“How to Change Your Mind” provides multiple worthy views that can be mind-blowing. It’s not the same as getting high, but whatever turns you on.

Despite the Goop-ish feeling we get seeing a man of privilege getting to go on psychedelic trips while counting Netflix’s money, there is still information that he imparts in How To Change Your Mind that will, well, change your mind about psychedelics.

There is something oversimplified about this TV version of “How to Change Your Mind,” as if its knowledge has been run through a sieve. But worthy pieces of insight still fleck the episodes.
