I think the people who hate the game, just don't understand the humor. The graphics are seriously impressive, the gameplay and shooting mechanics are truly enjoyable, and the story and humor are perfect for people who like Rick and Morty, Solar Opposites, and the awesome VR game Trover Saves the World. If you have Game Pass you need to download this title right now! If you don't, please consider either purchasing the game to support the developer or try out Xbox Game Pass for a month and make sure you download and try High on Life!

Don't listen to all of the haters, review bombing this game! It is laughable that people are saying this game is just a remaster and isn't very next gen. My jaw was on the floor from the moment I started the campaign. All the small details, mixed with an engaging story and incredible gameplay, make this game a worthy successor to the original. True Halo fans will understand and see the love that went into this game. Is it missing features we would have liked to see at launch such as: co-op campaign and being able to replay levels? Yes, but rather than make us wait, for those excited to play the game, they launched it on Game pass for free! It isn't like when the other Halo games came out and you had to pay the full price. Sure, you can buy it, but you can always pay for a month of Game pass (which Halo Infinite alone is worth it) and get access to countless other games! Like many of you I'm getting upset with game publishers/developers releasing games that aren't finished and asking us to pay full price, but that isn't the case here!

Definitely worth your time and cash! I feel like $40 for an 8-10 hour next-gen game is a no brainer, especially since it is so dang good! The story, the graphics, the gameplay, everything works so well that I would not have guessed it is this studio’s first game. Please pick up a copy and help support them so they can make more masterpieces like this one. I bought the $50 version for the extras and soundtrack.

Sniper Elite VR is definitely worth your time and your hard earned cash! Everything seems to work fairly well, from the way the guns handle to the beautiful environments you get to explore as you kill your enemies. The graphics are surprising good on the Quest 2 (considering its limitations), and it looks even better playing on a PC (yes the title supports cross-buy). The sniper rifles are a joy to use and I am amazed at the way the scope works as you bring it close to your face. Also, the kill cam shots never get old (make sure you turn on the bullet tracking in the options menu), as they show you where you were able to hit your target! It is a WW2 shooter worthy of your $30 bucks!

Don't listen to the bad reviews for Switch! The game is very fun, completely unique, and it is perfect for on the go! I really enjoy playing it and seeing what different mutation my character will get next. It may not look as good graphically as the other consoles, but the portability factor made me buy it on Switch. Turn off the CRT in display option and it looks better. It is definately worth checking out for $20. I'm not a big rogue like person, but I can't stop playing it!

Marvel Powers United (MPU) has a lot of great things going for it! First of all, there are 18 heroes to choose from and instead of just getting their hands in VR you get their whole bodies. The first time I tried the Hulk I was shocked at my size compared to the other players in my group. I actually laughed out loud as I realized that he truly is a pretty big guy compared to the other characters. Second of all, although some of the heroes may play the same it does help with learning the game and keep in mind that many of them have similar powers. For example: Rocket and Star Lord both shoot guns and can hover, while Wolverine and Black Panther have claws and melee attacks. And yet, even if they may play the same there is something truly incredible about being able to become your favorite Marvel Super Hero. And finally, although people complain about the missions being repetitive, because you basically do the same things each time in different maps, I would like to point out that most multiplayer games do the same thing if you consider Death Match, Team death match, Capture the Flag, Battle Royale etc.....What makes MPU unique is that you get to work together with other players and it does a great job of making you feel like you are actually a team of Super Heroes trying to save the day! Even if you play the same map, with the same objectives, it can be a whole different experience depending on the people you play with! In conclusion, the game is extremely fun to play, the graphics are great, there is a ton of content to unlock, and I have heard that future DLC is going to be free. If you enjoy comics and have always dreamed of becoming your favorite superhero, I highly recommend you check this awesome game out!

I bought this for my Oculus Rift (with touch controls) and I am blown away!!! From the moment I put on my headset I couldn't believe how immersive the game experience was. It took a few minutes to learn the controls, but they are fairly intuitive, and once you learn them the real fun begins! I was a little skeptical, but having the chance to play Skyrim in VR was something I couldn't pass up. If you are a fan of the game, and if you have been looking for something to play that is more than a tech demo, I highly recommend picking it up!

From the moment I first started up this game I was amazed that it was done by Ubisoft. Everything about it screams Nintendo and I have been so surprised by how charming and fun Mario + Rabbids is to play. The story draws you in, the graphics are incredible (best on the Switch in my opinion), the gameplay is addicting, and the characters are an absolute delight. Although I have never been much of a turn based strategy person, the controls are fluid and the game never gets boring!!! In fact, I find myself looking forward to each new battle as I explore each world that is filled with secrets and puzzles to unlock. As I was playing I was reminded of my feelings when playing other Nintendo games of the past that tried something different using Mario and his friends like: Mario RPG, Mario and Luigi, Paper Mario **** you are a fan of Nintendo, heck if you like to have a blast and be entertained in your gaming, you need to pick up this little gem ASAP!

