You haven't lived until you've played ten player Tetris complete with rotation-freezing lightning bolts and piece-shifting banana peels flying between the systems. And the addition of internet play, while nothing new to PC Netris gamers, is a fantastic option, even if it's just a little minimalist in options.

A must own title for the Nintendo DS. The combination of classic puzzling, new twists on the Tetris theme, seamless and lag-free online play, and classic Nintendo touches (including a nice collection of remixed NES tunes), makes Tetris DS a keeper.

Tetris is a classic example of the old adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Once again there are some new game modes included, and once again the original version is by far the best. The DS jazzes it up with some funky presentation so if you don't already have Tetris, this is a good one.

This is truly a beast ****. It takes the simple mechanics of Tetris and makes them reach new heights. Recommended!

Not a perfect version of Tetris by far, but still a good one, and the online play should be enough of a selling point for anyone who's a fan of the game.

Whilst not as compelling as the main 'Standard' mode, the other five gametypes do at the very least add a certain level of variety to proceedings though they are far from being the main focus of the game. Shame it doesn't come free with the DS really.

I suppose the best part of this game is the fact that it’s the first Tetris game in years that doesn’t suck, which unfortunately, is actually an accomplishment.

The Spiny in level 3 wasn't very cash money. This is one of the best versions of Tetris, and also one of the meatier versions as well. If you love tetris you will love this version

Tetris DS is a great game and a great portable game. This game is addicting and ages amazingly. I think this game should get more attention and more love.

This is the best version of Tetris I have ever played. It is the perfect marriage of a classic game we all know, Tetris, and a plethora of beloved NES characters. It is excellent in both single player and multiplayer mode. If you are a fan this is a must buy.
