A childhood series I have fond memories off. To be fair I also have to give a nostalgia warning as I am clearly influenced and know some shortcomings of the show. In short it is a mixture of Flash Gordon comes back to Earth with additional famous heroes that form a superhero team like the Avengers to stop the evil Ming. The story starts on Mongo with Ming the Merciless leaving to conquer Earth. Flash Gordon follows him to stop his plans and is joined by remarkable teammates Mandrake the Magician, The Phantom and Lothar along with their teenage sidekicks (Not meant negative). Overall I will give an 8/10 and a nostalgia warning. It was a show I enjoyed as kid but was not in the highest tier back then.