Having played both Dead by Daylight and Friday the 13th I thought I would write a review to help people decide if they should get it. The great thing about this game is that there are different killers with different perks and the people trying to escape are pretty unique. The downside is that every match plays out the same. You try to repair the generators or find the secret door (if you find the key) while being hunted by the killer. Unfortunately you have no way of fighting back and once you get found, and are in the monster's grasp, all you can do is try to wriggle free before getting put up on a hook. This game has less bugs being that it was released on pc over a year ago, but I don't find it nearly as immersive as Friday the 13th. I think I would enjoy it more if the maps were bigger and the generators didn't take so dang long to fix. That being said, it is still a fun game and is different from a lot of the multiplayer games out there. Although I have it on the pc I am thinking about getting it for Xbox one too!

Although this game launched with the quick match servers not working (I would wait over 10 minutes or more and no matches were found), once I used the party/looking for group function on xbox one I was able to play! From some of the early reviews I have heard comments such as: it is only fun playing Jason and it is boring playing as a counselor, especially after you die! I found this completely untrue. Although I never got to play as the hockey masked villain I enjoyed working together with my team mates trying to survive. Even if you do end up dying, it is fun watching the other counselors and as you do so you may figure out a way to win the next time you play that particular map. The creators of this game did a great job balancing this game! Although Jason is extremely powerful (he is a horror icon after all) there is still a sense of hope that your group might be able to pull it off especially if everyone learns to work together. I have a feeling that Friday the 13th is going to become a cult classic that everyone is going to be playing for a long time to come. If all else fails, it is a great way to meet new people and have some killer fun.

I really don't understand all the negativity surrounding ReCore! True there may be a few performance issues (delaying it may have helped), but so far they haven't ruined the game for me at all! From the moment I first began playing this fresh and new IP I was hooked! The story is really mysterious and intriguing, the characters are fun, and you actually begin to care about them! The gameplay is incredibly addicting! As I was jumping around, exploring, and shooting, I couldn't help but be taken back to my days playing Mega Man and Super Metroid!!!!! Please ignore all the Sony cry babies who are trashing this game because they are jealous that Sony hasn't given them any good console exclusives outside of Uncharted 4. Oh and the graphics may not blow you away, but they are definitely not last gen!!!!!!!!

I am really not surprised by all the negative reviews. Most of them are probably Sony fan boys crying because it is a time exclusive and they have to wait for this game. In all honesty I have to say that this is probably my favorite Dead Rising game in the franchise. The story is awesome, the setting and music is fantastic (finally I have a Christmas game to play), the graphics are pretty amazing considering all the action taking place on screen, and it is just a blast to play! It can be very addicting leveling Frank up and I enjoy the fact that whether I can play it for hours, or just a few minutes, each time I feel like I have accomplished something. In the previous games I did not enjoy the timer because I always felt hurried and never got to explore and look for all the weapons, blueprints, clothing, and secrets. I do miss co-op in the campaign, but I am having so much fun playing this gem of a video game that I am willing to give it a 9 out of 10!

I can't believe all of the negative reviews for this game. Being that I haven't really been into a COD game since Modern Warfare, I have to admit that the campaign really **** me in. I played it all day yesterday and beat it. The story is awesome and it truly makes you feel for all the characters. I'm thinking a lot of the complaints are because of the fact that they moved from WW2, to Modern Warfare, to Sci-Fi/Space warfare. Also, COD games tend to be multiplayer focused and I don't think it is that great, though I have never gotten in to playing online because I always get killed! If you enjoy shooters and love Battlestar Galatica, you owe it to yourself to check this game out!

Picked this little gem **** up the other day because I love Insomniac Games and wanted to support Game Stop's first publishing effort! As a big fan of metrovidian games like Castlevania, Super Metroid, Guacamelee etc....I was eager to try it out and boy am I glad that I did so. Song of the Deep has an intriguing story, a haunting and beautiful soundtrack, and gorgeous graphics. It also is such a breath of fresh air to play a video game that isn't a first person shooter or a 3rd person action/adventure title. So fun maneuvering the submarine underwater and I have enjoyed upgrading my sub to uncover new locations! For $15 this title is a must buy for fans of unique games.

This game alone is worth the price of buying a PlayStation 4! Last night I just finished it and I am kind of sad that the experience is over! Uncharted 4 has everything you could ever want in a blockbuster video game. It has an amazing and emotional story with some awesome twists, great character development, outstanding gameplay, and some of the best graphics I have ever seen! Naughty Dog put a lot of love and detail into every chapter that I found myself not wanting it to end! If you love adventure games and are a fan of the series you owe it to yourself not to pass on this masterpiece!

