If you enjoyed Super Troopers and Reno 911 you'll enjoy this and while this started out as a funny throwback to those 2 shows, it's outstayed its welcome. It should have ended after season 2, maybe 3. I think once they start replacing cast it's a sign that it's struggling. Something changed during Season 3 and now Season 4 is a season too much. So if you enjoy things like Super Troopers stick to the first 3 seasons.

One of the best comedy TV shows every created. I belly laugh at most scenes and look forward to the new episodes all week.

Season 2 is just as affable and amusing as season 1. Broken Lizard makes juvenile but ultimately hilarious movies and it's good to see their easy chemistry translate to a tv series. When I want intelligent humor, I'll watch Frasier reruns. When I want great fart and boob jokes, I'll watch this show.

The first episode of Tacoma FD is terribly unfunny, and hardly attempts to give viewers the sense that the show even takes place in the Pacific Northwest. I'll admit that, as someone that has previously lived in Tacoma, Washington, it was the supposed setting of this show that initially piqued my interest. The entire show is filmed in Los Angeles, which is a baffling choice considering the robustness of the film industry in Vancouver BC (where TV shows/movies set in Seattle, WA are often filmed).
Why even make a show called "Tacoma FD" if Tacoma, Washington State, and the entire Pacific Northwest Region are not included visually, thematically, or otherwise. This show should have been called "The Worlds Most Unrealistic Los Angeles FD" instead, at least that would have been a descriptively accurate title.

Easily one of the funniest shows on TV. It's got that Broken Lizard feel to it, with several of the same actors. It's not mean-spirited in its biting humor, which I appreciate.
