I have not played a single WWE Game in the past years until I bought WWE 2K22. From my point of view, one of my first WWE Games I played is Smackdown Vs Raw 2008 from my PSP. Unlike the past WWE Games. WWE 2K22 literally quote. "It Hits Different," and that line did not lie. The controls in WWE 2K22 felt different, and it did not actually play like the past WWE Games I played. It was absolutely difficult at first because I started playing WWE 2K22 with the 2K Showcase that stars Rey Mysterio. It was very difficult at first to move around, but when I figured it out, I finally played it as usual, that becomes easy for me to play. The game really fixed the glitches from WWE 2K20 and almost all parts of the game were removed, like every OMG Finisher and not going insides locker rooms. While some parts were added that people asked for, one is getting inside the crowd to fight and going off stage, making the experience very unique. Custom character creation was different, too. I get to create the character as myself with a stylish suit, while for the rest, the attires are all only used entrance attires which downgrades the creativity and takes realism a bit too much. Universe mode was good. One of the additional add-ins in the game is superstar mode, where instead of focusing on all the wrestlers I played, I have to pick only one wrestler to focus on my experience. But the downside is that this game has a dead screen glitch when my wrestler is not even competing, which makes the game unplayable. And speaking of unplayable. MyFaction is one of the only modes available online, but because of the offline content, game modes such as 2K Showcase, MyUniverse, MyGm, and MyRise. MyFaction is just one of those game modes where they prefer to play it online and buy skins that are only exclusive in MyFaction and not in offline,e which makes MyFaction's game become so rare that every 2K game is online for 1 year, and it becomes discontinued when a new WWE 2K sequel gets released. But for the other playables, I am glad that MyGM returned in WWE 2K22 however, the GM mode felt a bit different from the previous WWE Smackdown Vs Raw Games. Because in the 2008 version of Smack Down Vs Raw, I get to see myself in a GM Office. In contrast, the newest GM mode felt simplified and looks more like a menu screen with card power-ups rather than an actual office for setting up a new show, managing talents for training their skill and popularity. But the biggest downside of MyGM is that I can't even unlock local talents. Because why would they be in the game when I can't even get to unlock and play as local wrestlers? WrestleMania XIX made unknown fictional wrestlers playable. Why not the local talents? But one of the main parts of WWE 2K22 that I came for is WWE MyRise. Unlike 24/7 Mode, Road To WrestleMania, and MyCareer mode. MyRise's story only focuses on the protagonist joining WWE, who starts off as a trainee and now a wrestler in 3 different brands. But instead of progressing through the year, focus on what the wrestler will be by making choices that matter. The story missions only requires of being a heel and being a face. There are no story branches, just alignment requirements to progress. And honestly, like the motto says i hits different, and when I mean differnet not just I get to explore the MyRise as a male wrestler, but I can also explore the MyRise storyline as a female wrestler too, with different stories to explore and different unlocks to progress the game, but the downside MyRise felt so short and even I get to move to 3 brands to progress the game completes without even going to be inducted in the Hall of Fame. In conclusion, WWE 2K22 is one of the biggest comeback games of 2022, and it still remains a good game to play. But the downside of almost every WWE 2K Game is that every new game only gets online for one or two years and is offshelved in every online store immediately.
A simple free-to-play indie game with just one goal and one rule. Deliver the presents without getting caught. Rather than actually just delivering presents to all the good boys and girls, it is more about having a training course for Santa for the preparation of Christmas Eve, instead of having actual people living in their homes. It is actually trained by robots to find Santa like a normal human. Well, sort of when moving around and sleeping. The game is, as usual, casual as I expected. A simple and casual Santa simulator where there is nothing fancy, but sneak into people's homes from robots, and it is actually a good enough game to play. Although the moment of Santa is a bit slow and does not have enough movements like crouching, rolling, or sleep powder throw or other stealth abilities that the old Saint Nick has, it is still good enough. But at least I get to eat cookies in the game, but I can't even get to drink milk. But there is one thing I like most about the game is the soundtrack. When I almost got caught, I could hear the hip-hop trap beat from the song. And for a casual game, I really like how they did with the music in this game. There is nothing much I can say about this game. It's not a perfect game, but for a Christmas game that is free, I would recommend it.
After watching The Last Kids On Earth from my Netflix account, I was interested to play the video game called "The Last Kids on Earth and the Staff of Doom! " And not going to lie, I was a bit excited to play this game after watching the Netflix series. But after completing it, the game is ok, but it did not bring any of the expectations. First of all, the cutscenes in the game are just bad; every cutscene in this game is just moving slide shows, and Jack narrating every scenario just gets a bit more annoying than the rest of the cast didn't get any lines. including Malondre because no one even voiced her. Nick Wolfhard is a good voice actor, but having the rest of his voice as Jack while the rest cast having zero lines just made me feel bad. The combat in the game is a bit too casual. All I do is swing a melee weapon like a piñata and shoot range weapons like a simple cannon rifle. And speaking of weapons, I don't like the characters having one weapon class each because of two things: The Last Kids didn't have weapon variety, and some of the weapons felt out of place. One example of June's Staff. Instead of June Del Toro wielding the staff, it was used by Dirk Savage, which completely felt out of place. The open world game didn't feel like a survival game where you can loot food and drink to survive, plus every time I enter another location, the map completely resets into unknown locations which finding collectibles makes it hard to find especially when driving the Big Mama monster truck which you just only move around like a abasic rc car rather than driving and shooting car. As for the story? It just felt completely flat. Malondre just felt like a wasted potential villain and anticlimactic boss. Almost all the bosses were tough, mainly Neon Blargh, but Malondre just gets killed off by a cutscene. But even though this game did not meet my expectations, I actually enjoyed the game. I kinda have fun enjoying playing different characters in different play styles of special abilities, including destroying environmental objects for scrap money to upgrade armors and weapons for each of my characters. Plus, the side missions in the game may feel a bit repetitive. I still managed to collect blueprints to craft upgrades, including weapons, armor, truck, and treehouse. I just kind of wish that this game had more proper interactions around Wakefield. Especially a wave survival in this one. It's not a perfect game for advanced gamers. But I still recommend this game as a 7 out of 10.
Before I go move on to the positives I go with the negatives.
