FIX CAREER MODE! We have been asking for changes and updates for YEARS to this mode and it's barely changed since FIFA 14.. All EA cares about is Ultimate Team because that's where the money is. Don't waste your money on this trash

Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled0

This game was excellent in all areas... for about two months. Now it's riddled with microtransactions when in no way did it need it. Beenox remade a fantastic game, it's new and fresh but also faithful to the original game. Activison have decided to just destroy all that with this mictrotransaction decision.

Persona 510

Persona 5 completely blew me away with it's fantastic visuals, great and satisfying combat, excellent story and superb presentation. This is one of those games you can start playing and you've easily blown 3 - 5 hours away like nothing. Exploring the various dungeons (or palaces) is a blast, building the relationships with all your party members and various other characters is immensely enjoyable, and highly addicting I might add. The soundtrack as well is catchy as hell, I've found myself humming the various songs that pop up in the game whenever and wherever! I have poured over 60+ hours into the game and I'm still not finished with it!

Like with past Quantic Dream games, this is a story driven game that changes based on the decisions you make. The story is intriguing and fun to experience, and unlike past games by Quantic Dreams, there is no breaking point that ruins the story completely. If you've played Heavy Rain or Beyond Two Souls you can expect a similar control scheme to those games with a few sections where you control the characters and explore the areas you are in, others where you are pretty much just watching scenes and choosing what you want characters to say or do (like Walking Dead games, Mass Effect etc.) and there are QTE's that rely on your reactions. The writing overall is good, the acting is good and it keeps you engaged till the end. I'd say it's the best game by Quantic Dreams to date!

This game is pure garbage. Gameplay is worse then ever, no changes to career mode (again) and other single player modes are unchanged. Adding some new modes to kick off was cool but then deciding not to have it available to play others online is the worst decision. The Journey story mode isn't all that interesting either. Another year where Ultimate Team is the main focus and due to the gameplay being so terrible, it's worse then ever. But if you have a ton of money you can buy a million packs and get all the best players in the game and still play like **** **** EA, bunch of greedy ****

Marvel's Spider-Man10

This is one of those rare games that made me want to do and see everything. I bought this game on release and played it non-stop for about a week and I did EVERYTHING there is do to in the game, and I want more. There is so much to enjoy: Great combat that gets better the stronger you get and gets more fun with all the abilities and gadgets you get. An excellent story that makes a few changes to keep you on your toes so it isn't quite so obvious as to where the it's heading. Fantastic web swinging that makes it just a joy to swing around a brilliantly rendered New York City. Loads of collectibles and side missions to do that are just as fun to do as the main story missions. And a great plus the game looks fantastic, graphics are top notch! Insomniac knocked it out of the park with this one. So much love and passion went into this, you can really tell they had a blast making this game. This is by far the best way to experience Spider-Man so if you are a Spidey fan, do yourself a favor and pick this game up ASAP!

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King9
Aug 17, 2018
The PS2 game was one of the strongest RPG's on the system and this version does it justice, there are few tweaks in the 3DS version that make it slightly better. For one, you can speed through the battles a lot quicker and you get more money from fighting. In the PS2 version it would take ages to grind to get enough money for certain weapons or armor. Dragon Quest always holds up the quality with wonderful animation and graphics, fun battle system and good stories. To date this is my favorite Dragon Quest game and I highly recommend it for any RPG fanatic.

The Simpsons: Hit & Run8
Apr 13, 2018
Playing this game years after it was released and I still really enjoyed it, almost as much as I did when I was a kid. I still love driving around Springfield and exploring every little nook and cranny. The game isn't perfect, driving the cars can be a little difficult sometimes (depending on what car you're using) but it has a real charm that a lot of old games have. The voice acting is top notch, the story isn't amazing but keeps you interested and overall this game delivers a solid package. Any Simpsons fan should give this game a try, it's well worth your time!

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition9

It's a fantastic open world game. It has a fun story with some really great voice performances but the gameplay is the reason why I've scored this game so high. Driving around the city, beating the crap out of a bunch of other gang members, doing various fun side missions, exploring the city for all the collectibles and a bunch of other stuff just make this game such a great package for me. On the PS4 it doesn't really blow you away with the graphics. In fact it's very similar to the PS3 release but that shouldn't discourage you from picking this game up, it's one of the best open world games I've played.