This game is a must buy if you are a fan of the Borderland games! It has a similar kind of humor and the characters are equally unique! I can't remember the last time I was so addicted to a video game! Also, it is so refreshing having a multiplayer game that actually has a campaign you can play through and I love the fact that you can play through it alone or join other people for missions! There are a ton of things to unlock; including characters, skins, weapon additions, **** the framerate and gameplay are both outstanding! If you are on the fence about buying it, just go for it and support Gearbox for this creative gem ****!

My favorite thing about Quantum Break is that it isn't your typical video game. I love the fact that it is like playing through a television series as the lead character with a chose your own adventure element. Once I finish the game I can't wait to go back and make different decisions to see how things change. The graphics for Quantum Break are top notch, the characters are awesome, and the gameplay is fantastic. If you are looking for something different, and are sick of playing games like COD, Mario, Zelda, or other IP franchises that are getting boring and repetitive, than I highly recommend you check out Remedy and Microsoft's new game!

The Division has been a very surprising and fun online RPG! I had the opportunity to play the Alpha, Closed Beta, and Open Beta, and I have really seen some great improvements. The graphics are amazing considering the scope and multiplayer aspects of the game. Love the way upgrades and XP work and the story and gameplay are also pretty awesome! My only negative comments are: One, it can be tough playing single player, and two the character creation is pretty limited with not a lot of choices.

From the moment I began playing this game the first thought that came into my head was, "Now this is truly Next Gen!" As mentioned by other reviewers, Rise of the Tomb Raider is probably one of the best looking video games I have ever played! And not only are the graphics incredible, but the game play and the story **** you in and keep you hooked! I truly enjoyed the first title rebooting this series and this game improves upon that on so many different levels. If you love video games I highly recommend picking up this rare gem. It is a feast for the eyes and a joy for the heart, head, mind, and soul. Great story, adrenaline pumping action, spectacular graphics, and a heroine that you can't help but root for make this title my choice of game of the year!!

I just started playing Halo 5 last night and I am blown away! It is so nice to play a game that was strictly designed for the Xbox One rather then being an upgraded title that is also on Xbox 360. The graphics are stellar, the gameplay is addicting as hell, and it does a great job honoring the past titles. If you are a fan of Halo, heck if you are a first person shooter fan, you owe it to yourself to pick up a copy of Halo 5 guardians! I am not a big multiplayer fan, but I find myself wanting to play Warzone and Arena. Lastly, people need to quit complaining about the lack of split screen! Honestly with Xbox Live I would rather play co-op online and have the whole television screen to myself.

Finally I have been given a reason to start playing Destiny again! When I first picked up the original game I loved it and had a great time with it, but found it a bit on the short side, and I wasn't particularly happy when it was taking forever to level my character once I began dealing with light and armor. Thankfully this has been fixed in Taken King! Such a great deal getting original copy of Destiny (so my Son and I can play together), plus the expansions I hadn't bought yet. Love the new enemies and all of the added content. Thanks Bungie for helping me believe in you again!

Since I loved the movie so much, and I enjoy a good post apocalyptic setting, I decided to give this game whirl. Boy am I glad that I did! From the opening cinematics, to the extraordinary gameplay, this title is worth checking out! It is kind of a cross between Tomb Raider, Fallout, and a Motorstorm game. Sadly I think many people will be getting Metal Gear, but I am way more interested in this title. Don't pay attention to any of the negative reviews. This game has a great story, wonderful characters, and I love the RPG elements of upgrading your character and car!!!

Picked this game up yesterday and the first thing that struck me when I started playing was how easily Gears of War Ultimate Edition can compete with next gen games. The graphics have been lovingly re-mastered and with all of the extras and achievements added this is definitely a title every one owes it to themselves to check out. I only wish this collection was more like the Halo Master Chief collection with all of the titles redone, hence the score of 9. That being said, you still get access to four games in one when backwards compatibility hits this fall and I am looking forward to finally getting the chance to play 2,3, and 4.

This is such a great game for Xbox One and Xbox live! If you are looking for a fun game to play with friends and/or are looking to make new friends you should check it out! I have been a long time MMORPG fan but over the years have not enjoyed having to pay monthly to play a game. When I heard ESOTU would have no monthly cost I knew I had to get it. Great quests, fun story, decent graphics (for how much is going on) and really awesome gameplay. My son and I love this game so much we decided to buy two copies!