First of all, for an Indie Game, the voice acting is terrible. It's like the voice cast was spoken by AI. The voices are so terrible that the cast members were hired by robots for a literal dystopian city setting. Second of all some of the character designs were way too ugly. Although that is the point of Hobo Man having the ugliest teeth and it is rated for mature designs. Most of the characters were very ugly to look at even how they speak with their AI voice. It just spits out and blurteds out words. But there is an old saying that goes "One man's trash is another man's treasure" or another saying "Don't judge the book by its cover" Bomjman is such an amazing free-to-play game. The game's combat is violently satisfying. Although the game's gun aim and melee combat felt a bit off its gameplay is amazing including boss fights. For a free game, the gameplay length is long enough to satisfy to continue playing. Usually, free single-player games take only just 30 minutes or less but this game takes more than hours to complete and I couldn't stop playing until I reached the end. The music is amazing. This game really gives a cyberpunk feel but in a dystopian world full of crime and murders As for the level of design is great. Mostly it is the cities, vehicles, and of course the levels on how this game is meant to be played in a dystopian world setting. As for the story. It started to go interesting until an auto-drive wheelbarrow robot felt just a bit off. But this is just part 1 of this game. So hopefully I get to see Bomjman 2 or just a DLC to continue the game. If you want to play a game that you start poor but as a superhero then Bomjman is absolutely the game that I recommend for people who like a free satisfying violent game.
Wolf West's game looked like an interesting game. The story was simple enough but the gameplay felt like it was just another generic platformer and it's very short. Level designs felt generic including the enemies, shops just felt a bit pointless because I only bought 2 lives especially the Boss fight. However, Luna's character design is one thing I love about this game. I like Luna's designs so much that this game deserves the potential for a remake or a sequel. Hopefully one day this game will get its extended version.
It's a simple, easy, slightly difficult, and relaxing game. Breadsticks are just another short game where you can just finish one cup of tea and complete the game. The character design for the Fox Boy was simple and cute. The game wasn't too generic but it had a very simple art style there is not much of a story in this game but just delivering the tea and that is much completely it. This game is just short but it has interesting potential though.
I have watched Cobra Kai since I got a free subscription from YouTube Red and continued watching Cobra Kai from the Netflix series. And now I got to play the Cobra Kai video game. Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues is not the realistic video game you expect but this game is entertaining even though it has superpowers. Both of the stories play the same whether you join Johnny Lawrence's Cobra Kai or Daniel LaRusso's Miyagi-Do but they also have different characters and endings. Because after completing the first dojo story I get to beat the other dojo story to get the true ending on who is responsible for the karate turf war between Miyagi-Do and Cobra Kai. With all the flaming punches and freezing kicks, this is the absolute fun that I ever had. The game is basic but it is absolutely fun. Although it is kind of odd that having the characters shout their special moves for a GameMill game it even brought up half the returning cast to reprise their roles such as William Zabka who played Johnny Lawrence and Ralph Macchio who played Daniel LaRusso. This is such an underrated piece of work and it deserves a bit of love from this game.
After completing the Offenders the game is not perfect. It's a good game to play for people who can't afford to who can't afford to buy a game or just want to be curious about how the game is played. Honestly, this game was just a bit mediocre. Although I loved how this game put it so well about the graphics the gameplay however almost felt a bit buggy, with multiple random crashes, NPCs were a bit confusing to tell the difference between a civilian and an enemy, weapons were a bit clunky, voice acting sounded like it's made by AI, and The story almost didn't pay much attention. Levels here only focus on loud approach and forced stealth uncertain levels made the game a bit harder. At least this game has special abilities though But despite the business. Offenders is absolutely another free single-player game and recommend trying it. It would start easy but hard but as long you get used to this game you can reach the final level. It's not perfect but it's moderately worth playing.
Uncharted 4: A Thieves End and Uncharted The Lost Legacy are the first two games I played from my PC. Aside from the Nathan Drake Collection and PS Vita's Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Uncharted: Legacy Thieves Collection goes straight to the point of the two games. I don't even know the full story of the Nathan Drake Collection, including Golden Abyss, but I assure you the gameplay of those two games is the same, very realistic, and fun. The scenery in the game glorifies the areas in the game. The combat for melee and range is limited but a bit realistic having to pull melee attacks with just only one attack button but pulling off amazing moves including buddy-up moves and range for having limited space of weapons one for primary and the other secondary which still gives the realistic feel and the climbing system felt a bit more like Assassin's Creed but using a personal rope swing. The boss battles here may be too basic but it was challenging. Mostly the levels in the game focus on climbing so if you don't have acrophobia then these games are something that you need your hands on Uncharted 4: A Thieves EndI don't know anything much about the previous stories of Nathan Drake's adventure but I assure you that fights here in the game started amazing where everything is about the long-lost treasure of Henry Avery. From the point the prologue starts in advance from adventuring to an island the next level shows off young Nathan and the present time mostly like years ago before the island adventure I get to see an amazing prison escape until it reaches a pirate sword fight in the final chapter. Not to mention almost all other parts of the chapters so many interactable parts but mostly in Chapter 4 and the Epilogue. And just like in the previous old games, Nathan writes notes using his book for his adventure. The chapters were amazingly long enough I loved how much the storytelling has to offer based on the previous Uncharted Games which I have not played yet. Uncharted: The Lost LegacyThe same gameplay and combat as Uncharted 4: A Thieves End but unlike the fourth game, The Lost Legacy focuses on the story of Chloe Frazer who searches for the Tusk of Ganesh. Unlike Nathan, Chloe uses her phone for collecting notes by taking pictures and that side mission of finding the Queen's Ruby was worth it so I can see the treasure properly wherever I go only one chapter has an open world level and that part of the game was a bit short and it had a bit few glitches but the best part of this game is that I get to use a silenced pistol I can be stealthy in range whenever I want and I also loved the combat with having flexible animations. In conclusion, both games are absolutely the best temple adventure games with the amazing graphics this has to offer. The playstyle may look simple but it becomes challenging and amazing both at the same time. The only problem that this game does not have is the multiplayer mode.
I discovered and played the game Sly Spy in Antstream. And this shooting game is pretty good. It is almost similar to Contra but being a spy in this game. The game has an actual bullet limit which makes it a little realistic but reasonable after every ammo is gone or a gun is disarmed during a Boss Battle. Movements of the game felt a little sticky and so did the motorcycle level. The boss levels are pretty good. However, some are repetitive like the hat thrower boss and the last boss battle in the game was too anti-climatic that all you have to destroy is a laser wall with your bullets and kicks and the final boss in one blow. And the game that has the golden gun? It felt a little pointless because it does fill it up faster. In conclusion, if you have or have not played Bad Dudes vs DragonNinja then this game is worth a try, needs to be remembered and crossover with the Bad Dudes.
