It's really not the fault of the game -- it's the fault of the platform. These kinds of games do not work well on the iPhone, and I'm sorry Mr. Bandicoot, but that does not mean you get a pass.

A decent kart racer. It doesn't offer much new to the crowded scene, but it delivers on the baseline expectations: solid controls, good tracks, online play, and lots of bright colors. The rubberband AI may infuriate you – I know I said some choice things as I was bounced into fourth place after a great run – but that's just par for a karter.

The last crash game before the hiatus was an uninspired attempt. But not a very bad one. I dont like mobile games and its extremely difficult to find a way to play it these days. It looks better than ctr but a bit more bland than nitro kart from what I remember. It has been a long time since I played it. The gameplay and controls function which is always welcome. It nearly reminds me if a de-pixelized GBA game. I honestly can't remember if it has a story or not. And thats probably not a good thing. I remember the appeal for me was with the online mode. Which I enjoyed thoroughly. If you get the chance to play the game, definitely play it. But don't hunt down a nearly 15 year old phone just to play this.

I had a blast playing this game, and will continue to do so. It could be improved with more difficulty options in the single player, and of course, it doesn't win any awards for originality, but it does succeed in what it undoubtably sets out to do, and that's offer a fun and accessible arcade racer… and a fantastic online experience.

They've taken all of the great elements of the first game, refined them, and added a ton more content on top. If you were a fan of the original game, then you should no doubt enjoy this one even more.
