Despite being pretty bare-bones and having a few timed game mechanics that are slightly annoying, The Mesh is still a very easy recommend.

The poor A.I. and hit point balancing make Deus Ex: The Fall a poor shooter in my mind.

What LIMBO did well on other platforms, it replicates perfectly in the iOS version: simple controls, an eerie atmosphere and an experience that sticks in your mind.

The differences between Agricola the board game and Agricola the app are largely stylistic, but I much prefer the artistic rendering of the iOS version to the real-world board. There is also the benefit of avoiding the tedium involved with assembling the game, but I know there are gamers who enjoy setup nearly as much as play. For me, being able to jump in and out of a few rounds is a major benefit.

Despite the lack of multiplayer (we expect this to be added in future updates) XCOM: Enemy Unknown offers an astronomical amount of content, spanning more than one genre. Having said that, the game is not without problems. Game-breaking bugs are frequent and frustrating when they befall you during important missions.

It is largely a known entity, and for those of you who are familiar with the game and want to play again should definitely consider this version. Those of you not in the know, I hope that this brief rundown of the game was enough to entice Star Wars and D&D fans. Knights of the Old Republic is a game that any fan of Western RPGs should give a chance.

In the end, shoehorning Superman into the now-hackneyed ‘Infinity Blade’ template just doesn’t work for me. With the film in theaters after a long layoff, and the fact that this has to be one of the biggest IPs in entertainment, I expected something little more original.

‘Lonely Ship’ is a charming little game with seemingly hidden depths.

Downloadable currencies and content aside, the base game of Kingdom Rush Frontiers is an enjoyable one, and it comes highly recommended to existing fans of the genre.

It would’ve been nice if there were more tables – say 20, with five of them being free, or even if Sony had licensed more than just rock and included several more genres from a catalog of music that surely must reach into the bajillionty-trillions in terms of album sales