Growl is such another great game to play in the arcade including when using Antstream. The story is just pretty much simple and that is to save the animals from poachers and all I have to do is just beat and kill everyone up. But let me be honest on what is wild is that the final boss was some giant worm thing. As for the gameplay, it remained great as usual not just I can use melee weapons like knives but whips too. Plus picking up guns and shooting enemies is enjoyable not to mention using rocket launchers when there is the right moment. Growl is another great beat 'em up to play. And to be honest I didn't expect the final level that would be that difficult. But still, it's completely another hidden gem.
Before I played any Yakuza Game like Yakuza 0 the first Yakuza game that I ever played was Streets of Kamurocho. Let me tell you about Streets of Rage but because it's made by the same company it just felt like a rushed copy-paste. Because after completing the first level all I have to do is repeat the same stage over until I am done. The game did not put any effort into making another 5 or more stages which felt more like a wave survival rather than an actual stage progression because I had to repeat the same stage all over but more difficult. However, I did like the combat though. It's not a Yakuza-level kind of combat but more Streets of Rage-like. The game is good but I wished they made some more effort in this game.
If you were a fan of story-driven games like Life Is Strange (and Furry Anthros). Then this video game choices matter game is worth giving a try. Night In The Woods is absolutely an amazing story game that follows our protagonist Mae Borowski living life and returning to Possum Springs. But aside from Mae, she is also with her other friends who are also bandmates such as Bae Santello, Gregg Lee, and Angus Delaney. For a simple platform game that has no points to earn or doing something platform thing like Mario. The game focuses on the story so much that it is what makes a work of art and most importantly the game even has the most recognizable characters. But mostly almost everything in Possum Springs is interactable too. But the best part of this game is its minigame called Demontower. Rather than having that minigame treated like a simple plain game, it's a minigame that has been treated like an actual game that I forget the fact it's still Night In The Woods. The best part is that this game even includes additional two games such as Longest Night and Lost Constellation. But Lost Constellation is my favorite kind of extra game to play with. But the thing I like about the game is the replay value. I couldn't sleep the fact that not just I wanted to know Bae's route but even Gregg's route too as well. This game is something that I would remember on what is like on absolutely great no matter what. And a perfect game for mostly the furry fandom.
I got the game from Epic Games and let me tell you that this isn't the first time I played a Batman game before. Batman Arkham Asylum is amazingly a great game to play and let me aside from the story this game has the best thing that this game shows is the combat. The combat in this game almost reminded me when the time I played Assassin's Creed but unlike Assassin's Creed the game does not absolutely focus on killing but instead knocking out enemies. But the game's combat is not the only thing that matters it also focuses on stealth where this game has so many ways to take down an enemy by distracting someone with a Batarang, taking down gargoyles, and diving attacks as well.I got the game from Epic Games and let me tell you that this isn't the first time I played a Batman game before.Batman Arkham Asylum is an amazingly great game to play and let me aside from the story this game has the best thing that this game shows is the combat. But the game's combat is not the only thing that matters it also focuses on stealth where this game has so many ways to take down an enemy by distracting someone with a Batarang, taking down gargoyles, and diving attacks as **** as for the combat, it's amazing with so many chains and combos that Batman can do it is unstoppable. However for the Boss varieties sometimes they are amazing, some are just anti-climatic and some are not what I have in mind. Fighting Bane was the best, Harley Quinn's boss just felt anticlimactic but for the Joker however, I expected him to start with no powers but instead, he became a monster and the timing was way too **** you want to experience the first Batman Arkham games then Batman Arkham Asylum is something to be recommended for new players.
I need a game to get something out of my childhood itch and most kids in game stores who tested PlayStation 2 Consoles are The Simpson's Hit and Run. I finally finished the game thanks to AetherSX2 from my phone and here is the result. The game starts simple and easy for beginners but as I reached and completed level 7 of the game I didn't expect the game to be this challenging. It almost tires my fingers but mostly my thumbs too as well. However, despite the levels always having a time limit almost most of the levels were a bit unnecessary with time limit added. However, the gameplay for driving is great and I can go in using shortcuts mostly all the time. And the best part of driving is that when I reverse I can just properly reverse drift and drive forward too! The game even includes not just one character but 5 characters of the Simpsons family except Maggie considering the fact Lisa and Bart are the only underaged characters who drive. But at least Apu the owner of Kwik-E-Mart was able to be playable and the only non-Simpsons family member. As for the combat in the game the moves all the characters have are just kicks, jump kicks, and dive attacks and the only enemies in the game are robot camera bees which felt a bit small I expect to have a bit more combat like a beat em up but it's a bit more of Crash Bandicoot but with the Simpsons because of the sound effects when collecting coins. And to be honest I didn't expect this simple driving adventure game to be this challenging. It hurt my fingers after completing the final mission of the final level. Plus races in this game became very stressful for me unless I had to motivate myself to unlock faster vehicles and know all the shortcuts I needed. The Simpsons Hit And Run may not have the Treehouse of Horror level type of violence or even a beat 'em up level but this is the most challenging game to ever play for a Simpsons game.
Back then I saw this game on YouTube and it actually looked so promising and as I played it really did. Warframe is absolutely surprisingly addictive to play. And I could not even stop playing it. Not only I can fight and play this game by using melee weapons like a ninja but I can actually use guns in the game as well and I can actually jetpack like in space missions too. This game also has something motivating on farming more materials and getting the chance to trade items from other players and even leveling up weapons and even Waframes for my Tenno. However, the biggest downside that this game has is that most of everything is that I need is platinum. I had to give up so many of my weapons to fit more space and I even gave up selling my old Warframe I really regret selling it because the old Warframe was very useful. And I remembered that the old map changed into a new map which is more of an open space universe map rather than picking levels I had no choice but to start all over for the map picking. Waframe is an absolutely addicting game but sometimes in this game, you have to take on your choices of loot responsibility and buying and spending platinum wisely.
