A documentary that is by turns exasperating, illuminating, and intentionally infuriating.

With the cinematography and its family-centric approach, it takes what could have been a dry subject and broadens its appeal.

GMO OMG is about a very important topic. However it fails to execute and even the most basic thing. Making a valid point. The only accredited individual he spoke do or dare named in the film was not even open to provide the research data to the public. The only time he tried to explain whats in GMO (one of the first points in the film) he reads them all out at once and creates a hard to read word cloud. The point is to teach people not to make it harder for them to understand something you want to learn about. Using his children like pawns in a game of chess it feels like they were used to try and sway your opinion. I think he has a very important story to tell but fails to do a good job before telling you its all ok anyways. Also I hope he takes the 30$ proceeds he makes from the film and gets his children hair cut.

A movie has never made me so angry. This "documentary" is full of sensationalized lies. The producer is an absolute idiot!

If forewarned is forearmed, Seifert's movie might one day prove quite prescient.

To the informed consumer hoping for greater elucidation, Mr. Seifert’s partisan, oversimplified survey falls short.

Why anyone would think that home movies of the director and his kids belong in a social-issues doc is a truly WTF question.

You could get mad at Seifert for being so bad at being so nakedly manipulative. Or you could just give up all hope, and counter-intuitively root for Monsanto. This is a David-vs.-Goliath movie, but David's aim is so spotty that Goliath has nothing to fear.

What’s proffered isn’t a scientific argument against a burgeoning agro-industrial movement, but an emotional, quasi-spiritual case about humanity's relationship with the environment.

A director with an 8th-grade understanding of microbiology apes exposé tropes toward a certain coastal demographic with a 6th-grade understanding of microbiology and Grand Poobah understanding of crystal magics. Where scientific support is lacking - that is, more than 90% of the film - dramatic pathos takes over.

It is sickening to think people might consider themselves properly informed after watching this video. Hopefully, they go to other sources to get what this show lacked... facts and not fallacious appeals to emotions and fears.
