Aquele filme canalha que mistura comédia e ação em cenas completamente improváveis, cujo **** sentimos de longe (das reconciliações aos valores como amizade, etc). Incrível como há vários filmes que usam o casamento hétero como escape e cenário de caos, incrível também como higienizam tudo pra passar a mensagem mais bobinha possível. Ainda assim, é divertido em algumas momentos, o ritmo não cai, e a protagonista é bem simpática (mesmo contando com a ajuda dos roteiristas). A trilha pop é agradável também, mas é isso, feito para um passatempo.

Bride Hard — which combines thrusting male strippers dressed as Vikings as well as deadly automatic weapon fire — isn’t funny or thrilling. It has the kind of lazy pacing you’d usually find on the Hallmark Channel and a level of acting not much better than porn.

Disappointing. This is exactly the kind of genre my wife and I usually enjoy, but the execution here was extremely poor. The biggest problem is that none of the characters are remotely likeable. Any many are so unpleasant to the point of being difficult to watch (and I'm not talking about the 'bad guys' or characters you're intentionally supposed to find unpleasant. I'm meaning literally everyone). Instead of being fun or entertaining, the film felt like a slog. We pushed through as long as we could, but ultimately gave up about three-quarters of the way through. Life’s too short to waste on movies like this.