For a game that is so old but yet so fun. Team Fortress 2 is absolutely is absolutely a fun game to even play. Rather than just having realistic old-school character models. The game focuses on a cartoony aspect. Maps remained great, classes which are treated as actual characters rather than just generic characters and the game is still absolutely the most fun that I absolutely have. However, the biggest downside that I have not played this game for the past years is that I have to upgrade my inventory for it and pay it in real cash. Back then when I was very young I could not even get my rewards because of a full inventory and it did not really motivate me to play this game. I expect to have this game as a level-up feature that unlocks inventory slots but it doesn't. Plus the players in the game were absolutely abusive. They were absolutely rude and disrespectful that this game did not have a turn-off chat feature which absolutely disturbs my gameplay. Although they have a tutorial on YouTube on how to disable chat. Team Fortress 2 still remains great for other players in Steam and maybe someday I will go playing this game again.
I don't even know who Duke Nukem really was back then as a kid but I saw this game from an old magazine that I read. Once I bought this game I decided to try it out. To be honest I really absolutely had fun playing this game. As usual, I did a lot of the shooting and I got to trigger short kill animations. It's pretty fun to do about the many ways to kill. But the story in this game is absolutely absurd. I thought the Saints Row or Postal has weird over-the-top stories, but I didn't expect this game to be that much. And I did not expect to have nudity appear out of nowhere. Plus one thing that frustrated me is the animation which one evidence is the drawing scene for a plan and signing autographs. Duke Nukem Forever did not make me hail to king for him and Duke may act like a rude guy for no reason but this game is still fun to play.
DreamWorks new game isn't the first time that they have their own kart racing game. Back in 2011, they used DreamWorks Super Star Kartz but that old game did not really get my attention on playing it, especially other old racing games from DreamWorks like Shrek and Madagascar. To be honest the only reason I am actually playing this game is because Mr. Wolf and Diane Foxington are actually in the game. As I played on my PC the joystick in the game it did not even connect properly so I had no other choice but to play it on my keyboard. It was annoying at first but once I mastered it I finally got it. The best part of this game is that I can actually play as Mr. Wolf in the beginning which gave us play as our favorite husband material but as for our wife material Diane Foxington, she was absolutely locked for challenge mode. I honestly expected her to be the final boss but I guess Dreamworks must have taken it easy for the furry bait. At least Tigress is available to play. And speaking of furry bait I also bought the DLC just to have Death to be added to the roster. That really may explain Puss In Boots The Last Wish and The Bad Guys getting furry-baited because the furry fandom has money. As for Oogway not so much just because commonly people think he is cool and knows kung fu. But going back to the graphics looks not very perfect but remained good as usual the gameplay for the keyboard was very difficult to control because the controller did not work but after mastering it now becomes pretty fun. Although the karts in the game are pretty slow at least I figured out how to make it faster and learn more about the power-ups. Although the game has different modes like Cups, Challenges, Free Races, and Time Trials the game does not actually have a story mode which this feel like this is a grab game. Although the roster increased to 20 it feels like it needed more characters in the game, especially TV show characters. But at least this game has the furry baitBut speaking of furry bait I expected to see other more players when playing online. And I don't think that this game actually supports crossplay or is it because it's not popular or because they are busy with single-player modes? Dreamworks All-Star Racing is actually a great game even if it looked more like a cash grab to play but unlike Disney Speedstorm they really should have pulled out the furry bait.
Before I even got this game I discovered it when playing Postal 2. The first paid game that I got it cheap a long time ago. As I was wandering in the mall area on the map I discovered that there is a secret VR set. That led me to a parody Steam video game store called Steme. A game called Postal 2 was released in 2009 and now getting an update really shows the modern era taking place when Postal Redux was released in real life. From the classic controversial game in the 90s and now being remastered. Postal Redux has actually improved how the maps and character models get a makeover. They actually have music being played during gameplay and the weapons made an actual improvement. It even has an execution button where every time I shoot a downed enemy not only do I get to use the execution with the machine gun but I can use execution almost any weapon of choice having to do different animations. And to be honest, the game I played looked more like I was trying to find the puzzle strategy rather than doing the actual shooting because I didn't expect the enemies to have that much health and toughness. In the end, it was a wise choice on replacing to a cemetery rather than picking the elementary school as the final level. And they really improved by remaking the menu and art style from the old game. As for co-op, I guess that I was absolutely late in buying the game. Postal Redux is a great game to play and most importantly a new experience to try something after playing Postal 2 that was recommended to me playing this game and even includes a new character named "Not Important" from the Hatred franchise.
I remember my little sister was always obsessed with Animal Jam during the classic era of Animal Jam and as for the Steam version of the game, this is more on the tale to the Play Wild version rather than just the actual classic 2D version of the game. As usual, this is just the usual social games that you usually play. Make friends, buy clothes, play mini-games, win prizes, and buy some decor for the den. But no matter how many times you casually play the game there is just one thing absolutely missing in this game. And that is good old Adventure Mode. Without Adventurer Mode there is no actual purpose why we came to Jamaa also known as the world of Animal Jam.
From the creators of the Life Is Strange franchise we absolutely get to explore the snowy fields of Oregon in the Eriksen household with Chris Eriksen who is also known as his imaginary superhero alter ego Captain Spirit. A short game set in a very small location is obviously what a free game is like. But for a game that is so small to complete its imagination is absolutely big. The setting looks beautiful, the soundtrack is soothing on what is like living in the snow and the best part is that this game can help find ways to finish the superhero suit and go on imaginary superhero adventures. But I didn't expect imagination moments absolutely go that big! Captain Spirit is such an interesting game tease to end on a cliffhanger for Life Is Strange 2. And I would absolutely recommend this game.
America's Army: Proving Grounds was supposed to be an interesting game to play and one part of the game with the medical training really got my attention. However despite all that the game felt it aged poorly and felt it's like another Counter-Strike clone with no effort. And because of the name America's Army, the game may have assumed that this does connect in different countries and regions which is absolutely upsetting to have this game not being played due to a lack of players and region errors which really explains why this game is unplayable. The game was supposed to be played on what is like to join the American army but as a Filipino, it really did not bring the American dream in the army.
