Princess of the Water Lilies is a cosy platformer that has an old-school edge. The story is simple, but the action is fun and familiar. Furthermore, it has a wholesome charm that is tough to ignore.

Princess of the Water Lilies is a charming yet deceptively challenging 2D puzzle-platformer that blends watercolor visuals with quirky mechanics. You play as a silent feline hero guided by frogs through five whimsical biomes filled with puzzles, light combat, and hidden secrets. Despite some frustrating control quirks and balance issues, it delivers a memorable indie experience with heartfelt personality.

You go into the game thinking it's going to be "cuteness mode on" and come out with a warm heart and fingers a little stiff from purring so much. It has a fairytale soul, but occasionally gives you subtle slaps of reality, like having only one life, puzzles that demand patience and reflexes, and bosses that remind you that coziness isn't synonymous with **** you want an indie adventure with a retro style, painterly visuals, a soundtrack that soothes, and a touch of friendly challenge, this game is worth it. If you're the type who would easily break the controller in anger, it might be better to play with a pillow nearby. Google: Patobah

Princess is a mid game. The story is fine. But the game doesn't know who is the main audience. It's cute and seems for kids. Easy platforming, but then you get to the boss fights. And the level of difficulty with mainly, timing, can be quite frustrating and require a lot of trials and errors, and memory. So, if it is a game for kids, it can be quite difficult but then, not entirely for adults or ado. I got fed up with the third or four boss (the bird fight). i really want to give it 70% or more, but I think the design choices were not great. I give it 60%. You should try it if it's not too pricy, and are good with timing fights.
