Melissa McCarthy needs to change fast. The Boss is a disaster, the acting is terrible the plot is rehashed for the millionth time. The jokes hit sometimes which makes this movie watchable, but still Melissa McCarthy needs to do better.

This movie is unbearable, it is literally cheesy, predictable, downright forced and the humor is offensive and all the actors mail it in for this movie specifically Jenifer Aniston, I could not take this movie it should just disappear.

Keanu is a disappointment, the laughs do not hit more regularly and after a while it loses pace and care. The two leads have excellent chemistry but they are not funny as often as i needed them to be. The action is actually pretty good, also the most adorable cat gives this movie a positive.

The movie is fun and exciting, the plot carries on a little bit, but overall it's a blast. The characters themselves are good and have terrific chemistry together but the direction sometimes stumbles and loses it's way. The action is fine and the villain is given a backstory.