Jak X: Combat Racing8
Feb 5, 2018
I just repurchased this game on the PSN store for my PS4 and I absolutely love it! Unless you own a Switch and can play Mario Kart 8, there really is no kart racer for PS4 players to enjoy that's actually quite good (that I know of). This game certainly fills that void but I wish there was an online component. Such a shame that wasn't included for the PS4 release. The racing is fun. the tracks are all varied and different but I wish there were a few more power ups to pick up but that's just a small gripe of mine. I've not had any problems with the PS4 port, just some frame drop issues when there is a lot of chaos but it's only happened like twice in the 6 - 8 hours I've played so far.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy8

Starting this game I was a bit worried that I wouldn't enjoy it as much since you aren't playing as Nathan Drake. I thought Chloe wouldn't be able to fill that void but man was I wrong! Everything great about Uncharted 4 was in this game. Outstanding visuals, great gameplay and excellent writing and voice acting. I will miss this series greatly as Naughty Dog have just gone from strength to strength with each installment.

Grandia8
Oct 14, 2017
I played this game for the first time ever this year on my PS Vita and I had a blast playing through it. I love Grandia 2 and playing through the first one seemed like a great idea. It has almost everything that I loved about Grandia 2. The great fluid combat system, a not so complicated way to upgrade your characters, a solid story with some fantastic music. The visuals are obviously lacking by today's standards but they are very charming and I honestly had no problem with them, only a few times some of the areas were a bit hard to navigate due to the graphics. If you love old school JRPG's this one is simple to wrap your head around and is a really fun time. I spent around 60+ hours playing through the whole story so prepare for a long journey if you decide to try it out.

CTR: Crash Team Racing9
Jun 16, 2017
One of the absolute best kart racer's ever to be made. The controls are absolutely perfect, everything just flows and once you've played for a while you'll feel like a master at the game. Since they are remaking the original trilogy of Crash games, would it be too much to ask for this game to be remade with online multiplayer? The new Mario Kart is a blast to play online with friends (or you'll just be raging depending on how good/lucky you are) and I really feel that this game could be amazing with new graphics. There are no kart racers on the PS4 that are any good so currently there is a massive opening for a remake of this game.

Croc: Legend of the Gobbos6
Jun 16, 2017
Croc was one of those games that never really captured me as a kid. The game is charming and fun at times but I never really liked the way you would control Croc, it always felt so stiff to me. I do love the music though, it's fantastic and the most memorable thing about this game for me.

Crash Bandicoot: Warped9
Jun 15, 2017
The best Crash game out of the original three games on the PS1. The controls are so tight and responsive, the levels are incredibly well designed and memorable and adding the special power ups to this game was a brilliant edition Honestly my favorite PS1 platformer and a game I regularly play for fun.

Ape Escape9
Jun 15, 2017
This game holds up extremely well for it being over 18 years old. Everything about this game is just brilliant, from the controls to the music. It's so campy and fun it's hard not to enjoy the weirdness of the game, I mean your going back in time to capture monkeys, that's weird. But weirdness aside I'd still play this game again and again and again. Among the finest 3D platformers to come from the good old PS1.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D5
Apr 2, 2016
Having heard for years that this is the best game of all time I was thrilled when it came on the 3DS. However this game turned out be a major disappointment for me. The story isn't that interesting to me, it doesn't capture you at all, the combat is stale and feels like you are constantly waiting for the enemy to strike and then you can make your move to defeat it. Also the camera can sometimes be just an absolute nightmare. I enjoyed the temples to a certain extent, they were fun to solve but some could get frustrating with backtracking. But they always manage to make you feel satisfied while you're making progress The game was fun in parts but overall frustrating and just not that interesting.

Pokemon FireRed Version8
Apr 2, 2016
This game is truly addicting from the start. Having collected the trading cards, watched the show and the movies as a kid, playing through the game was such a blast for me back in the day. I decided to play this game again since it was the 20th anniversary of Pokemon this year and I had a blast playing through this again. So much care was put into this game and shows from start to finish. Catching and raising Pokemon is the name of the game and it's of course the best part of it. Building the right team, exploring the world and interacting with the people in the world is just fantastic. You will have to grind a whole lot to make your Pokemon the strongest but for me I really enjoy the grind and working hard for results. 12 years old and this game is still one of the finest handheld games I have ever played!

Final Fantasy X9

Having just beat this game for the 3rd time I can honestly say this is one of the finest RPG's ever made. It's got a good story that's easy to follow, a good battle system and a really addicting upgrade system that makes you want to keep playing. The voice acting can be kind of weird sometimes but honestly it's a small gripe to what is an outstanding game.

Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon9
Sep 20, 2014
This was the first game I bought with my 3DS and I could not put it down for weeks. I played through the game and beat the story and then I played every level at least 5 times, checking every nook and cranny for hidden gems and rewards. If you liked the first game for the Gamecube, you will love this one. Great graphics, great 3D, music is brilliant and the gameplay is of course fun from minute one!

Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories4
Sep 20, 2014
I love KH and KH2 but this game is the most frustrating piece of garbage I have played in a long time. The card battle system takes all the fun out of fighting enemies. The story and the characters are the games only saving grace I am afraid, I this hadn't had the Kingdom Hearts name, I never would have picked this game up.
