This game for the first 2/3rds is one of the best games ever made. Every quest is excellent with outstanding characters that make world traversal a joy. I cannot get over how excellent most of this game is. There is a strange narrative choice where a plot point feels very rushed which was noticeable. There is 1 noticeable questline that ruins a lot of the games characters.
This game can either be a great game or an average game, depending on if you play single player or multiplayer. The AI for single player is pretty bad, I found the companion to constantly go into danger and get killed. The story is also not very good as it takes itself very seriously when it is unintentionally funny. The actual gameplay however is pretty solid which some extremely interesting level design which keeps the game fresh.
Sometimes true remakes don't fix the original games flaws. Such is the case with Yakuza Kiwami. Not much has been changed from the original game outside of a few features. The story in this game feels rushed, as if they should have expanded the plot a lot more. There are some cool moments in the game and Kiryu and Haraka's relationship is excellent. And Nishikiyami gets a lot more development which makes him a more compelling and great antagonist. The combat has been improved from the original game but the bosses have not. The bosses in this game are extremely frustrating where they boil down to gank fights. The side quests are also pretty boring and uninteresting. The Majima everywhere feature is good but gets repetitive towards the end of the game. Overall this game is probably the weakest Yakuza game with a lot of flaws.
This game is the most divisive video game ever. And I am very conflicted. The starts off great, its extremely brutal and fun with some great scenarios. It does drag towards the end and I found it was very repetitive at the end. I found Ellies first section to be rather dull with some great moments, the characters were also not very interesting. The pacing was pretty bad and the gameplay dragged out. I found Abby's section to be pretty great with interesting characters anda great story. Again though the gameplay dragged a lot. The ending is divisive but I found it to be great. Overall a mixed experience. Abbys section 8/10 Ellies 6/10
This game has had a massive resurgence in recent years. The multiplayer mode is pretty good with lots of fun game modes and maps. The campaign is very awful with a handful of fun sections. The story is incredibly dumb and not worth playing. Offline modes aside from campaign are also good. With the removal of loot crates, this game is pretty solid.
This game has some really excellent combat with some great enemies. Most robot fights are extremely exciting. The story however is very generic. It starts out pretty well but devolves into a pretty bland and uninteresting story. Performances are stale and uninteresting as well.
This game is an incredible remake held back by some tedious and boring chapters. The gameplay is pretty great with the materia system complimenting it very well. Characters are an improvement over the original as they are fleshed out a lot more. Some great and extremely fun levels. Optional content is serviceable with the inclusion of the colosseum. The story is great for the most part (the reusing of the main villain is a negative however) it is different from the original which makes some new moments surprising. Some chapters are very slow and filler which ruins the pacing of the game.
This game is defiantly an experience video game. The visuals are excellent and the sequences are intense. The story is cryptic but very good. The puzzles in this game are quite uninspired and boring.
One of the best Open-world games ever. Build customisation and NPC quest lines are the best in the series. This game manages to do so many things so well. The legacy dungeons are all excellent with some of the best bosses in the series. Dungeons around the world have some great puzzles and level design however enemies are often overused. The boss variety is also often overused which makes getting to the end of a level fell a bit anti climatic. Overall this game is excellent with a few noticeable flaws.
Sifu's visuals and combat are extraordinary. The level design is also fantastic with such unique environments that offer so much. The camera is the main criticism with the game as it frequently gets stuck in environments. The story is average but it isn't the focus of the game.
Some of the best JRPG dungeons ever made. Story is pretty interesting with some great characters. Combat is extremely fun and flashy. Probably in my top 5 JRPG combat systems. Some characters weren't built up enough which makes some of there moments be a bit underwhelming.

One of my all time favourite games ever. The world is the best I have ever experienced. Difficulty feels challenging but fair. The locations are varied and unique (world feels very believable as well). This game has changed my life forever, a fantastic experience.
Yakuza 0 is a flawed masterpiece. The side content is some of the most engaging and fun stuff ever made in a video game. Combat is flashy and exciting. Music is also fantastic. The main story is excellent however the pacing is the main issue as it takes a while for the game to build up to the huge moments. But when the story hits IT HITS.

This game is extremely underrated. Combat is excellent with great level design. Bosses are excellent as well. So many highlights in this game and it is great to see the origin of all of the villains in the later games. Story is interesting but is held back by the twist main villain.

My favourite Star Wars game for the time being. Combat system is really great and extremely fun. The story is also great and tells a deep and personal tale of a man who doesn't belong to either side of the force. Levels are good for the most part. The levels however are reused with new locations to explore however they aren't as good as the first time.

The combat in this game is good. However there is a bit of jank which affects how fluid the gameplay usually is. Some frustrating enemies as well. Story is interesting and well told. The planets range from excellent to boring and extremely lackluster.
The pacing is quite awful in this game in some areas. Some chapters are painfully slow. However the choice variety is excellent. Dialogue is sometimes hit or miss. The overall story and situations the player finds themselves in is pretty great as well.

The replayability of the game is a flaw as there is no build variety. Enemies are too frequent in many locations making combat not fun.
This game is forgettable. I see no reason to play this one over the other titles. That being said it is a very unique game. Some areas and bosses are excellent. However the game overall is lacklustre with some incredible moments. Souls fans should still try this game even though the quality is a downgrade.
Excellent narrative and combat. One of the best DMC games. Dante is an amazing character and at his best here. Flaws come from some frustrating levels and enemies later in the game.
