Though it has some limitations, particularly in the lack of depth of the social structure, there are many other great aspects to enjoy. And really, there is no other game like Bully on 360. If you haven't figured it out yet, Bully is a great game.
It's disappointing really because Bully offers incredibly entertaining gameplay that's worthwhile, but the improvements that should have come with the jump to the more powerful Xbox 360 hardware just don't pan out.
Bully was a fantastic release late in the life of the PS2, and I’m pumped that the folks I know who’ve become gamers this generation now have a chance to experience it for themselves. For those of us who’ve already had our fun the first time, I’m not sure a second run at high school is really in order.

Un clásico diferente dentro de Rockstar, con identidad propia y mucho carisma, aunque con algunos problemas técnicos en esta edición. Concepto original. Mundo abierto con mucha personalidad. Humor y estilo únicos. Variedad de actividades y clases. Más contenido en esta edición. Puntos débiles: Problemas técnicos en algunas versiones. Combate simple. Mundo más pequeño que GTA

The game is obviously amazing, but the constant crashes and loss of progress are just annoying and ridiculous.

There are a lot more good lessons to be learned in Bully than bad ones, especially the importance of time management, actually attending classes, and even getting an after school job.

The extra content in the Scholarship Edition don’t really justify another purchase, however everyone else should spend some time schooling some Bullies at Bullworth

What a great teenage story it was! Of course I’m not gonna judge the graphics of 2003 game, the only thing that we should focus while rating this game is its storyline. Being the school’s tough guy is not easy tho. It’s open world felt so enjoyable to me even the game is old, it’s city full of activities that you’re gonna enjoy a lot. Missions will always make you laugh. One of my favorite game of course.

The bottom line is that Bully: Scholarship Edition is one of those games that you have an extremely hard time putting down and allows the mischievous kid in all of us to come out.

In main character Jimmy Hopkins’ quest to turn one of the worst schools in the US around, you’ll find Bully has a lot of heart. [Apr 2008, p.116]

Bully is an absolute joy and the perfect warm up to Grand Theft Auto IV. In fact, compared to some entries in the GTA series, we’d have to say Bully’s story is more engaging and, overall, it’s got a charming sense of fun that’s often missing in the car-jacking, prozzie-shagging world of San Andreas or Liberty City.

The polygon boost isn't enough to stop Bully looking dated. But there's still plenty of fun to be had here if you didn't play the original.

It's really a shame that these technical problems detract from what is an otherwise outstanding experience.

Bully: Scholarship Edition was released in 2008 for the computer. It shares some of the same problems i have talked about in my previous reviews on older games before, so i will get straight to the point; This game is, at least for me (on Windows 10 with a good machine) unplayable. I forced myself through 9 hours of gameplay always running back and saving hoping the game wouldn't crash out of nowhere again. The longest i could play for without a crash was an hour at most, but now finally, i have decided to give up on this game.I don't usually like writing reviews on games i haven't finished, but the issue here is clear: it's not even the game itself that's the issue, it's the lack of support for it. I have tried everything i could find online to stop this game from crashing every 30 minutes but nothing worked. After some research online, i actually found out that the operating system itself is the problem here, which is ironic because on the store page it says that it works for and only with Windows 10. Yet it doesn't.I get why they didn't update this. I know it's an old game and Rockstar was or is way too busy milking GTA Online to ever fix or update their old gems. Which is sad because Bully itself is a great game and i am sure i would have more fun with it if it worked properly. For now though, i am done. If you find yourself wanting to play Bully, get an emulator to play it, or if you somehow find a real copy for a real console or are still running an older version of windows, then get those. Don't buy this on Windows 10 it wont work. This is a widely known issue but Rockstar is too ignorant to fix it. Maybe one day when there is some way this game works, or Rockstar updates it (which wont happen) i will return. But for now, i give up. I rate it a 4, which is kind and speaks volumes about how great this game actually is despite the fact that it wont work.Final Score: 4/10

I played the game when I was 8 years old and I loved it, but I played it again in 2024 and I don't want to judge it by this year, so I won't talk about the graphics, but the story is ridiculous and the characters are well done. It might be one of the best of its kind but the game is bad.