In this pixelated glitched-out world full of loud disturbing noises and magical nonsense that almost tried to ruin the story it almost has something that this game has to dig into the story.I played a mute character who makes friends with Chris and the objective is to befriend him or else Chris shoots up the school. As having games that have involved shooting I like this more like focusing the story rather than just making it a shoot 'em up. As much as I dig into the story there are almost not enough interactions but it has some secrets and secrets that look like to break the game. The only criticism that I don't like is that I don't get the happy ending. I know the game is actually supposed to tackle real-life issues and suicidal thoughts but this game can't even let me fight against bullies which means no matter what I do I can't even find ways to save Chris or save the school in Happyville from school shooting. Introvert did not give me the happy ending that I wanted but at least this game has an actual story into it.
After watching the movie The Barbie DIaries I might as well try playing The Barbie Diaries: High School Mystery. While playing this game I saw that Barbie is still an anchor for Van Buren High School this actually is a sequel that takes place after prom which is after the movie. As usual, the Barbie game had ways to change clothes before going to school however the game did not enough much interaction but at least in school I got to drink soda, coffee, and fountain water. And I actually get to meet more other characters in Van Buren High School that are not even in the movie even if it has a small cast of new students and two prefects. The character models were a bit different than the movie model counterparts for the game that was released in 2006 and the minigames where it has the usuals like puzzles and whatnot, As for the game's ending, I got the game ending but it felt a bit anti-climactic. I expect there would be a band battle against 3 band members playing alongside together with Charmz against Count Jockula and Time Out Boy. Just another video editor-styled band mode where I move cameras and flashlights. And the map is a bit small for a school that is so big. One change that I didn't like is the courtyard which has a wall because it's not even in the movie and does not really have a very open sceneryThe Barbie Diaries: High School Mystery does not really play like Bully because that Barbie game was released after Bully. But this is an interesting lane to go back to memory lane.
After I finished the first game with Alex Mercer it's now time I get focused on the new main protagonist James Heller who was a former member of Blackwatch. As I played the game it was actually exciting to see two of the main characters collide with each other that took place after the events of the first Prototype game. As for the gameplay, the combat almost felt a little different but as soon as I started to get used to the new controls in the game I managed absolutely well. And the disguise in the really improved well on the decision making. And the upgrades felt a bit strange because I mostly got used to the upgrades from the previous game. As for the final parts, it actually turns out that the final boss in the game was actually the first protagonist of the game which is a big fit that Alex Mercer is such a fitting villain. But the boss battle in the game did not actually have in mind. But it was an epic boss to fight to play in this game. Prototype 2 is not really as perfect as the first game but it was absolutely the most fun to ever play and finish one final game of the Prototype franchise.
For the longest I have wanted to finish this game as a kid during my time when there was Circuit City in Robinson's Tacloban I have finally got the game that I am willing to play. Before Saints Row IV I actually get to play with both using superpowers and guns at the same time! It's like Grand Theft Auto with superpowers but I can't really drive cars in the game I can actually drive tanks and fly helicopters to shoot enemies along the way. The story is really good. Although there are parts that are a tiny bit complicated it is still good to learn a bit more about Alex Mercer how he became the Prototype and why he was infected by the Mercer virus the gameplay is absolutely the most fun that I ever have that I can have creative ways to kill an enemy with the use of superpowers and guns. The best part of this game is that I can do endless dive kicks and powerbomb. As I progress the game starts to get a bit difficult and it really does motivate me to farm enemies to get experience and even find ways to heal myself with a disguise. And the final boss battle is a bit too challenging. It really finds ways to almost smart how the bosses are. Prototype is absolutely the best experience that I ever played and the best first game in which I can actually use both superpowers and guns.
Alan Wake's American Nightmare is the first game that I played in the Alan Wake franchise and it is one of the games that I absolutely got in Epic Games. I was not able to play the first game of Alan Wake but I managed to get the second The story assumes that this takes place in a TV show called Night Springs and the storyline actually appears to be about Alan Wake fighting against his evil version of himself named Mr. Scratch the shadowy evil version of Alan Wake. At first the graphics it felt a little bit odd considering the fact that the game does not support NVIDIA but on the absolute bright side this game still manages to play without any lags. The combat is absolutely descent. Not just that I can use a gun but I can use a flashlight and a flare gun. But no melee attacks for some reason.Despite the game having some obstacles to face my only complaint is that this game has levels repeated because it felt like I just had to start the game all over and the final boss in the game is absolutely anti-climatic. I was looking forward to getting a chance to see a fight Mr. Scratch but even it had a happy ending having it without a final boss felt very empty, and anti-climatic and did not bring the build-up on just what I have always wanted. The game almost brought the " American Nightmare" but in the end, it may have a happy ending but it did not bring the "adrenaline in my soul"
This is the first Yakuza game I ever played in the Yakuza franchise and the prequel game where it all started from the beginning. Yakuza 0 has absolutely shown that this game has blown many expectations along the way. Not only that I get to play one but two protagonists play along the storyline and each of them has their own fighting style, their own storyline, and one of my favorites is the heat actions. Their heat actions are devastating and satisfying and this is what makes the Yakuza games absolutely playable and fun. Not just the main storyline that has serious moments but the sub stories that make the game have a more and-go-lucky feeling. Plus the minigames here are absolutely entertaining. The best part of minigames is the arcades and secret arena fights. In conclusion, Yakuza 0 is absolutely the best game recommended for new players who want to know about the Yakuza franchise from the beginning. If you want to know about the Yakuza franchise you have to play the game on where it absolutely all started. With Kiryu and Majima together with their own stories.
Every Need For Speed has the usuals. A Map That Race in Circles, A Faceless Driver and racing against fellow NPC drivers. In my experience, my first Need For Speed game from my Game Boy did not even have a decent story but this game has. The best part of this game is that in The Run mode, I get to play as Jack Rourke rather than just another nameless driver who can't even talk or show his or her face. One of the thrilling parts that surprises me about this game is quick time events. Rather than just racing cars it is all about the survival on makes Need For Speed absolutely great. It's like Grand Theft Auto but only racing and quick-time events. Plus I didn't know that there are actually guns in the game not only do I have to avoid getting crashed or being arrested I also have to avoid getting shot to death. There are some varieties of cars to choose from and although there not really customizable picking a car means that I have to play it smart in other to pass a level. And the graphics in the game is absolutely stunning passing through obstacles and all. However, the bosses did not have any character development like the Boss races but still, they are absolutely challenging.I hope one day this game gets its own sequel.
