The story is not as good as the first game but still great because of Venom and all the stuff that leads up to his creation. And the ability to switch between Peter and Miles is great, and even better is the fact that you can see each one in the free roam when you're another character. The part where you play as Venom was a huge surprise and a welcome one. The world is even bigger in this game because they added Brooklyn finally. The swinging is great and fun but it feels like too much sometimes and I didn't like how they removed the quick-menu used in the first two games and replaced it with two circles in each bottom corner that you use specific buttons to activate an ability in one of them. It makes things a little more difficult. The suits are really great, and the inclusion of suit variants was a good choice.

A nice follow up. The gameplay is pretty much the same as the first game except you get to use lightning stuff and turn invisible, since this game is about Miles Morales. The story is also great once again super intriguing.

It's kind of overhated but there are some extremely valid reasons to hate this game. The swinging is so uncomfortable in this game, I like the feature of using one trigger to fire a web from one hand but it's just not fun at all. When you talk about this game you have to mention the cutscenes which aren't bad but you can tell too well that they are done with motion tracking because the characters do not go one second without making some movement and it's really annoying but kind of funny sometimes. The story is okay once again and I really enjoyed the inclusion of Carnage and other villians.

It's not so bad the gameplay is pretty boring I don't like the swinging but I feel like it might've influenced the 2018 Spider-Man game with the over-the-shoulder perspective and the aiming stuff, and that game was amazing so this game was definitely necessary. It's different from most movie tie-in games since it pretty much has an entirely different story from the film. It takes place after the events of the movie. The story itself is pretty okay but I appreciate that they tried to do something unique.

It's great but it's a little boring sometimes and the soundtrack kind of the does the opposite of enhancing the atmosphere, at least for me, since I'm not a huge fan of Dark Ambient and Industrial

This is one of my all time favourites for sure. I love the style they used to design this game, and the comic book influenced cutscenes. The story is quite short, but that's nearly made up for by the free play/roam after you complete it. And the ability to switch between Venom and Spider-Man will always be one of the most unique and enjoyable features in any Spider-Man game. The swinging is particularly enjoyable in this game as well, and in my opinion the best out of any Spider-Man game. Sure, Spider-Man 2 (the one that came out shortly before this and was related to the film of the same name) had amazing swinging as well, but I more enjoy that one for it's innovation, as it's quite difficult to get the hang of. And 2023's Spider-Man 2 had all the tricks and extra speed, but it all felt like too much. But I feel like this one really mastered accessibility while also being amazing and quite advanced. In summary, great and nostalgic game that has great gameplay.

Only now in the past two weeks of replaying this game, I've realized it's my favourite game to ever be created. Sure, the gameplay can get pretty repetitive at points, but it's made up for by the humorous dialogue and enjoyable story, as well as the driving and going around the city to unlock stuff. In summary, the gameplay is not great, (you could say that about every single Travellers' Tales Lego game) the story, characters, and free play/roam makes up for it completely.