In my opinion Witcher 3 is one of those games that every Xbox one owner (heck every gamer) should have in their library. It has something for everyone. Even if you aren't big on magic, the sword play combat is pretty darn fun. Even if you aren't huge on RPGs the world, as people are mentioning, is alive and it begs to be explored. I have been so amazed by the weather, the night and day cycle, the beard growth of Geralt, and all the minor details that **** you in. This game is truly immersive with incredible graphics, outstanding voice acting, fun and rewarding gameplay, and it has an engrossing story. If you consider **** you owe it to yourself to pick this up! The only thing that is missing is co-op play, but with the size and scope of the game I can understand why that wasn't added.

I just got a 3ds XL for my birthday this past Thursday and couldn't wait to try this game. From the moment I picked it up I was impressed by the way the story draws you in and the color and delightful graphics! Even more amazing is how much there is to do in the game which is filled with interesting and fun characters. I enjoyed Animal Crossing in the past but found myself wanting more and now that I have a game that is similar, but with fantasy RPG elements I am truly satisfied. I honestly don't think I will be playing my other games anytime soon. This is just too addicting!

I have been looking forward to State of Decay coming to Xbox One ever since I first played it on my home computer. Being that I only have a mid level computer system it didn't run as smooth as I would have liked and plus I would rather sit on my couch with a controller for a game like this. If you are a zombie fan, a GTA V fan, or just love playing sandbox free roam titles you owe it to yourself to pick this little Gem up! The fact that it is only $30 is an amazing deal! After playing it on my Xbox One for a few hours I can say that the graphics are a lot crisper, the gameplay and frame rate are a heck of a lot smoother, and even the lighting seemed improved (the pc version was kind of dark to me)! What is so great about this game is that you aren't just killing zombies, you are saving people, creating a community, managing items, building bases, scavenging for supplies, and doing quests! This is one of those games that **** you in and you want to keep playing it! In fact, I think I will get back to it!

Even though I own Borderlands 2 for Xbox 360 I never finished it and once I got my Xbox One it has been gathering dust! The fact that 2k/Gear Box released both the Pre-Sequel, and Borderlands 2 with all the DLC is truly impressive and worth the $60 bucks. The graphics look sharper, the gameplay is buttery smooth, and so many classes and content to entertain you for a long, long, long time. I am not big on split screen (especially 4 player split screen) so it doesn't bug me that the Pre-Sequel bogs down a bit in 4 player mode. All Xbox One owners and fans of the Borderland games should pick this up to support 2k/Gearbox. I figure this will help them with funding to develop a new Next Gen game and perhaps a re-mastered version of the first Borderlands game.

I couldn't wait to play this game so I signed up for EA access to play the 6 hour demo! I loved it so much that I went to GameStop for the midnight release! My son loved it so much that he begged his grandma to buy him a copy so we didn't have to share it. The graphics are gorgeous, the story is epic, and the gameplay is addicting! In fact I need to end this review so I can go play it some more. If you like Fantasy/RPGs or you like games period, you owe it to yourself to pick this game up!

If you are a Halo fan, heck if you are a fan of video games, this is a must for your collection. $60 for 4 games is a steal, and I am so excited to finally be able to play through them all! True the graphics for the first two games may be a bit dated, but man they look good considering, and at 60fps they run buttery smooth! I think it is so sad that ps4 users are so jealous of us getting this game that they have to write fake reviews to slam it! 4 games with 106 multiplayer maps, having the ability to jump into whatever level I want, and to be able to play co-op through each game, priceless! If this collection doesn't sell Xbox Ones this Holiday I don't know what will!

From the moment I started playing this game I experienced a strong sense of nostalgia. It reminded me of when I first played Super Mario brothers for the very first time and why I love video games so much! I highly recommend that all Xbox One owners purchase this incredible title so that Insomniac will continue to make more gems like this one. If you like action, fun, humor, and are looking for something a bit different than all of the other video games out there (how many Call of Duty type games do we need), than pick up a copy of Sunset Overdrive! I wanted to play this one so much that I exchanged my Ps4 and Vita to get the White Xbox One bundle. Note: The only reason I am rating it a 9 is because I wish it included co-op for the campaign! Multiplayer is fun though!!!

This game is absolutely worth the money (especially since you can pick it up on Amazon for around $30 or less! So far Popcap has released a couple of DLCs for the game that have been free! With the ability to have a friend using Xbox smart glass as you play, and the fun it can be playing online, this is a must have for anyone, even if you aren't a big fan of shoot-em ups. This game is just so different and enjoyable that it is worth trying it out. I am giving it an 8 because EA servers still have issues once and a while, I have been dropped out of a match.

This game is truly a gem on Xbox One. The music is haunting and captivating, the graphics/art design/story transport me back to my childhood, and the gameplay is outstanding. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is that although I do like the rhyming that the characters use, I don't really think they needed it for every piece of dialogue. If you like RPGS, or if you just like a great story that will stick with you, I highly recommend you download right now!
