This is a very beautiful re-rendering of two classic adventure games. Not only have the backgrounds/charcter models and soul-stirring music/sound effects been revamped for the PS3, but the flimsy all-over-the-place cursor seen in the previous console versions has been optimised to make it specific for certain tasks in the games/puzzles. Having said that though, one of the flaws in this game is that moving the charcter to certain places may seem a little hazy, as the area/s of insterest may be obscured by a badly placed exit or door, or may be so far of the side of the screen you may miss it altogether! Also, despite some OTT person on here saying that it is a framerate of 10fps, I did not feel that at all, rather my second gripe was that the heroine often stuttered/became a bit juddery, e.g. when going from one area to the next, climbing a ladder, using a switch etc. Also, you may hear footsteps of her in some places, yet not in others, which is a bit strange to say the least. Apart from these minor issues, its still a very sweet and enjoyable tribute to two of the best adventure games from yesteryear, and also (I assume) one of the last few games to be released on the PS3 via the then newly formed THQ Nordic.

This "remastered collection" is a piece of tripe the likes of which we haven't seen since Silent Hill HD collection. Whereas the original game is buttery-smooth, this crime against humanity runs at an incredibly stuttery 10 FPS (yes, a game with pre-rendered backgrounds) making it practically unplayable, even for an adventure game. Buy the originals and let this horrid trash go down in the annals of history as one of the worst remastered collections ever.