Pineapple Pizza is one of the oldest and most controversial pizza toppings was made in 1962 by Sam Panopoulos who died in 2017. It is not Hawaiian but Canadian and honestly even if I ate a Hawaiian pizza I still don't really like pineapple. Sometimes the ham is what makes the pizza edible. As for the game "Pineapple on Pizza" I played on the island it has no much of an interaction with the island. There aren't any pineapples in the game or pizza. All I see is just a bunch of tribes dancing around like a party and looking around at what the island has to offer. After that, I followed the description and went to the lava which made the volcano erupt. Which made the tribes continue dancing and they got themselves killed why did the rest find ways to escape the island? The good news I escaped by boat but the bad news is that I got hit by a volcanic meteor which led to a shipwreck. In the end, as the camera pans to the eagle side view, I understand why it's called Pineapple On Pizza in the first place. The game may think that pineapple pizza is what it thinks but when you collect achievements here it's more like finishing the whole pie in order to be quick about it or find new flavors to experience just like the pizza topping shown in The Great Big Story YouTube channel. This is best recommended for achievement hunters. Because collecting achievements is just like eating the whole pizza pie.
Another game that I played after playing Star Fox Adventures is Star Fox Assault. Like every Star Fox game, this has Space shooting in fighting enemies. Of course, this game does not forget one of the most popular vixens in the Star Fox franchise Krystal. Like always the shooting in the game remains pretty good. I get to maneuver around, shoot enemy ships, and even fight bosses. I almost broke my hand in fighting bosses too. As for the land combat, I can finally get to play Fox by using his blaster. Although the controls here in the game felt a bit odd Unlike the shooter games today because how I controlled Fox looked more I am controlling a droid on wheels. And let me tell you that the enemies are tougher than I remembered which really convinces me to use the other weapons in the game like the machine guns, grenades, rocket launchers, and including vehicles like Archwing and Landrover which in land combat can be used as vehicles. The game's campaign mode just felt too short to complete. It only took an afternoon to complete it. And even in the multiplayer, the unlockables are too long to complete because it does not really go online mode. If they plan on making another Star Fox game I would not mind getting another sequel or remakes that can actually go online mode.
This is one of the first Star Fox games that I really enjoyed in my Dolphin GameCube Emulator. Star Fox Adventures is not just another space shooter game but this game can actually go almost open world and go on multiple planets (But with the space shooting with the Archwing)In the prologue, I play Krystal for just only a short period of time. She became one of the most popular vixens in the Star Fox Fandom because of her special "assets". This really explains why most people in the Fandom pick this as their favorite game. As I finished the prologue I now moved on to playing as Fox Mcloud. As I played it I found a staff that is actually more than just a melee but both a range weapon that shoots lasers against enemies and hard-to-reach places. And a puzzle piece for places that don't have lasers. I even have a playful Dino pet named Tricky to feed, play, and find secret digging spots. To be honest, the game here is pretty challenging. Levels are getting tougher by the minute as I progress. Plus most of the bosses are so hard that they almost injured my hand when I played it. Except for General Scales because when. I first fought him it just felt anticlimactic and not really fun. But Krystal is not just the best part for the fans to say. During my final boss against Andross, I finally get to see what happened to Falco. And let me tell you that the final is giving me the most pain in my hand but the most challenging experience that I have had in a Star Fox game. If Krystal fans really want to play as her it may be a short time but still, it's the absolute best experience for an absolute challenge.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine in the movie didn't absolutely get the proper attention for any type of Marvel fan but in the video game version this game would have been the best game to ever even play it. X-men Origins: Wolverine is another one of the best Marvel games to ever get your hands on and trust me that playing this game is actually better than watching the movie. The game obviously lets us play as Wolverine who uses his sharp Wolverine claws and kills every enemy getting his way let me tell you that making Wolverine have a hack-and-slash game was tremendously outstanding. The controls are fun to use! Giving us the power to perform endless moves against other enemies, the graphics remain beautiful and smooth which stands great for an old game a long time ago. And the best part of this game is that this game introduced newer characters before other X-Men movies like Mystique and newer bosses like the giant Sentinel which should have been part of the movie. Even though it may become a high budget in the movie if they add one. What I really also love is that the feature Wolverine has is battle damage. But mostly in the shirt area. This Wolverine game brings real absolute fun that should have been kept. Because this game is an absolute treasure.
Agents of Mayhem is really the greatest spin-off game to play off the Saints Row franchise after the events of Gat Out Of Hell. The game has a lot of plentiful hidden references from the Saints Row game like Loa Dust from Saints Row 2. A villain named Morning Star is a reference to Saints Row The Third's Morning Star organization. And Stillwater from Saints Row and Saints Row 2 during the cut scene of Kingpin. The gameplay is nothing like Saints Row but the gameplay is great each character has not just their own primary weapon but they even have abilities and Mayhem abilities Because filling up the Mayhem meter never felt so good. It even has Gremlin gadgets like a second alternative to grenades. My favorite gremlin Gadgtet is Dove from Above where doves crash and explode to enemies and inflict panic which means they would run away. The driving really improved very well. You can just drive your vehicle with a breeze. Sadly in driving, I can't shoot my gun but even without shooting while in the vehicle the shock wave button still makes it work. But the best reason that you really need to play that game is the playable characters. Just like Saints Row, Agents of Mayhem has one of the most memorable characters it has more than 12 playable agents to choose from. From Hollywood to Scheherazade (agents in unlocking order) to the DLC returning Saints Row characters like Gat and Safeword (Kinzie) and one original mayhem character Lazarus. Each has their own personality and flaws which makes it very entertaining to enjoy their dialogues. Although the game has bugs which as the sound issue which feels like something is actually static every time I enter a secret legion base and there are not-so-good character changes like Aisha for example on the bright side I can battle Aisha while playing as Gat just to give more Saints Row vibesI heard the new reboot of Saints Row but hopefully. I am just hoping that the reboot may have a connection to this game.
