Fortune Island is not as vast of a departure as either of the Forza Horizon 3 expansions were, especially the Hot Wheels expansion. However, the island is huge, with a massive amount of content crammed into it.

It's more Forza Horizon 4, but Fortune Island has a hook that's worth its weight in gold. Turning an island into a giant scavenger hunt is the kind of allure that works perfectly with Forza Horizon.

The DLC brings stunning atmosphere with climate effects from northern lights to storms, pleasant to see but a bit disappointing to play with because there is no major gameplay changing. Still, the new area to explore is great and offers some cool treasure hunting quests.

Nice extension if you want more of the main game. Globally it's 80% the same things to do, with a more off road orientation (which I appreciated since it's my favourite type), and some nice new implementations.
