This is a B-movie through and through, but thanks in large part to a deep cast of familiar faces and reliable character actors, it’s a solid crime thriller that respects the true-life blueprint of the story.

Cemitério / Boneyard (2024) Ghosts from the Past (12,395 – 15 Apr 2026 – Claudio Carvalho) In 2009, on the West Mesa of Albuquerque, New Mexico, the dog of a resident finds bones buried in the desert. The police find several corpses and conclude it is a boneyard of victims from a serial-killer. Chief Carter (50 Cent) assigns Detective Ortega (Brian Van Holt) and his partner Detective Young (Nora Zehetner) to investigate the case, and the FBI send the profiler Agent Petrovick (Mel Gibson) to help them. Ortega has a niece among the victims but omits the information and becomes obsessed to catch the serial-killer. “Cemitério”, a.k.a “Boneyard” (2024) is a crime story based on true events by Asif Akbar. The plot is gripping although the serial-killer is never caught, since shows police corruption, another killer and many suspects. My vote is six.
