Title: A Promising Start: First Impressions of Bethesda's Latest Xbox Title Score: 7 out of 10 After playing it for little over 44 hours, I've delved deep into the world of Bethesda's latest Xbox release. With over 30 side quests, a handful of main story missions, and a good chunk of exploration, I'm ready to deliver my initial verdict. Performance Woes (-1 pt) While the game offers an immersive experience, I couldn't help but knock off a few points due to performance issues. The absence of DLSS support is a glaring oversight, making the game's performance on my high-end rig, equipped with a 5900x processor, a 3080 graphics card, and an M.2 SSD, less than optimal. Promising but Deceptive Advertising (-2 pts) One gripe I have is with the misleading advertising that promised limitless planetary exploration. The reality, though immersive, does have its fair share of limitations and barriers. While it doesn't affect the core gameplay, it's worth noting. Exceptional Side Quests and Characters Where this game truly shines is in its side quests and characters. The portrayal of characters and the narratives surrounding them are nothing short of exceptional. I've encountered a variety of companions, each with captivating backstories. Vladmir, I have yet to engage with, but the existing companions have already left a lasting impression. A Solid Addition to Bethesda's Lineup Overall, this game is shaping up to be one of the top titles in Bethesda's Xbox library. The delay in its release has clearly paid off in terms of refinement and polishing. In my playtime, I've encountered only three minor bugs, a testament to the developers' dedication. In conclusion, while there are performance issues and some deceptive advertising, Bethesda's latest title shows great promise, especially in its characters and side quests. With a few more patches, this could easily become a must-play for Xbox gamers. Stay tuned for the full review as I continue my journey through this captivating world.

The July 18, 2023 patch 1.1 had zero, none, zilch, nada, ****, QOL improvements and simply made the game an unenjoyable grind. The satisfaction of playing this game has dropped across the board - Google it. Diablo IV players are livid across Reddit, Twitter, etc. - as we should be. I would not recommend this game in it's current state.

Worst game in this generation. I have my bias, but I have Game Pass, and I was kinda excited to play a vampire hunting game. Boy was I disappointed, I only played maybe like 30 mins before I gave up. A bland world filled with meaningless Ai and bugs. The texture loading taking more than 20 seconds is astonishing because this is a game that was sold and released! Xbox's future is dark, and if this is the quality they are pushing out, I have no hope for Xbox, and PS will dominate.

One year later, we have NBA 2K24 coming up less than a month, and this game was not even reviewed by anyone, because we all know that this piece of crap is going to sell well. Graphics are great, AIs are harder, playing defense is rewarding, but damn no PC port is still weird, backwards even.

No, just no. This game was the start of the fall of the NBA 2K series. Its a shame that they took to this direction. Though I liked the new graphics and new mechanics, but it doesn't justify their action to choose this direction.

Great game, took me long to review this game, but it is timeless, well until Spider-Man 2 I guess.

Im returning to this game years later and still a bugfest. It is not an engaging game, and very repatative, though with some fun moments throughout.

Patiently waiting for the PC release so I can get back to the wild west I cared about, back to the character I i felt I lived with during my 40 hrs of gameplay. The slow movement adds to realism and the PC version will have less input lags so that's going to change a lot of people's minds on the slowness of movement. Great job R*

It was frustrating waiting for the server to work at first, then the matchmaking was so instantly when the server was working! Voice chat is back bois! Also haven't played the campaign but I'm sure it will be visually stunning.

It's one of the best RPG that is not a crappy AAA . The aesthetic is so pleasing and the art style is very fitting.
