The theatre I saw the movie in was almost empty and everyone exiting at the end looked a bit sad! I think that about sums it up. very disappointing.

The Creator9
Oct 7, 2023
I watched The Creator in an almost empty cinema on a Friday night. It's a shame that some films get wide publicity {deserving or not} and others just seem to come and go. TC is well worth the trip to your local cinema. Go watch and enjoy.

Barbie3
Jul 22, 2023
If the movie audience at the screening I attended was typical of most Barbie audiences then it was a severely underwhelming experience for most. The kids looked confused and bored, and aside from a few women whooping and cheering at everything, so did the adults. I walked out about 20 minutes from the end because I couldn't stand being preached to a minute longer.

Alone9

No offence to UltimateRich but ignore his review as he's confused this movie with another of the same name. As others have already said, Alone is a really good survival thriller.

Joker9
Oct 7, 2019
It almost seems pointless leaving a review as it's going to be lost in the sea of 10's and 9's. As almost everyone else has commented, Joker is a remarkable movie. It is derivative yes, with obvious comparisons being Scorsese's Taxi Driver and King Of Comedy, but it stands alone as a brilliant homage to the Golden Era of cinema, the seventies, with a truly modern spin. Do not miss.

Blade Runner 20499
Oct 9, 2017
It's movies like Blade Runner 2049 that are keeping the magic of cinema alive and it absolutely demands to be experienced on the biggest screen available. Ignore the relatively few low scores and see arguably one of the best ever films of it's genre.

Contrary to what some of the critics are saying, anyone with a rudimentary knowledge of Bible themes would 'understand' this poor excuse for a film. I didn't like it because it's just not very good. I was undecided about Aronofsky as a filmmaker, but having seen Noah and mother! I'm convinced he's a fraud.
