Super Limit-Breaking NEO is a tough DLC to judge. It's a decent expansion that, in some ways, feels like it completes the overall package — which was already really robust. But at the same time, its new single player mode — a key selling point — simply doesn't live up to the billing. So for most players, it's going to come down to the price tag; this quickly becomes an expensive DLC if its new characters are the only real attraction.
