One of the best Sci-Fi TV series ends on a rushed and somewhat disappointing final episode. The Lee Harvey Oswald episode was legendary. All the other episodes were great, aside from the Evil Leapers, which were quite weird (thought the writing there had its own cleverness and was a bit frightening). The show returns to some of its campiness and History Channel style view of the supernatural, with The Devil and aliens making appearances.

Quantum Leap's fifth, and final, season again contains some fantastic episodes including the two-part Lee Harvey Oswald episodes. Truth be told I always thought the 'evil leaper' storyline could have been developed further, and the ending was a bit rushed, but they could both be put down to the show being unexpectedly cancelled very late during this seasons run. Overall though this remains one of the best sci-fi/drama shows to ever grace our screens.
