Luckily, Season 6 is off to a Ricktastic start. Only two episodes were available for critics to review, but they were both delightful. ... The animation hasn’t dipped in quality in the slightest.

The first two episodes are off to a promising start, and we hope that the quality carries through to the end of the season. Based on what we’ve seen, we’re confident in saying that Rick and Morty is back and better than ever, broh.

The premiere was great; it has everything Rick and Morty fans are looking for.

New characters like Space Beth and Evil Morty add new intrigue to the show, and although it’s stagnated a little bit in the four episodes I’ve seen of season eight, I’d be surprised if there weren’t juicer plot episodes in at least one of the other six. One thing is for certain, however: Rick and Morty is just fine without Justin Roiland.

It’s business as usual, sure. But when you’re in the business of doing the unusual, doing the same thing isn’t always doing enough.

BEST SCI-FI comedy animation in my life, I cannot live without it. I trully am an hardcore fan that I watch every one episode till this day just to fall a sleep. It is literally G.O.A.T of animation.

A fun adult tv show. not much else to say. fun characters and "story" behind it. overall got kinda bored watching it. but still something fun to watch

The first 4 season are magnificent. And the rest slowly-slowly went on a downhill, and the show forgot what made Rick and Morty --> Rick and Morty. Season 5 had the first mayor problem: Boring, filler episodes. It became normalized that Rick and Morty has bad episodes, and people started accepting and thought about them like the necessary bad episodes, instead of rioting and giving a sign that its unacceptable. Season 6 in my opinion completely lost the Rick and Morty feeling of the show, and started being a family guy. With boring B plots, unmemorable episodes, and they started ruining Ricks character. Season 7 completely ignored everything and made the show uninteresting and unwatchable. Not a single episode has that memorable episode feeling. The show became fast, uninteresting, filler, and random. Season 8 was the moment when I realized that they are okay with this new version of Rick and Morty. Rick literally became from a bad person to a good guy with weakness everywhere. Remember when at the wedding of Bird Person back when the show was good, Rick let himself close his eyes and it turned out it was a raid? Rick said he will never close his eyes again and will be always on point. Where is that Rick? We now have a flinching, crying good guy Rick. Not my Rick. Season 9, episode 1.... 7 minutes in and people are exploding, camera switching like a madman, They are killing and gunning everything Rick has laser eyes, Literally looks like Avengers infinite war... Big lasers, big explosions, big guns, big big big fights.... That's not rick and morty. Rick and morty is the fun ideas, a talking dog or anatomy park, or morty going to school and getting embarrassed next to Jessica. That's Rick and morty. You can say that its been years he's not in school anymore etc... yes he is? university, etc etc... This is just unwatchable the current version of the show. The new voice of rick and morty is unbearable, and overall they don't act like the characters would. Morty is literally wrestling Rick?? And wins? Rick could literally use one of his implants or something. This is character execution. Same with last of us 2: Ellie. They destroyed her and focused more on woke stuff. Rick and morty also does that lmao. What a joke this good show became. I'm gonna finish episode 1 and im done with Rick and Morty. Garbage show.

Voice acting's awesome knowing the grandpa and grandson were dubbed by same voice actor. The stories are really wild and out of the box but maybe too off the edge. The plots are quite the opposite of Doraemon as it never intend to fix anything but the world has to give way to scientist's craziest pursues regardless. Trust me, no scientists in real life is like that.
