It’s rare to see a project with such a strong ethical focus as Microlandia, a city-building game that confronts us with the real-world consequences of our decisions as mayor. Every choice we make can affect the lives of our residents, and the game brings us face-to-face with real-world inequalities. Of course, Microlandia isn’t without its flaws, but at less than 9 euros, it’s fair to overlook its shortcomings and applaud a truly honest game.
