Honestly a perfect 10 - this game just hits different. Miles Morales is a shorter experience than the original but it never overstays its welcome and that's exactly what makes it so good. Every hour feels tight, purposeful and just straight up fun from start to finishThe Christmas setting is everything - swinging through Harlem with snow falling and holiday lights everywhere gives the whole game this cozy warm vibe that no other Spider-Man game has come close to. It just makes you feel good playing it, like genuinely happyMiles' powers with the venom blast and camouflage make combat feel fresh and way more creative than before - and the story is surprisingly emotional for how short it is. Nothing here feels like a drag, even the side content is actually fun to do and never feels like homework. A perfect companion piece to the original

Peter's story is genuinely one of the best superhero narratives in gaming and it keeps you invested the whole way throughThat said - the ending section drags so hard. Right when you want the finale to be hype and fast-paced it just slows everything down and turns into a bit of a slog, kinda kills the momentum the rest of the game built up so well. Not game-breaking but you definitely feel itAnd yeah - 100% completion is boring as expected. After the main story wraps up hunting down every collectible and clearing every camp just feels like a chore, nothing new to see there. Stick to the story and it's pretty much perfect

Bro this game is just PEAK - straight up one of the best superhero games ever made. Insomniac cooked hard with this one: the visuals are insane, combat feels way better than before, and the story with both Peters actually hits different. New York feels alive and web-swinging never gets old no matter how long you playOnly reason it's not a 10 is the 100% grind - once you're done with the story, hunting collectibles gets boring fast and starts feeling like actual homework. And don't even get me started on the Mysterium challenges - they are genuinely so tedious, just the same thing over and over with a timer slapped on it, not fun at allBut for the main story alone? Absolutely worth it - one of the best experiences this gen, no debate
