It breaks my heart that TLOU2 is a decent game. The sequel to one of the best titles of all time, is only a decent game. Considering graphics wise it's the best that you can get on a PS4. Gameplay is a little outdated, basically TLOU1 with minor improvements. However story is weak as hell. I will not write more about the plot, as everything about it was already written. Let's say (just to be polite) that the the writing is a huge disappointment to the fans. So what do we get when we strip a heavily story based game out of it's story? Another mediocre zombie survival game with good visuals and gameplay from 2013. And quite frankly good visuals from Naughty Dog is not an acheivement anymore. They have the know how, they did it before with previous generations of PS, so it's not a big deal for them to use every genertion of playstation to it's limits. Quite frankly it's not a big deal for any AAA studio anymore. In my opinion this game is a 5/10 at best. I can understand all those 0/10, as the fanbase is furious and wants to make a statement with those bomb reviews. But all those 10/10 critics scores are a joke and show in what state the gaming journalism really is. If a linear stroy driven game with really weak story, good visuals, mediocre gameplay, combat that lacks variety get's a 10/10, then what score should RDR2, The Witcher 3, or Final Fantasy XIV get? I guess a 20/10. 10/10 should be acheived by groundbreaking titles only. That score is for games that have great graphics, amazing story, memorable characters, fun an challenging gameplay, spot on sound and deliver innovative features/concepts that nobody tried before. And sadly TLOU2 gives us only great graphics. Everything else is just mediocre at best.

It is beyond my understanding how one of the biggest company in the game industry has published such a "game". A game on such a pathetic level that even weak indie game creators would have been ashamed. Let's face it Blizzard wanted to "reforge" a great game and we received a pile of garbage. And yet the developer apologized, admitted that they have messed up and assured gamers that they will try to fix it. YOU CAN'T FIX SOMETHING THAT IS ROTTEN FROM IT'S CORE!!! Let's skip aside all those bugs, glitches, weak UI, ect. All users still playing the old game were forced with an update - basically Blizzard destroyed the new game and old game in one go. Bravo, what a great way to say "We don't care. Either you play the new stuff, or you don't play at all." And yet there is one more issue on top of that garbage pile. Every map, game mode, ect. that a user will create will be automatically an intellectual property of Blizzard. They aren't obliged to give you credit for your effort. You will not get any gratification, you will not be mentioned in your work, you will not get even a "thank you". Bravo for the second time Blizzard, what a great way to say "We own you". Sadly another great developer is dead. R.I.P. Blizzard

Two things are beyond my understanding: 1) How can people defend such weak game that in my opinion is another cashgrab insult sold for 60 bucks? 2) Why do people still buy games from EA, after what they have done for the past years? What did Bioware had: - almost 7 years od development (they started in 2012) - know how - decent budget - EA's assurance that this time it will be different And we received a game with: - great flying mechanics - downgraded graphics. Quite nice but without variety (ME: Andromeda had it done way better) - weak story, or mediocare at best (yes it's a looter/shooter, but story was somewhat prioritized) - very weak optimalization (fps drops with good PC's, eternity long loading screens) - bugs/crashes - dull missions without variety - brainless AI - basically no interesting drops in a looter/shooter - previous gen gameplay menu with loading screens - nothing to do at end game - shooting "feeling" mediocare at best - microtransactions Basically again an unfinnished game with a lot of issues. So what happend with common sense and logical thinking? It's EA. Everybody should know by now how it will end, with EVERY title they will ever produce. And don't get me started with: "But Bioware was working on Anthem" Bioware is long dead, only the name remains, nothing more. To be honest this game deserves a 5-6/10, but because it was another promising title destroyed by EA I gave it a 1/10. They deserve that 1 point for the flying mechanics.

Hail to Santa Monica, Hail to Naughty Dog, Hail to Rockstar and Hail to CD Project RED the last true heroes of gaming industry, heroes who form an elite club that only the best can enter. Yet one more member of the club showed the whole world that you can make a great singleplayer game without micro pay-to-win b#$%t, season passes, unfinished DLCs and other atrocities that **** gamers out of their money and do not deliver their promises. This kind of attitude will only pay of in a long term. Consumers will respect and remember what Santa Monica did and they will without any hesitation buy next titles. The new God of War starts slow and it doesn't feel like a God of War game, which is weird at the begining, but the weirdnes flies away after about 2 hours of gameply... You know what, it's pointless. Everything about this game was said already. God of War is one of the best games on PS4. Period. It has it's minor flawes, but looking at the state of the gaming industry nowadays 9/10 is a must. Let's only hope that more developers will join the elite club and none of the current members will leave it.

