songs feel like instant Disney classics, and the score wraps every scene in fairytale magic.Overall, Snow White (2025) is a triumphant re-imagining—faithful in spirit, bold in execution, and filled with heart. It’s the kind of movie that reminds you why fairy tales endure across generations. Whether you’re a longtime fan or discovering this story for the first time, this film is a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

We watched this movie and enjoyed it a lot. Acting was good and energetic, story had good amount of new and old and there even is a positive message! The setting oozed magic and nostalgy. This is by far the best Disney movie in long time. I'm amazed to see the warmth, joy and uplifting message in this version. Thank you Disney for your magic touch :) All the best for everyone involved in the production.

Director Marc Webb moves it along, with a rock-solid lead, very well sung, courtesy of Rachel Zegler.

Zegler has enough charm and lung power to hold the center of this busy, overproduced movie with its mix of memorable old and unmemorable new songs.

No Magic Mirror is needed to identify it as the lamest Mouse House re-do of them all.

It’s just another sign that this generation of bottom-line-obsessed execs at the House of Mouse has lost the thread. Nobody there seems to “Whistle While You Work,” and the evidence is turning up on screen.

This fudged, pseudo-progressive approach is so tiring you’ll want to put your head in your hands.

So I was forced to watch this. It was a really good movie. These reviews are more of a sign about how broken people are in 2025. It’s a great movie.Watch it with your daughters and ignore the angry middle aged men out there review bombing because of why exactly? I went into this wanting to hate it. Give it a chance.

Feels like an average, on some parts above average live action film from Disney. Rachel Zegler did very good acting I must say. Gal Gatod as the evil queen feels pretty weak, specially in the ending part. Nice visuals & animations. Decent costumes & background music. Other lead & co actors were just ok. Can be considered as an one time watch specifically for kids who adores fairytale films & as a decent family-friendly movie too.

I got done watching the Snow White movie on Disney+ it was really good but it was just weird because the story just does not feel well with the story and why would they keep the ture love's kiss in the movie if the movie is not about Snow White love for the Prince and why did they make the seven dwarfs look like the ugly version
