It would have been a 9 if the boss fights were not so forced and difficult. I needed to use meta-game knowledge to beat Beret and looking for it forced it forced me to learn spoilers I didn't want to see.

This game is such a wasted potential. Bioware made a fortune off of preorders of fans of the original knowing full well that by over-streamlining the game and the pervasive console first attitude they would only alienate those fans. This game looks and sounds better than Orgins but that isn't what I want out of a PC rpg, I want a massive world, mountains more stats, the ability to see background calculations as they are happening and mod friendly design. Once again consoles **** things up for PC gamers who want a product that utilizes their machines full capabilities.
