It's alright for a Zombie/Biohazard in the basement type movie. Is it great? No, but it does enough to warrant a 7/10.
I do wish it used more horror elements and was more realistic in terms of how the Fungal Virus actually spreads, but it's an entertaining watch overall. Definitely better than movies like "We Bury the Dead", lol.

It's a great flick. No angst. No dark or moody or how to be evil themes Or some bad screenwriter (like Taylor Sheridan) validating these dark feelings that kids want to feel these days. It's just clean whimsical green goo fun.

Liam Neeson plays an authentic 70-year-old man with a bad back. It's admirable to see him give a more believable performance for someone of his **** rest of the film is okay with some light chuckles and gory moments. It never takes itself too seriously, leading to a mildly enjoyable popcorn flick.

Managed to stay entertaining with slapped together tone and characters. I liked it.

Flawed. How can anyone even like this? It's probably pure fantasy that such films have such high ratings. It's like collecting statistics on our thinking skills. It sounds like a conspiracy theory, but it seems plausible. A 50+ rating for such crap is an indication that we're getting dumber.

Cold Storage (2026) Entertaining Film (12,332 – 15 Mar 2026 – Claudio Carvalho) In 1979, the Skylab Space Station felt **** on Earth and NASA collects the pieces. Eighteen years ago, a man in Australia calls Dr. Hero Martins (Sosie Bacon) and says that a tank from NASA is killing the population in the country. She immediately travels and teams up with officers Robert Quinn (Liam Neeson) and Trini Romano (Lesley Manville) and finds a lethal fungus. She is infected and commits suicide. The place is nuked and the sample of the fungus is transported by the USA army to a remote facility. On the present days, the army has sold the place that is now a storage facility. When the workers Travis “Teacake” (Joe Keery) and Naomi (Georgina Campbell) overhear a sound behind the wall, they break into and find the fungus that has spread. Now the only chance to save mankind is the retired Robert. “Cold Storage” (2026) is an entertaining film about a modified fungus that falls on Earth. It is forgotten in a former military facility and when the temperature raise in the room, it spreads, turning people and living beings into zombies. Great seeing Ms. Vanessa Redgrave in a cameo. Liam Neeson jokes with his age and is a funny moment. My vote is six. Title (Brazil): “Alerta Apocalipse” (“Apocalypse Warning”) My Blog: ****/

Cool movie with an early 2000's medium budget movie vibe, but sadly the CGI also seems to be from the early 2000's. Liam Neeson and Joe Kerry add nothing to this movie, so their big paychecks would have been more useful to the CGI department...That's said, the scenario is nothing new, but it did the job and it was funny at times. Way better than 95% of the AI and/or "second screen" slop we are currently usually served.

There are some interesting parts here, but nothing great either. It's a discount version of The Last of Us.

A raucously entertaining B-grade blood-soaked comedy party; Joe Keery effortlessly carries the film with a standout solo performance, while Liam Neeson delivers his trademark deadpan humor as reliably as ever. Overall, while the movie doesn’t break new ground, it gets the job done competently. That said, the transitions and balance between its comedic and horror elements could have been handled more smoothly, a tighter blend would have elevated the experience to the next level.

This was not at all what I was expecting, it's not for the faint of heart, it's gory, disturbing, and insatiable. It's low bro enough to just have fun with the premises.

Cold Storage (15) is a sci-fi comedy horror and although played straight it doesn't take itself too seriously. Set in a regular storage unit, as you might see just off the A34, this is one is situated in the middle of a desert and was previously a military grade facility, until decommissioned, privatised and manned by minimum wagers who are not exactly enthralled by the work but hey, it's a job. On nights is Travis aka 'Teacake' (Joe Keery) who is keen to stay out of trouble and not get mixed up in a dodgy enterprise run by janitor Griffin (Gavin Spokes). He finds that he is on shift with new girl, Naomi (Georgina Campbell). Meanwhile Robert Quinn (Liam Neeson) a retired containment expert is awoken by Abigail, a US Army operative at a command centre due to an alarm triggered at a former US Army storage facility... I will say no more about the plot. I enjoyed the film. I cared about the main protagonists, Travis and Naomi, wanting them to survive the potential fate in store for them. I liked how we gradually got to know a bit more about their lives as the film progressed, which seemed natural, like two new colleagues gradually getting to know one other. The special effects were good. The main surprise was 'item 7' which sent the film into fantasy, that is if you consider that up to that point it was still clinging to some version of reality. The film is fairly linear and there are no plot twists to complicate things and get in the way of the fun. There are some laughs and also a few jump scares along the way, so it meets the criteria for a comedy horror. If you are tired and stressed after a busy week, then this is one to watch, as it is entertaining without you having to think too hard.

"Cold Storage" is a strange quick-paced, entertaining ride. It’s one of those films that you go in and shut your mind off, sit down, and let it take you where it wants you to go. David Koepp adapts his novel with great direction from British TV veteran Jonny Campbell into a smart, entertaining variation on a familiar formula. It’s clever without being smug, scary without losing its sense of humor, and messy in the most enjoyable way.

Extravagantly goofy alien fungus sci-fi comedy, with 2 very cute young leads and gratuitous Vanessa Redgrave, that’s pretty much derivative of Everything. I paid to be entertained, and I was, but immediately began forgetting it between the theatre & the car.