Backyard Wrestling 2 There Goes the Neighborhood is a great wrestling game of this franchise. Unlike the previous game, Backyard Wrestling Don't Try This At Home. This second installment has actually improved overwhelmingly and so is the music. The sequel got proper character customization where you can finally create a character by customizing hair, skin, face, size height, and clothing including accessories from the shop instead of finding a character model and reskinning it. The controls in the game improved and were almost very easy to use I favorite the weapon grapples, environmental moves, and super specials and of course, arenas may not have a ring but most of the arenas are absolutely unique in their own ways. The Career mode of the story is just winning the game. All you have to do is win the $1,000,000 prize and become BYW World champion by getting 3 little belts that are Eastern, Western, and Northern champions. Career mode has repetitive tasks which make it a little more stressful rather than enjoyable. And even the roster is kind of big. Each and every single character only focuses on getting the million-dollar prize and the Insane Clown Posse in the game gave me death threats to my character every time I won a title belt and showed upcoming characters that are only in the carnival rather than other venues which sounds like uyou just show death threats of jealousy then wait for a little longer to beat all 3 bosses in the final. In conclusion, I am going to give 9 stars for this game. It may be not perfect for Def Jam Fight For NY but it's still a great game to play. If you want to try something new and underrated then play this game that brings in the Neighborhood.
Pursuit Force is one of the games that I wanted to play as the police officer for the entire game. And this game is what I am actually looking for. In this first game, there is not really much of the story in Career mode. The plot of this game is just completely flat. Meaning that this game does not have a proper build-up. The only purpose of playing this game is to take down and eliminate all five criminal organizations in the game. Which are the Capelli Family. Warlords. Convicts, Vixens, and Killer 66.However despite the flat story of this game. The game plays like a game challenge rather than just shooting and honestly, it's pretty good. Jumping vehicle by vehicle, shoot enemies with a minigun. Shoot enemies on foot (Although the on-foot controls felt very sticky) and most importantly the more I progress the tougher the missions, enemies, and bosses I have to face. If you need the police game with a challenge? This PSP game is a good need to try.
After completing Def Jam Fight For NY I might as well try to play the first previous Def Jam video game title called Def Jam Vendetta. Unlike the second game, which has no character creation for the story mode I get to choose 4 protagonists in the story mode which are Briggs, Proof, Spider, and Tank. Each has its own look, fighting style, and backstory. But somehow despite having to pick any of the four characters. Their own story just completely remains the same. Meaning that it only shows nothing but copy-paste cut scenes instead of showing the proper perspective of any of the protagonist's side of the story. As for the gameplay, it is very difficult to control because it does not have the same controls as Def Jam Fight For NY. But thankfully there is a tutorial option in the monument I can understand the controls. When playing the game with multiple fights I have been I was unsure if it was either the controls of the game or just me. Because the more I proceed with the story the harder the fights that I have been. Turns out that I have only normal difficulty this whole time. So technically it's just me. Because my hands were very painful fighting every opponent I defeated which looks more like a workout. Either way, this is another one of those great Def Jam Games that I would recommend. It's best to play the first game before playing the second.
I finally got my hands on Grand Theft Auto Vice City after all these years and this game sort of improved very well. Unlike Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Vice City takes place obviously in Vice City. Which is somehow an in-game universe of Miami and I play as Tommy Vercetti who is a former member of the Forelli Family and now has his own gang called the Vercetti Family. The game included motorcycles, more new weapons, and new vehicles like some aircraft and it even has new mini-games. The controls from the joystick felt a little weird just like the rifles for aiming, missions are mostly tough. Safe houses where some are enterable but sometimes I don't think buying safe houses that are just meant for saving does give the vibe because the map is a bit short. Earning money in the game like a tycoon does not feel like a tycoon at all. It really takes too long to generate. The story in the game has slightly improved. The best part of the story is that it does not have a timer. This means I can get to motivate myself to do minigames which is what I have already done. This is a great game that I also recommend after completing Grand Theft Auto III.
The 2nd and last but not least of Episodes from Liberty City is The Ballad Of Gay Tony. This story is about a Dominican American bodyguard named Luis Lopez who works with legendary nightclub impresario Tony Prince who is in debt with the Ancelotti Family Luis goes to the bank until the 4 bank robbers show up that takes place in GTA IV's Three Leaf Clover which 3 members survived with the money while one member got killed off by a gun club member while Luis is a hostage. And then he goes back to Tony's Apartment about what happened in the bank. Unlike the dark story in The Lost and Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony absolutely shines light into it and gives more extra fun with positive vibes. One of my favorite features is that this game has Nightclubs where you can party as much as you want until it's closed. You can drink in the bar or take whole champagne in a drinking contest in the VIP lounge (except Hercules). But the best part of the game is that this game has a dance floor because it has the bus stop group dances. Just like TLAD again special abilities are also unlocked. Armando has the ability to use the Gun Van while Henrique has the ability to get vehicles but with cars instead of bikes. Sadly, they don't have the ability to call for backup. But at least they are useful in Drug Wars that do have a need to call them. For the weapons, in TBOGT only 5 weapons were removed from TLAD but brought seven additional weapons in the game. One of my 3 favorite weapons in the game is the Automatic Shotgun because you can replace the normal shell with explosive shells, Advanced MG in facing armored enemies, and the Gold SMG because not only is it powerful but I can make a name for myself while playing Luis. The features are different from TLAD and GTA IV but it is still amazing to play this to learn more about the story.
Unlike the previous game. The second Godfather game called Godfather 2 takes place during the events of the second movie of the same name. The game now focuses on Dominic Corleone just like Aldo Trapani the first default protagonist of the Godfather games and the man who became Don of New York. Dominic can be customizable and it even has more outfits and accessories in the game. The combat is not really similar to the previous game but it has more combo moves in-game even it has a move list and it even has more satisfying black hand brutalities which are also known as executions or Blackhand Executions and more absolutely new animations. The detail in the game is almost amazing which shows more realisticness even though there are not enough fun things to do. The combat was both realistic and absolutely fun. What is even more fun is that you can try to kill an army with just bare hands. Of course, when used carefully. It has side missions and hitman mode to grind up the fun and preparation. The story is almost just like the movie like I said before a director's cut extends more of the scenes from the movie. And the best part of this game is that I get to hire recruits as my allies and followers to fight against enemies which also features protection rackets to help fight against invaders. I really love this game that I really wanted to play a long time ago. And I wish there was another game for Godfather 3.
The Godfather is one of the great classics in movies and so is the game. The game actually followed the same story as the first Godfather movie. With a good cherry on top, it even has the actual voice of Marlon Brando who voiced and played Vito Corleone. The combat in the game is absolutely brutal in melee and even when using executions with guns. I can even kill my enemies by throwing out the windows and, in the street, to make me feel unstoppable. The game is an exciting way to take over New York by offering protection in shops, taking over warehouses and exploding an enemy's compound, and then owning it like a safe house. Every high-level gun I find in secret black markets is absolutely expensive. They are maybe the same but very unique. It even feels like it was a Snyder cut or the director's cut version in the game giving more extra scenes that are not part of the movie. The best thing I like about it is character creation. It gives the complete freedom to create my character also known as creating my version of Aldo Trapani. However, it didn't have enough character-creation items or accessories. If you want another GTA-like game, then this game is for you. However, it is honestly a little difficult when you don't upgrade your character properly but it is fun!