I have a serious problem with this one. On one hand I am a big fan of the series, but on the other hand those big lore mistakes (I could get along with those), and the horror of all gamers, the dreadfull microtransactions. MICROTRANSACTIONS IN A SINGLEPLAYER GAME.!!! Let's face it, this game is a 7,5-8/10. They improved basically every aspect of it: - It runs smoother, - the gampley is better, - world bigger, - characters well written, - boss battles fun and challenging - nemezis system and combat improved - and of course the siege battles There is no major issue, that you can complain about, except Lord of the Rings lore. But if, you are not a hardcore fan of Tolkien's books, you will not notice them. And then comes ACT 4 "The Grind Chapter". Act that made everyone furious: - pay to win in a singleplayer game - boring repetetive waves just to unlock one short ending scene (scene that everyone can check on Youtube) - hours of grind to test the gamer, if he is willing to pay extra money to finish the game significantly faster - a part of the game that is so lazy in it's design, that it's an insult, not a real chapter - pointless act that has done much more harm than WB and Monolight expected it would. Because I am a big enemy of microtransactions (not only pay to win but all of them), and despite the fact that I had a lot of fun playing the game I will give it a 5/10. Unfortunately I am again dissapointed about a game that I was waiting for this year.

Just for the record I am officially boycotting EA. Enough is enough, my last game that I bought from them was Mass Effect Andromeda. With the current state of the microtransaction/pay-to-win/greedy/lazy b****t I will not give this company another dollar/euro (pick a currency) of my money. And I will discourage other people from buying anything from them. About Battlefront 2. How hard is it to take the original Battlefront 2 from 2005 give it the 2017 graphics and put in a new meanigful story in campaign mode? That's about it. That's what people want, no more no less. When we leave micro b****t aside, this game is 5/10. Another disappointment this year. And of course critics lick EA's ass because they sit in their pocket!!! Bravo for all those good reviews. By doing that you are making games worse!!!

I do not consider **** player, especially a game expert. I just like to play video games on medium or sometimes on a higher difficulty level. More for fun, relaxation and storyline than pure competition. Therefore, I often avoid multiplayer clashes that rob me of the two reasons for playing. I'm just an average player who has come in contact with some titles. One I liked more, the other less, some frustrated me, and yet others pulled in enough that after a few years I even came back to them. Many of the hits I din't even play and probably that will never change. I can think of myself as a fan of rpg and I can not properly dress in words, HOW MUCH DID I HATE CD PROJEKT RED FOR THE WITCHER 3 The announcements were boisterous, conferences, interviews and marketing were thought out, even the slow and fueling cinematics made me feel impressed. I live in this world for too long to be immune to omnipresent hype. So I waited, since the May premiere I closed in a tight cage of internet ignorance. I have not read, watched, and looked at a single: review, rating, comment, and opinion on the latest CDP production. I persisted for 3 months, and believe me it was not easy, I finally bought it and played it. (on a PS4 btw). What were my feelings, impressions, opinions? The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt pulled me in my chair so deep that almost for a month I became an antisocial zombie. During the game, I wanted to check the next marker, discover what is behind the next rock, river, hill, ect. Discovering another entrance to the cave led to the same excitement as when I saw a Christmas tree surrounded by gifts. Many times during my trip with Geralt I stopped to watch the breathtaking views. During breaks from The Witcher, I wondered how the story of Geralt and Ciri would unfold, how the fate of Velen, Novigrad and Skellige will resolve, and whether I made good decision. Many times I wondered if I was ready to defeat this monster who had mercilessly dumped me last time ... Okay, last seven times. The marker still shows that I am weaker than him, (and with this level cacan't beat him or it), but maybe this time it's possible (in the rhythm of great music during the fight) I will be able to do it. In short, The Witcher 3 dragged me into it's world without a doubt. So why I hate the Reds and their latest production? CD Projekt released his latest child, and unknowingly done a great harm to many players. They lifted the bar too high. Maybe I'm in the minority, but when I decided to play the Witcher I robbed myself of those things that would make me happy playing any other productions. I will unintentionally compare them to the latest Witcher, and the winner of this battle will be known before it starts. Is it perfect? Of course not, there is no such thing as a prefect game. But it's essential in every gamers collection.

