One of the greatest animes of all time and one of the most underrated shows I’ve ever seen. The absolute perfect mix of every human emotion mixed together. At times could make you laugh your heart out and at the next can break your heart. Has been an absolute joy watching this show and there will never be anything like it

Why do we even watch shows? For entertainment.
Gintama is the definition of "entertaining", filled with parodies, tons of laughs, emotional depth in the story, fabulously written characters(seriously, the cast is one of the best). Its the type of story which leaves a mark on you, you can return Every time to any episode of the series, and it will be the same golden experience. This is what entertainment is supposed ****, something you can get attached to, something which can make you think, something which can make you cry, something which can make you laugh. If not the best, its easily in ny opinion, one of the greatest tv shows ever.

This is one of my favourite anime of all time, Gintama can make you laugh, cry and will definitely keep you entertained. The first season can be kind of hard to get through but once you make it past that you will find a fantastic story, great and childish humour and amazing characters. Even a lot of the filler episodes are fantastic and will make you laugh I especially love Shinsengumi storylines as well as Hasegawa and Katsura storylines. You should definitely give this a watch as it is in my opinion one of the best anime for newcomers as well as people who love anime.

Gintama is, by a Wide margin, the best comedy series that I have ever seen.
It has everything that should be in a series:
Amazing characters, outstanding history, very funny moments, great animation and the best protagonista that an anime has ever seen.
Very recommended if you have enough time to appreciate this masterpiece of 400 episodes

One of the best animes of all time! It has everything: humor, great story arcs, awesome fights, cool characters and soundtracks, plus it gets better as time passes. Recommended.
