This game is a huge step up from the first one. There is never a dull moment in the entirety of this game, and the choices have a heavier effect than they did in the first game. Without getting into spoiler territory, this game has 5 different endings. THAT is an upgrade. Everything in this game is an emotional rollercoaster and it is a certified MUST PLAY by all.

This review contains NO SPOILERS: I already thought that the original game was perfect. I went into this game with the expectations that the original was going to be better. But somehow, I was proven wrong. This game is such an improvement that it makes me not want to revisit the original. THAT is a sign **** sequel. The added quality of life improvements enhanced the experience ten-fold. Combat is so much more expressive, MJ stealth missions are actually fun, and as usual, it has my favorite means of transportation in gaming. The story, while being **** AWESOME, is significanlty less grounded than its predecessor, but that's okay, and you can get past it. Overall, this game gets a 10/10. Definitely one of the best games I've ever played.

This review contains NO SPOILERS: This game is a perfect reboot of an already perfect COD series. The cinematic aspect of the campaign is breathtaking, and adds more weight to the story than the originals ever could. Play it if you haven't. ESPECIALLY if you loved the originals.

I have no idea why people hated this game, the campaign is one of the best in video games and Roger Craig Smith is SOOO underrated as Batman. He really brings his all and the cinematics, soundtrack, graphics, and more are SOOOO good, especially by today's standards. This is a MUST PLAY!

This review contains NO SPOILERS: This game was truly something special. This is exactly how a prequel is done right in terms of storytelling, and since it's a Kingdom Hearts 1 prequel, it brings back some elements of that game while bringing such a unique and interesting/fun combat system that has not been done before in any game. Such a remarkable experience I had with this game. Since there are 3 characters to play AND a final story, the game ends up being just a tiny bit longer than Kingdom Hearts II, which is pretty big. I do feel that the repeating cutscenes and how you watch similar things play out gets a bit tedious, it also makes you see those scenes in a new light and context than you did with another character. By the time you get to your third playthrough, the gameplay loop might start to tire you, and therefore I took a bit of a break from the game which could be a tiny issue. Overall, this game gets an 8/10. Go play it.

Kingdom Hearts 2 may very well be one of if not the best game of all time. The story is infinitely better than the first, and same goes for the gameplay. One would be unable to revisit the original after playing this. The storytelling is amazing in the way that everything is explained by the ending, and everything is wrapped up in a perfect bow. This game is true greatness.

*Flawed, but fun* Originally, I didn't play this game and watched the story cinematics because I just couldn't play it. However, I decided to give it a shot. Needless to say, I found some enjoyment out of it. It takes time to learn, but when you do, it feels great. However, if you're looking for a standard Kingdom Hearts experience, or just wanna get to Kingdom Hearts 2, just watch the story scenes on YouTube. This game has Gameplay>Story which makes sense because it was originally a GBA game, but it still feels empty in some spots. The bosses were the best part of the game because they actually provided challenge, and Riku's campaign provided challenge as well. What I liked a lot about this game is the deck building and how you could approach it however you want. But, it's not for everyone. 7/10, didn't expect it to be as good as it was.
