Dystopika is the epitome of chilling and building a cyberpunk city of my own design. The lack of stakes, instructions, and guidance instills an experience of simply doing and being rewarded for creative designs rather than carbon-copy cities that look and function alike. If you’re in the market for a relaxing citybuilder to play in your downtime, look no further.

Dystopika is a great city-builder, but lacks the depth and complexity to make it one of the best.

Removing all stressful systems and leaving you with nothing but relaxing vibes and your own creativity, I can’t think of a better way to describe Dystopika than being a playable lo-fi playlist. Given a set of simple tools to create and shape my own visually impressive cyberpunk megacity, I melted into a somewhat meditative state, getting lost in the neon lights and enveloping fog. The directionless approach certainly won’t be for everyone, but it absolutely spoke to me. To come back on the regular, I will need more content, but a roadmap from the developer promises more to come, so it looks like my career in futuristic architecture and city planning is just beginning.

this feels like a game designed specifically to look good in a trailer or during a stream, but as soon as you try to "play" it yourself you will find that it's completely empty and pointless. sandbox elements consist of just clicking a bunch to place random buildings. no explanations for what they do, no real explanations for anything. got it for free and was still disappointed.

this game is really fun, interesting and it's actually very good since it's so simple and easy do understand.
the screenshots you can take in it are really bealtiful and it have a lot of options to make every single part of it look good in your eyes, it's really fun to mess with it a little but it can help you make a bealtiful cyberpunk city.

Almost impossible to actually rank because it is literally only vibes. Its fine to chill and fool around with for a very short amount of time.

Dystopika is a small, relaxing game about building an aesthetically pleasing cyberpunk city with no restraints on where or how many buildings you can place. While your time with the game may be short-lived, you’re bound to enjoy it and feel utterly relaxed, which is exactly what Dystopika wants to do.

Dystopika is a relaxing city builder without any of the ambitions typical of management video games. It's a pure sandbox game with which to unleash your creativity and build your dream cyberpunk megalopolis.

More a cyberpunk city creation tool than a game in the traditional sense, Dystopika can offer a brief distraction - or awaken the urban architect within you. Either outcome seems fair for its low asking price.

Created by just a single person, Dystopika distills the essence of the visual appeal of cyberpunk worlds into a small but creative package. What’s here is simple and accessible, even if it feels a bit light in terms of content to play around with. Despite this, it’s hard to deny the inherent appeal of erecting the perfect futuristic metropolis as you kick back and take in the sights and sounds.