I understand that the new ME was hyped high (space high), and that too high expectations can cloud your judgement. That's why we have those bipolar reviews. They vary from a lot of 0's and 3's to 9's and 10's even. And I totally understand that, hype does that. But what I can't understand is why a AAA unfinished game is again defended with such commitement? Clearly all the ratings that are below 5 are unfair, but on the other hand all the scores above 7 are a joke. It applies to the critics as well as the players. I think we lost the understanding of a AAA game, and the developers are using it every year, at least most of them. They want to drain us from cash without much effort, and the worst thing is that players let them do it. What I require from a AAA game, and does ME Andromeda deliver: 1. Good and involving story and characters - I have to say not really. Story is bland and the characters are terrible. 2. Fun and satisfying gameplay - It's good, combat is a lot of fun, scaning , exploring ect. is also ok. 3. Graphics and animations - Bacgrounds looks stunning on different planets. Animations, lip sync ect. below any criticism. Some games from Ps 3 and Xbox 360 had better. 4. Good music sound and voice acting - Music is good, a little worse than in ME trilogy, but still pretty good. Backround sound, fighting sound is also quite good. Voice acting is terrible, shallow with lack of emotions. 5. Bug, glitch, crash free - I know it's imposible with so big games, but the fewer the better. I didn't have many issues, but I know from the intenet that there is a major problem. 6. Fun multiplayer, if there is one - Lazy horde mode with microtransactions, so basically there is none multiplayer. There is only an excuse for microtransactions. To sum up. Andromeda would ba a fun game for players new to ME franchise. Of course it would be also a pretty good game, if Bioware was a newcommer. But they are not. They spend the last 4 years, with a decent budget and a know how, to deliver a dissapoitement, not only to the fans of Mass Effect trilogy, but also to other players with a common sense. It's not the worst game in the world, it's not a AAA game either. It's a product below the level of a studio that Bioware once was. A shame, I was counting on them.

Since the last Tomb Raider I am again a big fan of the franchise. Square Enix again delivered a great title, bravo. I had a lot of fun throughout the play-through. In terms of fun factor, better than Uncharted 4, overall probably just slightly above the last Nathan Drake adventure, or maybe it's a draw. Great game.

In the competition of best DLC it beats the crap out of AAA full titles by far. That's how good it is. To call Blood and Wine a DLC is an insult. It terms of size, lenght, and quality it beats a lot of fully priced games, and is way cheaper. A must have for witcher fans, to close the last chapter of Geralts adventures, and a great example how a proper: DLC, expansion whatever you call it should be made.

Did I like it? Yes Was the gameplay fun? Yes Was the story interesting and entertaining? Yes, the main story. What about the sound and the visual effects? Probably the most beautiful game in terms of graphics on PS4. Sound also preety good. Did I have a lot of bugs, glitches, crasches? No, just one single crash, but didn't matter because the autosave system is preety good? So what's wrong with Horizon? And, why only 7/10 (7.5 to be precise)? It get's boring... The repetition, and dull side quests were a pain in the ass. I skipped most of the bland conversations, did the quest to level up, and went back to the main quest. Of course the stories of the side quests had some potential, but the weak narration efficiently reppeled me from being interested. The combat is really fun and solid, but the fun flies away after couple of hours. It lacks variation. Some weapons seem preety pointles looking at the entire playthrough. Stealth is good but a little shallow at the same time. I would like a little more options, more freedom, more sophistication. Don't get me wrong the game is really solid, even slightly above then just solid, but I feel it lacks something. That one element that would make this title great. Probably storytelling. I have a feeling they focused so much on the main story, that forgot about the side quests. Still a good game though. So why did it get such a high combined score on metacritic? Probably because of lack of good content and AAA games on really good level. That's why it shines so bright, because you don't see any "competition on the Horizon" (a joke - and a terrible one). :P
