Such an improvement from 3. I see why the speeder chase from 3 really turned people off, but this one was genuinely great.

This episode has a few bad things, like extremely cheesy lines, but overall the good outweighs the bad. There are some really cool moments and the ending is fantastic. I completely forgot that he actually has motives to do what he does and they are not the strongest, but I accept them. With these I understand why he does what he does, but Fennec was right: he is soft. They should've leaned into the antihero version of him more. Some of the performances were better than before and the vfx wasn't nearly as visible as last episode. But the mods' design is not star warsy enough, which is my main problem with them. They look like they came out of an early 2000's cartoon.

Could’ve been called the gathering meh. Again all the same things I said about the first 3 episodes apply here. Too much talking, inconsistent writing, and overall just not a good show. It’s like they truly want this character to be deconstructed from a mysterious tough one that even Vader took seriously down to an old man (it’s only been 5 years since ROTJ except for when they are in the many flashbacks) and again he takes second fiddle to Fennec who seems to be the real leader and tough person of this show. The Rey syndrome again. Tem Morrison (Boba) said himself “the character talks too much and takes his helmet off too much. It takes away from the mystery,” and I’ll add that it makes him seems too soft with Fennec always taking the lead and being better at the actual action while he chases robot rat catchers. Turned Boba into a joke. The constant flashbacks make it almost incoherent storytelling at times. Bad writing as said in my previous reviews. Thankfully 5-6 are amazing. Sadly they don’t feature the titular character.