I honestly didn't know that this movie has its own video game ever since when I was a kid.Over The Hedge: The Video Game is a really fun game to play. This game takes place after the movie. Although in the movie the wheelbarrow was supposed to be red in the movie it was blue in the game. In the hedge run scene which is the final scene in the movie. After escaping Dwayne's Taser, Vincent claws but not Gladys's weed hacker. We get to see Hammy's Quicksilver speed. But in the game, we just see Hammy use his speed for just 1 second and all I see is just RJ wearing his turtle and run away from Vincent. Gladys and Dwanye were the only ones who are trapped but not Dwanye who does not really follow the movie.1 year later in the game. Over The Hedge now loosely got its own sequel. I get to control 4 characters in the game. RJ, Vene, Hammy, Stella. The combat in the game is pretty simple and basic but kind of fun! If you discovered an effective move that is holding and timing it becomes effective. But this game did not tell us more about the move **** of the best special attacks that I found in this game is the tornado attack which is absolutely strong and effective. The gameplay has a lot of action in the game however the stealth in the game almost didn't feel any sense.Side objectives in the game were a pain but that is what makes the game challenging. The more side objectives the stronger and more effective the characters are. The levels are kind of ok but the traps in the game are making it hard not to disable or destroy. Mostly it works on a Hammy mini-game or some special keys to make it work and some levels are pretty acrophobic. Well, I say that because kids before like a long time ago are acrophobic meaning they are afraid of heights. But now today as an adult I managed to control my acrophobia and quickly completed **** Boss levels were kind of good. The final boss is just ok. Not really exciting but just ok. Because I expect the final boss in the game to be a bit **** music was pretty ok. But the dramatic music loop in the game felt a little off and loud even not engaging in **** speaking of mini-games. RC rally was pretty buggy and hard to control the RC cars, Range Driver was pretty fun like shooting target range when you progress through the missions In the game and the Bumper Carts are absolutely good but a little buggy to as well because sometimes it does not make me crash other golf **** finally, to go back to the story. The story sequel to the game takes place in the year 2007. Their forest got trashed all because of VermTech which was actually animals that are mind-controlled. Most of every level in the game is nothing but heists just to rebuild the forest like grabbing the movie projectors, the tv, the cotton candy machine, and even the secondary objects like the laptops and radios. But the most important is the food. Sadly, even when you got every item you can't interact with them like watching tv or eating some food. It had some new nonmovie characters like Rufus the blue jay. His role is good but not really enough because I don't understand how he carries heavy items. I also like the idea of having Vincent join the foragers but his role felt a little weak because Vincent did not infiltrate Verm Tech. The rest of the characters sometime appear and do not appear anywhere. The story is not very perfect but it's still pretty **** game is not too amazing but it is pretty good. If I only wish that if Over the Hedge game has remade today. I would really like to play Heather to see her perspective.
I never really heard about this game before and I think honestly this may be the first time I played as the villain protagonist in the game. Stubbs the Zombie: Rebel Without a Pulse is an absolutely absurd but fun zombie adventure game. The gameplay is very decent even the controls when I play as Stubbs himself. As Stubbs, I get to kill and infect helpless civilians running for their lives, police officers who served the law in Punchbowl, Scientists who shoot with their laser guns, the military for the battle of their last hope, and even the barbershop quartets to hunt me with their laser guns while singing. However, as much this game gives you abilities to become a zombie. This game did not spread enough more plentiful zombies, lacked more mini-games and extras Vehicles felt like paper mache, did not have good combat for enemies to mind control, did not have enough weapon types, and the story did not show enough plot. But on the absolute bright side of this game is that Stubbs the Zombie showed fun ways to kill like eating them, breaking their arms, mind control with a disembodied hand an enemy who uses a gun, using explosive kidneys and heads, fart attacks, use a vehicle as a weapon and many more. But I also liked the wackiness of the story in the game. One of my favorites is the dancing mini-game at the police station. This zombie adventure game is not perfect. But it is excellent enough to play. And if you want to try a game you play as the villain protagonist then this is the game that is in you need to try.
It a been a long time I have not played this game since I was very young and I don't have a PS2. You only just to pay for 1 hour or 2 to play that game. But as when years passed I finally got it. The game has a really good story about Jimmy Hopkins and it feels a little weird that I am in a classroom learning something while I play that game but that is how school works. It has a list of combat moves, and pocket weapons to fight, and it feels like going in a reckless way and I liked it. However, in the Steam version, it always keeps closing a lot. This is one of the best games to complete without killing a human being.
Before I first played Backyard Wrestling 2 I first played Backyard Wrestling: There Goes The Neighborhood and honestly, it was a little bad. The controls in the game are hard to maneuver with combos, performing a finisher makes it difficult, and the bad part in this game is the grappling and reversals which makes the game which makes the game harder to play. The Talk Show mode in Today's Topic didn't make any sense like why they are fighting each other in the backyard, why are they fighting in the meat shop. There are so many questions about how and why it started which makes the story nothing but adult jokes and violence. Another thing that is absolutely bad is the character creation. All you have to do is change a character mode, change the skin, and change a fighting style with no previews and that is it. This is the real reason people say this game is bad. But I am going to put six stars on this game. One thing I like about the game is actually the music and the arenas which make it fitting for backyard wrestling.
One of the most excellent hip-hop-influenced fighting ever made. Def Jam Fight For NY is something that we have never seen before and that we have always needed. A fighting game with the crowds used as a weapon or a hazard, Satisfying environmental takedowns, and best of all it has one of the most brutal and painful Blazing Moves that are so unbelievable to look at and completely over the top and the best part in this game is character creation. But the weapons feel a little weirdly handled because they did not do takedowns and have little damage counts. However, this game did not stop becoming one of the best. The cast in Def Jam was really good and so is the story with their selves as alternate Def Jam Fight personas. While some really felt missing like Jervis and Starks. Still, this is the best game to recall your memories.
